My fiancee and I went in to just look around this evening right before they closed. We weren't even planning on buying anything, yet Richard immediately came to our aid and was very helpful with what my fiancee wanted. Richard was beyond charming and easy to converse with and genuinely wanted to help! We ended up getting a wedding band for my fiancee and we left extremely satisfied at a much lower rate than expected. You will not regret coming here because the customer service is super!

I've stopped in before and Richard was so kind and helpful. He talked with my wife for over 30 minutes to help her pick out a new ring she wanted. He was very polite and funny. The store manager helped me find this beautiful blue topaz bracelet for my soon to be sister-in-law and he was pleasant to interact with. Very relaxed, friendly, and knowledgeable. Rich was a huge help in helping find the perfect ring for me and we even were able to incorporate my mother's center stone from her wedding ring. The jeweler made a custom wedding band to match my engagement ring and I couldn't be happier with the end product. I moved from Arizona and wasn’t familiar with Rogers & Holland. I was in need of jewelry repair and walked in to their store in hopes of fixing a cosmetic piece of jewelry. I had the best experience shopping at the Meridian Mall Rogers and Hollands, from the first step into their store! We were greeted with smiling faces and the staff was so friendly and willing to help. I went in there to get my ring cleaned. In the Fall, I needed some repairs on my diamond wedding ring and R&H did a wonderful job. I needed to have some additional changes made to it because my finger was injured and I went back to R&H. I was able to actually work with the Jeweler on the fine tuning of the ring, and I can now get it on! Thank you Rich for your communication with me, and for coordinating the one-on-one repairs. You guys were great! I highly recommend R&H jewelers.

Walked in and Florentina Hernandez was there to help. She was so nice and accommodating and really helped us get an engagement ring that didn't break the bank. We discussed finance options and found the perfect fit for us. Sizing is happening same day and we never felt obliged to pick anything (which just happened at another store next to them). I would like to thank the store manager, Richard Burks for his excellent service. My husband needed a watch that was water resistant and could be worn daily. Richard was able to recommend a watch and walk him through the set up and operation of the watch. We were in and out in less than half an hour. We went out in search of a wedding ring and band to replace my original that I lost a few years ago. Alliah was super friendly and fun to work with she was patient and helped us find the perfect set for us. Lloyd and the owner were also great at helping us get a price we were comfortable with! Overall I’m very happy with the service we received at Rogers and Hollands. They offer a service plan without monthly check ins and that was the difference for us we want to know our purchase will be taken care of.

I rarely write reviews but my experience with this store earned one. I was shopping at the mall and randomly walked in and was quickly greeted by Richard. Being interested in an engagement ring, he went over several options and answered many questions. I have bought jewelry before but he offered information I had never heard from other stores. He followed up with me a few days later and was very patient as I made my decision in the coming weeks. Richard put together a good deal for me on the ring and even facilitated custom work in house for it. I'm super happy with the quality of the ring and diamond shines like a disco ball!
