Excelente place, I went to an event there, service was great, location is near the most important places un Merida city. The hotel is beautiful and comfy.

Hi, stayed there a couple of months ago and the hotel was not very clean. Beds do need improvement and it's been more than two months waiting for a reimbursement that they have been unable to process. Do not stay there, sometimes " cheap" can result in more expenses.
