I
have
had
very
good
service
but
you
must
go
with
a
lot
of
patience
and
time.
My
office
is
on
the
2nd
in
the
afternoon,
the
nurses
are
super
attentive
and
are
attentive
to
what
you
need
on
your
license,
vaccines,
studies,
etc.
The
secretary
is
also
quite
friendly,
she
does
not
answer
rudely
and
answers
your
questions
without
irony
and
with
helpful
information.
I
have
had
two
doctors,
I
was
quite
satisfied
with
them.
They
did
help
me,
with
medicines,
with
a
surrogate
and
with
the
disability
that
I
needed
due
to
my
injury.
The
only
thing
that
is
horrible
is
the
waiting
time,
they
start
serving
at
2
you
have
to
arrive
a
thousand
hours
early
to
find
an
appointment,
they
only
give
5
if
you
don't
get
it
you
go
to
single
line
and
it
will
be
by
chance
of
fate
if
you
leave
at
4-5-
6
haha
or
later,
crazy.
But
hey,
let's
wait.
🤷🏽♀️
Take
a
little
book,
a
small
book,
a
movie,
a
coloring
book
or
something.
Ah!
It
also
has
an
elevator
that
does
work,
which
is
super
helpful.
Another
negative
thing
is
that
sometimes,
even
if
you
walk
on
crutches,
they
send
you
to
carry
documents
to
other
departments
and
floors,
not
convenient,
not
practical,
but
it
is
what
it
is.
