Been to many Krispy Kreme shops. Been to this one multiple times. The original glazed when relatively fresh taste great. However, whenever I come to this one the originals always taste and look like they have sat out for a day. Old originals do not taste good. DO NOT go unless they are hot off the line, just a waist of money otherwise. Saying that the people I have meet here generally seem nice. SHORT ANSWER drive to the one in Overland park instead.

These are my favorite donuts so that is the only reason I tolerate the customer service. The last two times I have had issues. Issue #1 placed order for pick up. Go to pick up (only 2 orders on the shelf) and they wanted to see my receipt, weird. Issue #2 I tried to order online because they had 2 Doz for $16. The app wouldn't allow any orders. I go to the drive thru and say "I want the 2 for $16" get to the window and she charged me $30. I tell her no they are 2 for $16, she says "you have to tell us" ummm first off I did, second you don't know your specials?? Smh. Maybe they should work on some customer service classes at this location.

This place has a conveyor belt of doughnuts and it is amazing. We went for a nighttime snack and the belt was not running, then we went back to see it working. The nice lady was so kind to give our kids warm samples. 6/30/2023

Great product Grate location one star because the lobby's never opened. It's awkward when you're on foot and walking up to the window, there's also nothing posted on the doors saying dinning room closed.

All of are donuts tasted super super old. This is not the norm for krispy kreme. We’ve been coming here since we were all very little and never had a problem. $15 for a dozen just to end up in the trash. Lastly, would advice management to watch their crew. They were extremely rude and they all acted like I was a bother by coming in. I know not everyday is a good day and I know mistakes happen, just hope it changes soon!

I placed an order online for 2 dozen donuts. I pull up to the drive thru and Amy at the window said she doesn't have my order. She proceeds to tell me that if she doesn't have my order - THAT I PAID FOR - then she can't fill it. I try showing her my email that shows that I placed an order and she gets annoyed then asks what I ordered. She then fills my order but continues to tell me that she can't fill my order if it doesn't show up, but why should I be punished for their system not working. Never again will I order from this location.

Went by a Krispy Kreme Doughnut shop this evening seen the light on that represent that they are making their glazed doughnuts hot and fresh sooo delicious! Went in to get my free doughnut but they stopped giving away their hot fresh yummy delicious doughnuts I said so your light was a trick to pull me in so i bought a couple of doughnuts which i was going to anyways but the free hot one was like an incentive to buy more!

VERY LIMITED SELECTION. Asked about several kinds of doughnuts and were told that they just don’t carry them at all: No bearclaws, apple fritters, maple bars, cake/old fashioned doughnuts. (Except for a Blueberry cake doughnut, which was helpfully noted on the description sign as having “no real blueberries” in them.) RANCID. Out of two raised doughnuts, both tasted of rancid oil. We threw them out instead of eating them. We did try the “non” blueberry Blueberry Doughnut, and it was awful. Tasted slightly of artificial blueberries, but mostly just of sugar. COLD COFFEE. Coffee was barely warm- such a disappointment when one of the best things to go with a doughnut is a steaming cup of hot coffee. Forget that. No, we did not complain, as we were on our way to an appointment. However, we will not be back. Anyone, or any establishment, can have a bad day. This, however, was beyond that. Serious quality control issues, and an established selection of limited kinds of doughnuts. Even the raised doughnuts, had they not been rancid, weren’t at all like the KK doughnuts I had years ago: Ethereal pillows of flavorful goodness. These were simply awful.

I stopped at this Krispy Kreme at 6:30 am on May 5 to pick up four dozen donuts for my work. I live 45 miles from my job and this Krispy Kreme is 30 miles from my home on my way to my job. By the time I got there I had to use the restroom (morning coffee). I went up to the door and there was a sign on the door that said lobby open for online orders. When I went inside the manager asked me in a very sharp tone do you have an online order pick up? I told her I did not and immediately she stated I would have to go through the drive-through. I told her I needed to use the restroom and could I please do so? She stated yes and as I walked away to go to the restroom she turned to her employees and said, what is so hard about reading a sign on the door? I told her that I had to use the restroom and could not wait. When I came out I asked her what her name was. She would not respond to me. She finally looked at me and I asked her again for her name. She turned her back and would not respond. She then turned to me and stated there was a sign on the door and told me to leave the store. As I left the store she started yelling other things at me that I could not hear as was halfway out the door. I will never go back to the store again, my work will just have to do without donuts.

