I was just reading the reviews and I see rudeness and sarcasm in all responses to negative comments. I just wanted to mention it because it is hard to be criticized publicly as a business owner but it shows the character when the responses are plain snarky.

Its 2 floors, most the furniture is downstairs and all clothing, jewelry and accessories are on the main floor. I've been here a few times never had any positive encounters with the staff especially when I asked about how consignment works and when I call on the phone (when they pickup after a few calls) They had prom dresses for $10 when I went. They also have colour discount but its confusing as the orange is 40% and the red is 80% honestly I couldn't tell the difference between the colors. 40% should be green or something. If you want to consign here clothing isn't the best option for that you should go to 2nd time around, its besto to consign anything that isnt clothing.

Kellie is great. CONSIGNMENT jewelry/ jewellery rocks! Epic selection of 1-of-a-kind fine jewelry finds ... FOR other item (clothing) prices are pretty dang good. Typically they have a tag sale. Checkout is not old lady thrift store SLOW but isn't rapid either. Selection is confusing esp if new to the area or just passing through. Only legit place in the region I've found.

Very disappointed today. We have been going to your sales for many years. We have always brought out 15 lb puppy, Sammy. My husband always carries him while indoors. Today wee were told that Sammy was not allowed inside. So sorry that we can no longer attend your sales. Not to worry, for there a great many other sales that have never turned us away. Your loss, not ours!

Very pleased with the service and wealth of knowledge from Guiseppe Stella of Stella D'oro Jewelry located in Kellie's Consignment. I will be trusting him with several sentimental pieces that need repair. I encourage everyone in the area to experience this gem.

Was a little disappointed. Not that stuff as second hand, but things like a stain which was missed on a light colored top and a couple of other issues leaves me not so interested in going back.

We especially love going to the estate sales. I get emails on the upcoming estate sales and love looking thru the photos to see if anything is of interest. As usual, I found precisely what I was looking for, and a few other items that I could not leave without. The 4 new sidechairs fot the dinning table will look perfectly at their new home, as I am sure the will the pillow, and glass banana split dishes. Thanks again Kellie!

Week or so ago I came in for the first time in a while, the staff was great!! I was looking through the 'vintage' section and it was great, very authentic and fair prices! Really well organized and someone named Tandi or Ta- something. She pointed things out and showed me through the vintage clothes. I love the atmosphere. Will be back!

I have been impressed with the honesty and workmanship of Mr. Stella of Stella D'oro Jewelry and with Mr. Klepinger of Morning Dance Custom Jewelry and Fine Art. Both are friendly and very knowledgeable.

Definitely a shady business whether you're buying items from them or having them run your estate sale. I recently went to a sale on the FIRST DAY (no discounts on first day) and noticed a worker cutting a deal on items for people she knew, while others had to pay full price for items. She had them pay cash so it was completely under the table. This is completely wrong and unfair not only to customers, but to the family who has trusted this awful company with their belongings to sell. I would avoid going to any sales/using their services all together.

Kellie and her team are amazing. Did a few auctions with her and everything was simple and went off without a hitch. The store is well organized and you can always find some things to buy. Thank you Kellie and team. Barb D.

Went to my last Kellies estate sale today. Was there within 2 hours of end on last day. Prices were 35% off. I made an offer to the cashier on some lamps which she accepted. When I checked out another lady said she was not selling anything for a discount of more than 35% off and started talking loudly to me and then left to chew out the other lady. Then came back and said she wouldn’t honor the price agreed to with the other lady even though that lady verified she made the deal, it was only a couple dollars and I didn’t need to be put in an embarrassing situation with this lady yelling. Very poor customer service.

Great store! Giuseppe the jeweler is awesome! My experience with him was great - he was very informative and helpful and fair. I definitely recommend Kellies and Giuseppe to everyone!

I purchased an item online, and it was just as photographed and the staff was very helpful answering my questions regarding the item's condition as well as approximated shipping charges. Great company to work with!

I had a complete misunderstanding regarding the online auctions, and had reached out about the issue. Within a short time, I received a phone call where she fully explained the situation and cleared up my confusion. She was very nice and helpful, and I greatly appreciate the quick responsiveness.
