Great Italian restaurant in the heart of Merida. The place is small but if you go after 8h30pm you can easily get a table once the first service is over

Fantastic amazing food. Quality of ingredients is second to none. Flavors were off the charts. Selection made me dizzy and to hell with etiquette, I grabbed a piece of bread and soaked up every last bit of wonderful sauce on my plate. Tonight I think the waiter could have used a bit of help on the floor, but he was professional and clearly working hard. Bravo!

Very enjoyable dining experience. I’m not a big fan of pasta, but there were several pasta offerings that sounded so delish that I was tempted to order them. My friend had lasagna and received a huge piece. She said it was terrific. I had a small caprese salad, which was so good I wanted to lick the plate, and a chicken and brie panini, which was big and delicious. There are several versions of Oliva restaurants in Mérida, and I will soon be trying the one near City Center, close to where I live.

Loved the food! Ordered two different dishes and I’m not sure which one I liked more. That’s a good thing! I really wonder if there is a bad choice on the menu. Super soft selection of bread was served as an appetizer. Loved it so much I could have ordered more. The only thing I didn’t like was the small space. I mean really small. I think they had 5 or 6 tables and we sat at the bar. The tables were tightly spaced and wayyyyy too close to the door to enjoy your meal.

Delicious options, a very complete menu with interesting and innovative recipes, service was excellent and the place is beautiful, definitely will return to try the rest of the menu. The burrata and the lamb are not to be missed. Pastas are very good too and chocolate brownie was delicious( not a brownie guy but wife loved it) wine choices were food and fairly priced.

Great experience. Can watch them preparing the meals. Fresh ingredients. No reservations. You line up outside first come first served.

We really enjoyed this restaurant. We visited it with two friends. Small and cozy. Not many tables, approximately 6-8 tables. It can be a little noisy at times because of the busyness, this could make hearing each other difficult. Service was excellent!

The place is currently under remodeling starting May 28th and will be closed for 1 - 2 weeks, try instead the Oliva Enoteca around the corner (same Menu but a bit more upscale).

Been here 3 times. Always great service/good staff. Food is high quality especially the pasta. Fish, octopus, and chicken are delicious!

Beautiful Italian food and a really cosy little place. The tiramisu was amazing too.

Amazing food, probably the best we had in Merida. The service was equally excellent. It's a tiny place but nicely decorated. Lovely atmosphere. I highly recommend a visit if you need a break from the local food (or even if you don't).