Please teach your workers to turn the headsets up and how to refund or fix a wrong order. I sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes and had to explain how to refund my money as I paid for the wrong order. The girl in the drive thru should own up for clicking the wrong order rather than saying “who did these orders wrong”. Knew it was her after we had to go back through the drive thru just to order because she made us pull up to the window before we finished. TRAIN YOUR PEOPLE!

if you like these donuts then ok. i didnt like that they seemed to be days old on the product i purchased. felt dried out. dunkin seems to be a lot fresher product, and a lot better staff, more smiles and less frowning.

We ordered two glazed donuts and two lemon-filled. They were absolutely delicious! I'm glad we did not order a whole dozen because we would have eaten the whole thing, lol!

This is a really nice Krispy Kreme. The workers were very kind. They were quick to get us our donuts. We enjoyed our visit greatly.

No personalities for employees and the price is too high for what we get it's stupid. Under 10 dozen costs more than 170 dollars. That's horrible granted the Donuts are alright but nothing special and the glaze leaves a film in your mouth. Plus I rarely can get any of the holiday or seasonal ones they are always out and rarely on the variety box do you get much variety or anything real good.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Either they are liars or don't pay attention at all. My wife went to go get a dozen in the 13th. They have an offer for another dozen for 13 cents. Well they deny her the deal at first because "it's out". How is the deal out when it's a one day only deal and they clearly are selling more dozens? Well THEN they told her they can actually do it, but then charge my wife $17 for the full price anyways and completely lie about it. Horrible Krispy Kreme and never going there again.

I love krispy cream and they always serve them fresh but I don’t know what happened with the lemon donuts we got they tasted horrible like old milk in a way:/ my friend did not appreciate these since they were for her birthday. 😑

I feel it's a hit or miss.. Sometimes the donuts taste fresh & other times they're greasy.... Also, they seem to have gotten smaller since last year!

I walked into the store and waited for someone to acknowledge that I was there., then the girl at the drive-thru window told me that I need to go to the drive through to order. Doughnuts were good. So No complaints except for the door being unlocked so I went inside.

Kudos to the owner/manager on Tuesday, May 2nd about 9::00 am for our visit with grandkids who had never been to a krispy kream donut store to watch the donuts being made and treating us to a delicious sample!!!! Great customer service!

Closest Krispy Kreme is 140+ miles. Seriously as popular as they are they can’t get them any closer. The couple of times I vacation I did enjoy the donut.

Went to this location during thanksgiving season and had the joy of experiencing some delicious donuts and black coffee! The coffee was complimented by the donuts so well that it didn’t call for any additives like cream, flavoring or added sugar.

Just left here after ordering one donut and a drink. Got to the window and didn’t get the drink and the worker named Gabriella told me that they were out of it so I gave her the money and drove away. They gave me the wrong order so I came back and just told them that I think they gave me the wrong order. They ask for my receipt and i pull it out to look at it, and I see they’ve given me the receipt for the wrong order. So I give it to them. Fast forward they claim that this is what I ordered and they quickly pull the “we all three heard you” card. It turns that they misheard me and thought my drink was a donut. That’s all fine, except that they couldn’t just say they misheard me and became accusatory. All I wanted was a donut and they couldn’t even give the correct change when I asked for it back. I am a young server and servers like these are the reason why people hate the younger generation.

Best in the metro! When the hot light is on and you ask for hot, fresh original glazed, that's exactly what you get. Friendly service, too... Alexandra, you're the best!

Was approved after submitting an application through Krispy Kreme to fundraiser for my daughter. Have been given the run around for over a month being told to do it here, there or wherever. Nobody knows anything COMPLETELY about the fundraising in which their company offers! Funny. To be told “I wouldn’t accept any type of fundraiser like that, it has to help a group of people, try the Overland Park store” by their GM. uhm so my clearly approved application means nothing? Cool! The two associates I spoke with prior to the GM of this location calling me back, gave me a much better experience I will say.

Doughnuts were great and the staff was friendly. The glazing machine went down and the clerk tried his best to get us glazed doughnuts but it's just wasn't to be. The whole time the manager was outside talking

Absolutely the worst customer service by a employee named Emily. I walked inside wanted to order because drive thru was busy. Emily was was hanging on some boy when I walked in. She asked if I had a online order which of course I didn't and she rudely informed I had to go through the drive thru. There was other employees doing nothing so why the inside is closed and drive thru is slow is just ridiculous.
