We are a Starbucks family and visit multiple times a week. We often hit the drive thru but on Saturday (Dec.17th at 2:30) my daughter suggested going inside. Sadly, the trip took a turn for the negative the minute we stepped inside. The guy taking our order greeted us with a smile and was kind and welcoming. Once we walked down to pick up our drinks I was rather disgusted. The entire area was gross! Counters were sticky and liquids and other powders or mixtures were everywhere. Garbage was on the floors and the place was in complete disarray. I listened as the two ladies making drinks talked about being “emo” and “hating all people”. I watched as they barley cleaned pitchers out and then started yet another drink in that same dirty nasty container (It would have taken 60 seconds to properly rinse it out!) In addition they laughed and bragged as they added mocha chips to multiple drink so they could make more than one order at a time and laughed and joked about customers even noticing the extra ingredient in their drink. These drinks are $5-$8 each……now I need to wonder if the employees are just winging it to simplify their job?!?! And they joke about it?!?! When our drinks were finally done, I was handed my Carmel Machiatto only to have caramel smeared all over my hand and sleeve as it dripped all down the top and side of my cup. I asked the girl behind the counter to please put it in a new cup so it wasn’t sticky and, with an annoyed response, she just slid another Venti cup over it and handed it back. I love Starbucks! I also understand being busy, understaffed and overall exhausted. What I don’t understand is a filthy work space when preparing food, employees bragging about altering customers drinks for their own laziness and over all poor attitude/customer service. I’m hopeful this was just an off day for this particular location but for us it was quite disappointing and will detour me from visiting anytime soon!

This is probably the only SB on the planet with low energy. They're friendly but there's no greeting. It has more indie vibes than the hustle and chill atmosphere of most SBs I've patronized. For all the windows this place has, it has to be one of the darkest.

I was on my way to an event for work today, but needed a little extra perk in my step this morning. Luckily, it was not hard to find a Starbucks in the area to give me the juice I need. I wanted some simple, so I opted for the coconut milk latte. The sweetness of the plant-based milk paired with the bitter tones of the espresso make this an easy staple for anyone out and about who just needs a pick-me-up.

I came twice to do a doordash. Not only did they ignore me the whole time, but they whispered and complained about why i looked soo "impatient".

Not a big fan of Starbucks coffee but the cheese Danish they have is unmatched!!! Customer service was on point and the atmosphere was quite comfortable

Girl working the window at 8:57am is such a professional. Great service, friendly and was more worried about fast service then her tip.

I purchased a hot skinny vanilla latte and it was out of this world! It was made by an associate by the name of Shawna. Kudos to her!💕

Just wait in the long drive through line. They ignore the inside and when we finally got our drinks they forgot the espresso shots.

Our drinks were delicious. And they finally brought back the cranberry bliss bars! I always buy boxes of them. The staff was polite even though they were packed out the door and the drive thru.

Love Starbucks, but this location never fills my cup up entirely! My cup 90% of the time, at this location, comes only 80% full. Every other location I visit fills my entire cup. I just want what I pay for.

I go to this Starbucks 3-4 times a week, and I have never had a bad experience. Drinks are always fresh, and the staff always has bright, and friendly attitudes! Love the staff and the store as a whole!!!

I was there yesterday and had a very bad experience. I called and requested to speak to the store manager (Katiee) after I left and voiced my bad experience. The store manager offered a very sincere apology and wanted to make it right on my return visit. Well today 9/1/23 I returned and the person at the counter greeted me and offered to take my order. I explained what happened yesterday and who I spoke to. She knew exactly who I was and proceeded to make my order. The customer service was excellent!! Shout out to the store manager Katiee and her staff today!! I love Starbucks and I’ll be a repeat customer at this location!

Always good. Starbucks is so reliable and consistent that it's our favorite. We stop all the time when we're out of town because it's always just right. This was no exception. Highly recommended.

I swear these people intentionally mess up my coffee. And I know they know me because I gotta come in every time now and watch them remake it. I swear I only go there when I'm in the area and in a rush and literally there's no point because the line is half an hour almost every time. Not exaggerating. And every single time I catch someone just standing there. Every time. Like they're not literally being paid by the hour. Like people are not in line for 30 minutes. Last week I asked for caramel drizzle and they literally put an inch of it. It was sitting at the bottom of the cup. I really should have taken a picture of it. I'm never going there again. I’d rather die.
