Excellent restaurant! We went twice and I ordered the same thing each time because it was so good - a biscuit, huevos divorciados, and cafe con leche estilo bisquets. The cafe con leche is so delicious and the way they make it in front of you is so cool! The biscuit is as good as what you'll find in the southern US. The service is very good and prompt. I was really impressed when a very young girl came in asking for money and the staff let her choose a pastry and they packed it up for her for free. <3

The five star is mostly for the service, the food was good, but our server was on point. Our initial drink order came within minutes and our server checked on us frequently. The food was tasty and everyone in our party enjoyed their meal. This location also offers Mexican pastries that can be seen as a nice appetizer. Now in the past couple of days we went to a couple restaurants and getting reliable service was hard to come by and we almost walk out both times, which made this restaurant stand out. If you are looking for a good meal at decent prices and want quality service, this is a great option.

This restaurant serves all sorts of delicious food. What we ordered was delicious, but most importantly our server Claudia, who works at night is a sweet heart. She took care of us to the point that she made our experience work our while. Unfortunately, we did see that the cashier during the evening was giving us dirty looks, I’m assuming because because of the rapport our server Claudia had with us. Either way it was very uncomfortable. I would only return if Claudia serves us. No one else.

Breakfast is very delicious. Very tasty and sweet pastries. But we didn't like the Enchiladas and omlettes in the evening .

The food is ok and reasonably priced. The service was subpar. Took forever for someone to seat us and the waiter seemed disinterested and unwilling to help when asked questions about the menu, even when Google translate was used. There is no English menu.

I was in the downtown Mérida Yucatan restaurant. Food was ok, but I asked the server to describe the plate before I ordered; the plate that arrived was not what he described at all. I mentioned this to him and he just said "sorry" and left. I tried to speak to the manager but she acted as is if she did not see me as I was standing right on front of her for 2-3 minutes. I was not impressed.

Almost a Mexican Tim Horton's in terms of customer loyalty and food quality... The Bisquets con Pasas are my fave!!!

They have really tasty food, the service is sluggish. I ordered two churros to compliment my breakfast, however they never brought them.

Service was great, portions were generous, food was ok. I ordered breakfast for supper which was nice. Process were super affordable and the bread was fresh.

Great place for local experience. Had breakfast on Sunday there and it was a great choice. Place was full of locals ( my guess after service in church). I had cappuccino, machaca con huevo and corn biscuit. Food was simple but good

Delicious, broad selection, friendly and multi-lingual staff, quality food in relaxed atmosphere, prices a bit high but again - good attention to quality, presentation, and variety... Not to mention the address is right on the main plaza! Very convenient. Only four stars for high prices, and lack of decor. Beautiful old colonial building that they set up like an old time dinner. Good range of options on the menu.

Tonight was fantastic there. I ate TWO stuffed dessert breads, one amazing Cafe Americano with heated milk, and a chocolate malt to go. Very good food, event service. 4-5 star

We went there for coffee, we had an espresso and an americano and neither were good. We didn't eat anything, so I'm not sure about the quality food.

Exactly what we needed in the morning; Not fancy but quick. Variety of options, and relatively inexpensive for the area, but I thought of it as a Mexican version of Denny's diner chain back in US. Met or exceeded expectations when compared as such.

The service in this place is very bad and the food is not a big deal. We went to eat breakfast and it took them 45 minutes to bring the food even though the dishes we ordered were simple (hot cakes and a piece of nopal with some sauce). Adding to this, the waiters and the area manager were a little bit rude.

We had a very good lunch there while walking the central historic district. Don't let the adjacent American fast food site fool you into thinking the food isn't very good local fare, well served, and at a very good price. We all 4 had different choices and all rated the food very good.
