***Update 9/5/23*** I got my transplant 8 months ago, I don't recognize myself. The hair has grown back even better than I imagined. John did a great job and I would do this all over again. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ It's only been 3 months since my FOE hair transplant with John, and the results are absolutely amazing. I know it will take longer to see complete results, but even after 3 months I can't believe the difference. I was already confident, but my confidence has shot up considerably since the procedure. I was a fence sitter for about a year, and I wish I'd done it sooner. It is definitely worth the money.

Mountain West Medical met all my expectations and more! They are up to date on all the latest techniques and services, the office staff is fantastic and Sam, the nurse injector was absolutely amazing! I will travel from Salt Lake to Boise for any and all future treatments!

I'm beyond words. I went to Dr. John about migraines and how my quality of life felt depleated due to them. Dr John recommended some injections, got approval from my insurance and was able to administer them. Its only been 5 days and my symptoms are no longer there. I actually feel normal. I was able to go with my family to the hot springs, hike, fish, and have a normal day! To those who don't suffer from migraines, it may not seem like a lot or may not understand how amazing it is to just feel normalcy. These little things are a big win in my book. I went in 1 time for a consultation for botox for migraines. 4 months later, I'm still going rounds over the bill. They can't seem to get my insurance info correct to bill my insurance. I've called them to fix it twice now & still keep getting bills. Call my insurance company and they say that they NEVER received a claim to begin with. They can't deny to pay for something they never received. They approved the botox, so somewhere along the line someone in billing is messing up on my insurance information and it's very frustrating. I just spent 30 minutes on the phone with my insurance company who had to call the doctor and leave my info to verify I AM insured & to submit a claim to them. Hopefully this time it fixes the issue. Guess I won't be going back for the botox after all. What a waste of my time!!

Age 45, Liposuction I was extremely pleased with my abdominal liposuction performed by Dr. John & Samantha. I had been wanting this procedure done for many years and after having a consultation with Dr. John, I felt confident it was time. My procedure was done on 6/13/23. I was on my feet the next morning with light activity and back to work days later. I am two weeks out since the procedure and love my results. I would also like to thank Steph who gave me an Opus Plasma treatment to help with skin tightening. No regrets!
