I paid 35 dollar per night , they even perfunctory customers with ragged towels. And the hotel facilities are very old and outdated, it looks dirty, sleep is not stable, and the dark shadows fly in front of you when you close your eyes, scaring people to death!

Their rooms are outdated, really bad layout on the sink, and it had a musty smell. I arrived early so very kindly asked them if I could have an early check in, promptly they informed me that there was going to be an extra charge of $450.00 pesos. The rooms didn't come with breakfast. Walking to downtown was like seven blocks. Beautiful from outside.

Nice hotel with very friendly and helpful staff (receptionists Carmen and Alicja, caretaker Adrian, the whole room maids team)! Nice breeakfast with refill coffee. Lovely pool! Located close to ADO bus terminal, a bit of a walk to the Central Square. We enjoyed our stay 🙏

One star just because rooms are well cleaned every day.

Great budget hotel for families and couples, quiet and comfortable! The pool was fab, the room was great and had everything we need! The room had a huge window onto the balcony so there was no privacy unless you closed the curtains but that was our only issue.

Hotel is so bad , looks nicer in pictures so don’t be fooled , so outdated and the rooms are horrible. All the time there is noise and the staff are kinda rude. I don’t recommend and never coming back here again.

Clean, friendly, very helpful staff. Good location and fairly priced

We liked this hotel a lot. The pool is nice and clean, the water is not too cold. The continental breakfast is very simple but it's ok for the price you pay. All staff at the hotel was really friendly. Rooms are clean and the air conditioning worked perfectly. It's really quiet at night, we didn't hear any noise to our room. Wifi was a bit weak but near the pool it worked better. Also, free parking. I would definitely stay here again!

I would like to thank and give a big shout out to Lorenzo, he was so friendly and helpful...Thank you. Beds were not comfortable, mattress needs replacing, lifts take forever. However showers hot and good pressure. Staff friendly. Good WiFi.
