Your experience is only as good as how much you want to pay. Strawberry salad? How does one berry sliced into 5 slices in a large bowl of lettuce sound? Want extra berries? Extra charge per scoop. Per scoop. Also out of toilet paper in the bathroom and it was a mess. Out of hot sauce as well. Are you doing okay Zupas?

😬 is really all we could use to describe our experience here. Obviously something in their operations was off today. “We don’t know how we’re going to serve soups today” We didn’t order soups. We opted for salads and sammies instead. On the menu the turkey avocado club says it comes with “mixed greens” not shredded green lettuce. We ordered a large drink because we love the “healthy” juices that are available. Well, they’re supposed to be. Instead we got picture 2. The salads weren’t great either. It came with everything to include the bottom of the lettuce heads, what do you call these the stubs??? Not sure but they’re inedible. To add insult to injury there was a hair on my hard boiled egg. We’re not the type of people to complain but with the line up of experiences in only one trip it was hard to not share. With my wife being pregnant it’s hard for her to be excited about really anything to eat in general. Combine that with our experience at Zupas on Eagle and I’m concerned for the way the rest of the weekend is going to go 😬

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE PICKUP IF YOU EXPECT TO HAVE IT READY ON TIME. They prepare in person orders before online orders and my order was delivered 40+ minutes after the pickup time even though I ordered over an hour in advance of pickup. They also will not communicate how behind they are! The staff were hostile towards those of the two dozen other people waiting who dared ask when their order would be ready. Management needs to wake up and address this. Horrible experience and not the first time I've had it here -- but it is the last.

This place was in absolute shambles. To start there was no manager to help the girls preparing the food. They confused and messed up my wife's sandwich only order. And the state of the restaurant was disgusting. All the tables needed to be cleaned. There was trash everywhere and the drink station looked like someone threw up on it. Where is their cleaning staff? Needless to say we will not recommend and will not be returning.

I feel the portions are small and inadequate. Sure it tastes good, but I’m always a left feeling a little hungry after my meal. This last visit, we waited in line 20+ minutes to order. When my chicken sandwich was prepared going down the line, it didn’t look much like the picture on the menu. I asked if it was missing lettuce, and was told it no- it comes with micro greens. I asked if there were micro greens on it, and she opened it up, looked it over, and confirmed they were indeed there. When I was given my food and I sat down and had a chance to look over my order, this was the amount of micro greens on my sandwich. (🤷🏻‍♀️???) The fact that she opened it up, “verified” the amount of micro greens, and still felt confident enough to hand this to me blows my mind.

The service was very slow. The drinks and the lids were all taken and there were no refills for them left. The brisket grilled cheese sandwich was good but lacking flavor and tastes differently compared to other zupas. Definitely not going back here again.

Wow! What an amazing experience. I got to the meridian store in the nick of time as they had to close early due to lack of staff. When I got there I was greeted by cheerful workers. They had a rough day but still managed to keep similes on their faces and great attitude. I love this location and these girls. The food was amazing as always! Thank you so much for going to work ladies and gentlemen! I just remember when someone else is struggling, to walk in their shoes! Definitely will recommend this location to all who I know!

I love zupas so much! Pretty typical Zupas experience. Food was delicious as always. I love their mango berry salad & Wisconsin cauliflower soup! Staff was great! My sister got the chipotle salad & she loved it! I’ll definitely be getting this next time!

I really enjoy the freshness of all of Cafe Zupas dishes. Their salads and sandwiches are all very good. The portions are generous. I like the creative flavors of the salads, they are not just bland, boring salads. They're well thought out and taste delicious. I took one star off of service only because it can be a little frustrating with a group to order at the beginning of the line then have to remember and repeat everything to the person checking you out. I only want to have to order once. 😀

Our very first visit at the Meridian location, my wife and I were professionally greeted by Mikaela with a friendly smile. She provided complimentary samples of their freshly made soups for both of us to taste, so we would choose the ones to our liking. The entire staff is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Ever since our first experience, we’ve visited the establishment at least once a week, and we love their freshly made sandwiches and soups at a very reasonable price. We highly recommend this restaurant and appreciate Mikaela’s consistent smile and professionalism!!! Michael & Daniele

It's like a healthy fast food joint. They sell a variety of salads, soups, sandwiches, and deserts, along with fountain drinks and fruit infused water. The average price for one person is between $7-$12. The ambiance is modern with an outside area for those sunny days, and they offer takeout.

Food was fresh. It was pretty busy during weekday at lunch time, but the wait was not long.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Me and my family of 4 went to have a quick bite today and there were all teenage girls chatting and laughing, getting all together at the sandwich station, first girl that helped us was in a VERY BAD mood, rolling her eyes, even the client behind us told her that if she didn't like her job to just quit, all tables were dirty and the beverage station was just not taken cared of, missing lids, spoons and the red bucket that was supposed to have sanitized water looked like someone had just puke there. For sure we're NEVER going back to that location.

So I guess you can’t tip them. They love reviews though. So here goes. We’ve been there twice in the last week as we head on vacation and now, on our way home from vacation. There are many things we appreciate about Cafe Zupas, first being the availability of fresh vegetables that allow us to cater to our own dietary needs. In this case, both times the staff was very welcoming and helpful. Plus, very friendly. We love the chain in general, and this location is no exception.

Kids Meals aren't worth it here. The chicken tenders are 90% bread and super tiny. The fruit cups are mostly empty. The milk was invisible, still haven't been able to find it. Do yourself a favor and go to Chick-fil-A if you are getting a kids meal. Adult meals are good though!

Been coming here since it opened! Love the food, but the cleanliness at this location has steadily declined over the years. While we have not ever been sick from eating here, if the food wasn't so tasty we would not come back. The management needs to pay more attention to the dining room.

I love Zupas, but their food would never be ready when you order take-out, and the average waiting time would be over 25min... Maybe I should've learned their pattern, but please, don't say 'Order ready at XX:XX' in the email confirmation if you can't fulfill your promise. Their staff also don't seem to care about the long line. Poor operation and management.

Excellent restaurant serving real food with delicious flavors. Great selection of salads, soups and sandwiches. Unique ones you will not find anywhere else. Great choice of natural juice blends as well. Indoor seating during the pandemic. Good employees. Good service. We will return! We like real food!

We were there at 6:30 pm on a Friday evening, it was not very busy. They were out of over half the soups. Then when we checked out the cashier did not include our bread after we sat down we discovered that we did not get bread. Asked the cashier and she acted like we were putting her out. She gave us two pieces of bread that were still frozen in the middle. The dining room had not been cleaned as well as the beverage area was not cleaned or stocked. Horrible service! Will not be going back!!

Cafe Zupas is a convenient go-to restaurant for fairly healthy food. Unfortunately, they ignore CDC and OSHA guidelines and no longer wear masks. It’s disappointing that a restaurant we enjoy so much doesn’t support public health. (The CDC and OSHA both state that people should wear masks in areas of high COVID transmission regardless of vaccination status.)

My family went in for lunch today. The staff did an amazing job for how incredibly busy they were! Everyone was friendly, helpful and efficient. They all worked really well together to get the job done. Great job!

Food for curbside pickup was 35 minutes late and I had to finally go inside to discover they hadn’t started my order. Edit: the food was wrong Edit after owner response: I want the owner or corporate intern or whoever to understand that it’s not a training issue. It’s a staffing issue. Hire more staff or pay them better. You basically had 6 teenagers trying to service 50 people during the lunch rush.
