Terrible place, terrible owners. Would NEVER recommend to anyone. Indian guy at the front desk, I'm assuming one of the owners, was never at the desk. Had you waiting for a while even when you ring the bell. Looks like he hates his job and is not friendly. They do not serve breakfast even though while making the reservation it says they do. Hotel is garbage. Only thing good about it was the new carpet. I wouldn't come back even for one night. I would rather sleep in my car.

Spent a few nights here and all was mostly fine. This is a no frills place, but fine for a short stay. Front desk staff always took a sec but did respond to the bell they have there, eventually. The room had a bit of a smell, but most hotel rooms in this price range do. Good water pressure, but it didn't get hot enough for my preference. Room was clean, well appointed with coffee, fridge, microwave. TV was a bit small, but did the job. They do NOT do breakfast here. Either post Covid, or just to save cost. I didn't see any other amenities they may have, so can't comment. Overall, at this price point, I would stay here again.

We had to walk through a hallway reeking of cigarette and pot smoke to get to our nonsmoking room. And I ended up with numerous bites that look like they’re from bedbugs, although we did not look to see if there were any.

Price was affordable, location was reasonable. The front desk receptionist was rude, extremely passive aggressive, no hospitality and could use training in customer service department. The housekeeper “Rayna” leaves a hand written letter informing guest “Tips are Appreciated” as well as her cash app tag. (The only service she provided is knocking on your door yelling check out and arguing with guest). I understand policy and procedures as it’s to be expected in anywhere. Delivery, choice of words and tone sets the bar or depletes it. The room was clean; the wall paper in the bathroom was coming down. Bed was clean and decent place to get some rest. Would not recommend unless there’s nothing left in the surrounding area.

There was a huge truck taking up two parking spaces and i went to park and the bumber of my car hit that truck. The manager said that he didnt care if vehicles take up two parking spaces. The truck had plenty of space to park as well.

I recently stayed at a hotel that advertised complimentary breakfast, but to my disappointment, they didn't actually offer breakfast. When I inquired about it at the front desk, I was met with an unhelpful and rude response. Additionally, the box spring of my bed was broken and nothing was done to fix it. The wallpaper in the room was peeling off and the overall cleanliness of the room was lacking. There was also a distinct smell in the room that was unpleasant. I booked this hotel without doing a thorough search and regretted it. I booked two rooms for myself and family members for Thanksgiving and it was not a pleasant experience. I highly recommend looking at reviews before booking here. The guest services were bare minimum and the staff was rude and unwelcoming. Best of luck if you decide to stay here.

Last minute booking for us for Christmas to visit with the Family down in Wallingford/Meridan. Plenty of outside parking, the front desk was nice and it was very easy to get checked in. The room was well put together, with clean bed sheets, pillows, and blankets. The TV in the room was modern with plenty to watch. Food in the area was good and easy to get to us. However, this is where the good things of the stay end. The mattress during the stay was quite outdated (thin spring mattress), and it was probably one of the most uncomfortable beds I've slept on. I woke up every 2 hours with pretty taxing back pain. I was very stiff well into the next day. The shower and bathroom were really small, and the shower head was a bit run down, only offering a narrow spray with colder-than-ideal water which didn't make for a very comfortable shower in the middle of winter when it was 15 degrees outside. Lastly, my girlfriend had the worst night she has ever had at a hotel in all her years due to her being unable to sleep. Above our room 212 (assuming 312), the guests were banging, smashing, and jumping on the floor until 5:30 am. Not to mention all the yelling and screaming along with it. She had to call the front desk 2 times at 3 am and 5 am to ask if she could go upstairs and tell them to stop, which did not work. We reported this to the front desk and were told the manager of the building was going to call us to talk about it, and have not heard back since. Safe to say we will not be coming back to this location after this. We consider this a one and done for us.
