Staff was quite friendly and helpful. Parking is free. The room was clean and tidy. We have to consider the price, which is quite reasonable, for what you get. Cable is included though you will only get a maximum of 8 channels. Air conditioner worked good until it started leaking and flooding the bathroom. Can't complain, I came here to visit as much places as possible. At the end of the day after walking for hours and being under the scorching sun I just wanted to lay down, relax, have a showed and sleep. The bed was comfortable and clean. It has a pool working from 07:00 to 22:00 hrs

The hotel was ok, a little old but it works. But the ugliest experience was in the Restaurant. The food was cold and the waitress are angry and give us a bad service and maybe the food was prepared in a antihigienec way. If you want to stay here, think 2 more time. The service have 0 stars.

The location of the hotel is fine and the breakfast is nice. But why they play loud music from YouTube during breakfast…? The room is not suitable for people over 180 cm because the ceiling in the bathroom is low. There is only 1 light in the bathroom, the shower is dark. The rooms are old and the hallway looks really creepy. You will definitely need earplugs to be able to sleep. The pool is okay but if you want a drink you have to find staff or listen where the loud sounds of walkie-talkies are, to locate them. Worst part, they charge part of the cost before arrival on credit card but need full payment on check in. They say that they will cancel that first payment but it’s still reserved on the card. Would definitely not recommend or come back.

Very dirty rooms, very bad breakfast, food is always late and cold. When you put do not disturb sign on the door, they clean the room anyways but when you put room service sign they don't clean it.

Very good hotel, very clean the staff is super servicial and very kind, the food there is delicious and is not very expensive as in other places, the hotel is a little old but it's ok, it's very well located it is a few blocks from the cathedral and other places you might wanna visit.

The rooms appear dated. The first room had an odor to it, had to be moved to another hotel room. The AC compressor was leaking onto the floor.

I don't recommend thos hotel. It is old. Rooms are old, the door have been broken several times. The lift was really old. The only positive thing is a swimming pool.
