I entered to the store without noticing the time. One Associate told me they have closed. It was 7 o'clock and it was ok, I came out. Then other woman and a child entered to the store without any problem....I wonder how and why??? I am also paying with US dollars....shame on you JC Penny.

Just window shopped today. But looks like they had some good sales going on. Definitely recommend!

Pretty good. The store was nice and clean with lots of choices. More staff than last time I was there no waiting.

I enjoyed my shopping there,I was greeted when I walked in I found a variety of dresses to look at Penny's has always been one of my favorite stores. My cashier was very pleasant ☺️

They are always on super sale, seems like they're usually threatening to go out of business. Decent selection. Feels oddly empty.

First time shopping at JCP in at least a year. Inventory low, is January so makes sense. Staff not very welcoming or friendly, until I met Alene (sp). Dressing rooms can use some cleaning too, lots of dust. Bought for hubby and me, some great deals, some okay sale prices. Will check out the store again, thx to Alene and her customer service!

Very friendly employees. Rachel greeted us when we walked into the store. She was very friendly. I found some very good deals on big and tall clothing.

Great store, alot of nice women's clothing at good prices. It was hard getting someone to help me, I walked around the whole store & the only car I saw were at cash registers. I had to get the lady from jewelry to assist me, & she was great.

The store was clean and well organized. The selection of merchandise was good. Multiple checkouts were open and the lines were short. The regular priced items were ok, sale items are very good.

When I was there today the registers weren't open at the front of the store. I was charged more for my shoes than what the sign said. The people that work here are nice I've been coming here since I was a kid I like shopping here

the "forgettable" store....I was so impressed with all of the clothing lines, everything seemed to be in place. Very happy to see this!

Went shopping for College sportswear for a gift and found a couple of items in the size needed. My wife found a dress she liked but not her size. However, she found the right size at jcpenney.com and had it sent to the store. The store is not as fully stocked ( i.e. crammed) like in the past, but still has a good selection for the times.

Smelled like moth balls, when you first enter. Limited supply of women's nightgowns. Returns at service desk, a little backed up. Friendly service

There used to be a little old lady that worked at the jewelry counter and she was so sweet and I always loved to go to Penny's and buy jewelry from her, the new lady was very helpful and patient with me looking through the jewelry to find my selection still love shopping at Penney's Grandma shop that pennies and as long as pennies is there I will continue to shop there as well careful to Karen's they are in there

Stopped in while I was in town on 3/18/22 to pick up some clothes for my growing infant & jeans for my husband. It was about 5:30-6pm, so near closing (I forgot malls close at 7 now). There seemed to be only 2 open registers in the store, thus a small but slow moving line. Despite this, Jeremiah was wonderful, patient, & personable! He was able to help me pull up my JCP credit card (which I forgot about) so I could take advantage of a promotion. Five Stars for Jeremiah (I missed the 7 day window to complete the survey). As for the store as a whole, eh! The 34x32 straight legged roomy thigh Levi’s I wanted were out of stock in every wash. Also, the infant boys selection was sparse.

Great selection and had exactly what I wanted. Check out was a breeze with friendly staff. Looking forward to going back and shopping again.

Love JCPenney so much. I can never come here and not buy anything... This particular location always has what I'm looking for and more. It's always well kept.

Great selection for women 4 stars because we went to shop for hubby - he wears harbor bay tall - there was no T-shirts available at all on harbor bay. For myself- new work wardrobe- thanks JCPENNEY for having a great selection and good prices
