😐 Very clean, welcoming, and inviting. Everyone was extremely friendly and not pushy at all. I had Samatha, and she was wonderful. Super sweet down to earth and gave me a great massage - I just wish it was longer. ***Update June 2023 I've been going here since they opened and I don't think I will be... Very clean, welcoming, and inviting. Everyone was extremely friendly and not pushy at all. I had Samatha, and she was wonderful. Super sweet down to earth and gave me a great massage - I just wish it was longer. ***Update June 2023 I've been going here since they opened and I don't think I will be back. The last few times I have gone, I felt the massages & facials weren't very good. They also keep raising their prices and are up to charge for everything. By the time you get out of there, you are paying $150 for a 50-minute massage or facial. This is not Hollywood ppl. This is Meridian Idaho. The salon itself is very nice but there is nothing special about the massages or facials. I have had better ones elsewhere in town for a fraction of the cost here. I thought I found my new go-to place, but I was wrong. If you don't mind spending a ton of money for a basic massage or facail, you may like it here. The facility itself is nice, but you're paying for the atmosphere, not the service. In my opinion, they are way overpriced & no longer fit in my budget.

I went to Hand and Stone in Meridian this past Saturday and had a facial with Danielle. What a great experience! My face felt amazing after the 1 hour of pampering!! I’ll be back….

We have been to this location for massage and facial, both were fantastic. The facility is clean and well maintained. The employees are all upbeat with a positive, yet calming energy. McKenna was my massage therapist, and I highly recommend her! She listened to what was wanted, the strength that was requested, and areas that needed special attention. She was pleasant, professional and personable ... she truly made this experience enjoyable!

This place is pretty nice, had a couples massage and enjoyed it. My masseuse was very strong for a lady and that was refreshing. I can say all in all we were happy!

Massage therapist was sick. She wore a mask but still. Additionally she was inexperienced. The massage was awkward, not relaxing. Left feeling like I needed a massage.:.

I’ve been going to the Meridian Hand & Stone for a little over a year. My sister recommended the chain. I have had excellent massages to help with my muscle stiffness and spasticity. I have mild cerebral palsy and the Himalayan Salt massages work wonders. I had a wax this week and staff made me feel incredibly comfortable throughout the whole process. The only thing that I would improve on; is to make sure people park correctly in designated spaces. I came in with my mobile wheelchair, and someone had completely parked over the handicap ramp. I had an inch of space to get my chair up on the sidewalk but the ramp should not have been completely blocked.

I have had four different occasions to visit this spa for massages. I always schedule the 90 minute (80) one - it's well worth the extra $$ as far as I am concerned. Each time I have visited, a different therapist has treated me to a great massage. I Had my first with Himalayan Stones, the next a deep tissue, the third a hot stone and the fourth a Swedish. By far my massage with Michele was the best of the best. I took advantage of their BOGO sale they are having and pre ordered several gift cards for family and friends. Super great place...
