Lovely staff. Complained about a terrible smell in the bathroom and they changed our room for us without question. Really appreciated that, listening to the customer! Would totally go back here again. Used the gym a few times, facilities have seen better days but that's probably a sign the facilties are being used as it was often packed in the morning. Me and my wife stayed there for a couple days in junior suite in Jun 2022. Hotel has a really nice location. It's close to the historical center and some really nice vegan restaurants. The room was clean and quiet, had a lot of light and a great view on a city. The bad news is that the building is designed the way no windows can be open and this is hotel policy. There is no fresh air in the room and no way you can fix it. AC just vents current air within the room.

Easy check in comfortable clean room. Hot water and great location. Restaurant in hotel, but we didn't try.

Very much enjoyed this hotel in Merida. The location was very convenient. The rooms were very clean and nice. The hotel restaurant was also very good. The staff were very nice and very helpful, especially Armi and Norma. We only missed having a bar. Thank you very much from The Archaeological Conservancy.

I spent two weeks here and the staff has been so wonderful! It’s in a great location and easy to access. The breakfast buffet is spectacular!

Great service. Rooms are spacious with comfortable beds. Buffet breakfast is not included but available with a wide variety of food, from heavy stews to fruits and pastries. Room cleaning happened every day and it was spotless, they even arranged our shoes nicely. Pool is rather small but perfect, towels were provided at receptions. Location is great, close to few squares and surrounded by restaurants, boutiques and cafes.

Good choice for travellers in Merida. City centre is in 5 minutes walk, a lot of good restaurants nearby. The hotel is very clean and cares for sanitary measures. The staff is careful

Very nice hotel, two blocks from the main square. Great customer service, and everything is within a few blocks.

I only got to stay one night, but the room was clean, bright and with air conditioning. No background noise, or guests voices either. Nice staff and breakfast was very good.

Very dirty room, i have never been stay such a bad room before. Restaurant was bad, enterance was bad. Too old hotel. I dont recomend to stay.

Large rooms, excellent room service, great smelling products, and near the Main Square. Breakfast was wonderful! A nice array of foods; my favorites were the desserts.

The room is nice and spacious. The water from the faucet and shower is salty (?), and the wifi not always work.

Noisy. Restaurant below brand. Bad service at front desk at night.
