A lot of spaces are available for rent, but the mall is trying to provide all the items that you will need for Christmas. Since 10 months ago, a lot of spaces have been available for rent.

It alright. Good food court, good selection of shops although all feel a little bit cheaper both in fit out and quality of stock. One little diamond in the rough was a women’s clothes shop called STOP. The printed map at the entrance is also out of focus and blurred

This mall really needs some work! It doesn't have much to offer at all and in fact there are no major stores here except knock offs for all major stores including a fake victoria secrets store! 🤣🤣 This mall also has no air conditioning, which is horrible in this 25 degrees weather! The best part about this mall is definitely the food court where you can find everything from Burger King to Chinese food! 😜 Although I will say that the mall is very very clean !

2 floors. Most stores open at 11am. Food choices. The Egypt store is cool.

Currently, the Gran Plaza is very empty, there are many commercial spaces for rent that no one has, also the paint looks old and it seems scary. The only reason I go there is to buy in miniso and mixup, and this only because it is the only one in the city. I used to go to Cinemex but they are now closed as well. Sometimes I go there to buy something to eat. This is a great point because they are many restaurants there.

Great mall, before pandemic it was the best but a lot of stores closed due to this, still a lot of options.

Use to be a comfortable place to shop and brause . Now it looks sad After the Pandemic many stores went down. Movie place closed. My favorite Italian restaurant closed and many more.

Lots of closed shops, air conditioning was not working and escalators were not working. I also had trouble with cellular service here so it was difficult to call an uber for pick up.

Love this mall. It's a fun place

Hated it. Just another enormous, over-size mall. The Uber driver who I requested to pick me up had difficulty finding my location. It took 20 minutes to reach my location from the time he entered the Mall's enormous parking lot. I followed his movements and he seemed lost. I was waiting right in front of Soriana, one of the big stores there. My pick-up point should not have been so difficult to find. The enormity of the place, its confusing layout and perhaps lack of experience of the driver made my visit there a one-time, first and last, never again experience.

My first visit and was impressed with the variety of banks, clothing stores, supermarket, Telcel,etc. You can basically find everything you with this one stop.

Sears was the only store I visited. Had to get refund. Help in customer service by Manager on duty, she was patient & made sure she could take care of my dilemma with cancellation that online whatsapp staff was deficient in. They did not process the refund after telling me they did.

I and my wife met up with friends there to have breakfast. We had a great time, the food and service was very good.

It's just empty, a soulless husk of what once it used to be

Great, clean , well kept shopping mall with and array of different merchants , including a Sorianas grocery store

I am not sure I want to go back here with my pet. It was nice but not that nice.

Said they had the availability showed up after dragging my 300 lb of luggage and then they said they had no rooms so I think this is more of a problem with the booking sites than it is with the actual hotel

It's an older plaza with a large variety of stores and restaurants. It's not a very busy plaza with makes it better to visit or just walk around.

Our quick stop for their food court and the parking garage makes it an easy access.

Nice, clean place, lots of stores and convenient place to pay your utilities and do banking transactions

A good sized mall bit it appears to have lost some businesses to the newer, bigger malls now.

Sadly lot of places are closed. Still you can find clothes, shoes and all other things.

Not new but still a good choice for a Mall to go and get almost anything. Food court has many different options and just enough big name stores to be considered a Mall. Check them out and see what you think.
