Expensive and not so good food. Definitely not my cup of tea.

Always wherever you go whitin Mexico all are fantastic!!! they always have a budget meal ( soup, the main course, beverage, coffee and desert for less than 10 USD! if more money they have a BIG selection of meals or dishes to fill every preference, kids, vegetarian people, meat lovers all, and now they deliver in a considerable distance or with Uber eats or kind of save the dishes service.. great!!!

Came for breakfast. They now have my favorite breakfast meal huevos motulenos. Only it's usually covered with ham a fresh peas. So for 109 pesos instead I got two two tiny ham bits and 4 overcooked peas on top if tortillas,beans and 2 eggs.

I sometimes think it twice before I visit a chain restaurant like this one but my visit in this particular branch was so satisfying. The waitress treated me so nicely, she was so attentive, I felt like I was in a smaller and more personal restaurant. The food was delicious too. I specifically recommend this VIPs because of the experience I has today. If you want to have a simple and delicious meal, come and enjoy.

A very mediocre Mexican chain. The service is poor and slow, the food bland and the environment sterile. Also overpriced. The food is of adequate quality in spite of being bland. Large selection. Would expect a better play area.

It's like any family style restaurant. Clean, decent food, wifi and a place for kids to play a little. If you're Canadian, don't expect good coffee here. The coffee is barely ok in Mexico. Be nice to the staff, I saw an American get give a server a hard time. They don't speak English, be patient.

We ordered from VIP via Uber Eats and these were my findings. We have been in Mérida for approximately one (1) month. One late evening we ordered from VIP. The food packaging is absolutely a five (5) presentation. The packaging is really awesome. The delivery time was expected based on the expectation that the food would be made fresh prior to delivery. The disappointment came after the opening the beautiful package. The food was nothing less than horrible. Why would you place chips at the bottom of a hot meal to become soggy? The food tasted unseasoned and tasted bland. The enchiladas were soaked in far too much cheese sauce, which made them wet and rubbery like when eaten. This review will hopefully, help you to reconsider food preparation on certain items and maybe separate certain items to prevent the foods from becoming soggy and rubbery to eat.

Food is not bad, but they need to work on there service at this location. I've been to few other location and had much better experience.

It is Vips...they are all the same. Food is reliable. When there is nothing better around, Vips gets the job done.

Great food fast. Reminds me of a Dennys but so much better.
