A late lunch, after having driven too many times to count. It has a nice atmosphere, music level allows you to hold a conversation. I had the Short Ribs, the wife had the Fish Special. The ribs were nicely done and tender, good flavor and a good portion size. The fish was deboned, nicely done and good flavor with a good portion size.

Huge club-like atmosphere with loud music and bustling energy and crowd. It reminded me of some trendy, tourists spots in New York. I have a filet mignon and it was quite good I want out of my table enjoyed all their meals and they have a decent selection of beers and Cocktails. I have some red wine it was great as well our waiter was friendly and we were served pretty quickly considering how busy they were. This is my first trip to this part of Mexico and I was surprised to see such a big trendy style restaurant in the middle of Mérida. If I'm ever back in the area I will definitely check it out again.

On the pricier end of the scale, Bryan’s is a classy grill house with faultless service and incredible food. I had a craving for a steak and this place totally delivered. Great beer selection and the brownie was really phenomenal

The quality of the food has gone downhill lately. The portions are a third less and the weight of the meat is not presented on the menus. Also, happy hour has been shortened considerably.

First class service. I decided to try their hamburger and fries that a friend suggested..I was not disappointed .. it was cooked just right to my specifications..yummy

The best burger in Mérida. Trust me. An amazing steakhouse with great ambiance for everything from a calm lunch with friends or even a date night with your partner. Their service and plates are equally amazing. They run really nice wine + burger and happy hour styled timed specials [food and drink] throughout the day. Definitely worth a visit. Must see!

Such a family friendly place, loved the food. You should try the chicken with xcatic sauce

The cocktails are well made, good wine selection. Great service! Just would like to see better selection of appetizers. Music was a little to loud couldn’t talk in bar area.

I experienced Bryan’s wonderful attentive service. My needs were anticipated and met with a smile. The wine selection is superb, and the menu is wonderful with delicious high quality choices for a fine dining experience. I will definitely return soon and bring friends

Excellent. Very good food and ambiance. Try the seafood casserole - fantastic, and the flat bread. Hamburgers were tasty and juicy. Fries, mushrooms all very good. Will return.

My favorite burger...except for Bryans Burger Bar in Lucia Pk! The fresh baked bun gives a perfect bread-to-beef ratio, the burger is juicy and flavorful, and the toppings are delicately sliced and add a gourmet touch to the burger.

Over rated . Expensive. You are paying for the upscale obeisance. There are MUCH BETTER burgers in Merida.

Simply amazing. The staff are so friendly, the food is absolutely beautiful. We love both locations. My favorite is the Blue Cheese burger!

Bryans looks like an upscale and is definitely priced like one but the food is mediocre at best (tastes like cheap casual fast food) and the customer service is horrible! I would definitely avoid it as there are much better restaurants in Merida that offer better food/value!
