Good pizza! We were from out of town and wanted to find a decent pizza place. We came across the good reviews from this Godfathers Pizza Shop. (To be honest —We didn’t know what to expect from a pizza place inside of a gas station.) Decided to try it out- and the pizzas were hot, fresh and loaded with toppings and lots of cheese! Glad we stopped in!

Cheap prices and good pizza. Get the squares. Trust me you'll love it.

The person that was doing the cooking in the back she had a very loud mouth and she was hollering and cursing and stuff in front of customers but the pizza was good

The pizza was great !!! But the two young guys (08-29-2021 @ 4:54 pm) was very unprofessional and rude. One guy took my order but was too busy playing with a young lady that work there too. I had to repeat my order and name a few times because he was not paying attention. When I came back to pick up my order the other young guy was too busy leaning on the counter with his back to me and two other customers and had a bad attitude when I asked is my pizza ready.

Currently a non diverse Indian staff. Polar opposite to previous experiences seems as though they fired the entire kitchen. Probably will go to Palermo’s next time. Rude upon call ins. Privileged for some reason not very appreciative of received business. Won’t even say you’re welcome to a thank you, just hangs up.

This Godfathers is the best! There pizza's are always hot & cooked to perfection! It's inside of a gas station so it's not a sit down restaurant..the staff is very friendly & the kitchen is clean so order up for the family...you'll even eat the buttery crust, it's awesome! They cut it in triangles or squares, whichever u prefer..give them a try...

Good Pizza does NOT out weigh bad service. I called in to order pizza and Dominique was the rudest! I asked if I could order 4 pizzas and was told I could only order 2, so when I asked if I had to call back to order the other 2, she told me "Yea!" and hung up. I then called back and the same person answered and said "We closed!" and hung up. (This was at 5pm and the store doesn't close until 10pm) I then had my spouse call in and the phone just rang. After a minute or two I had my mother call in and she was met with the same attitude but was told they close at 8:30pm. This completely turned me off to this establishment. Just because you're busy doesn't mean you get the treat people like they don't matter!

Gave me a burnt pizza that they didn't want to give me a refund for. And wanted to charge me for another one to replace it. They said thin crust pizza was supposed to look like that. Been going there for years but never again.

Family sized pizza was HUGE very flavorful & fresh! Did not disappoint.

The location I visited was in a gas station in Merrillville IN and all I can say is that this pizza is amazing, delicious and I wish there was a location near me in the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago! So good! No pic as we were headed back to Illinois when we stopped and got a small pizza and ate it in the car but man, it was so good!!! And because we don't eat pork, we only got cheese and it was crazy good with just cheese!!!

They make my order correctly everytime the crust , cheese toppings everything so beautiful and nicely done these young men that work there do a very amazing job at creating pizzas i always add extra sauce the pizza is always very fresh and hot and such its always a beautiful pizza taste is one thing but scenery is a good addition to the meal . I highly recommend I forgot to mention the good deals they have and easy on your pocket.

THIS godfathers, this very specific gas station Godfathers, is the best chain pizza ready to eat pizza place anywhere. Pizza is always hot and fresh, delicious and 7.99 or some odd change. Best ready pizza anywhere. The atmosphere is that of a gas station, and when I've ordered its been hit or miss on timing. But if you want a sausage or pepperoni large pizza for under 10 bucks this is your best bet.

Food was good but I had to wait 30 minutes for one pizza. I try calling in before I arrived but they told me I can't order over the phone.

Best Pizza in NW, Indiana. A little pricey? But worth it 😊 I like the convenient "Personal Pan Pizza". I also like the BBQ Chicken Pizza. Not always available? So order it ahead.

It's better than Pizza Huts Meat lovers hands down.

1/17/23 apparently they have a new crew working , not customer friendly . This was a favorite place for years to get pizza. I have always enjoyed going but won't be back .

I think the best Godfathers pizza I've had in years. Had to drive to Merrillville, In. But so worth the drive. It's a satellite location, but the ingredients and prep were right on. Thanks!

I read some solo reviews on this spot. I drove from Laporte hour and 20 minutes. It's a satellite location,not a pizza parlor. Friendly pizza maker,multiple choices for drinks, excellent close to door parking. It's in a gas station. Pizza was great, only thing was I wanted to try a desert pizza and they don't have them. Two months later. Called or tried to call got someone said they were owner had marbles in his mouth said no pizza he didn't now any pizza shop! I reported him to Godfathers home in Nebraska!!!

Id give it a 0 review but i cant so i give it a 1. I called to place an order at 9pm and they close at 10 and they answered the phone and said they were closed and hung up on my face. Very disrespectful and unprofessional. Wont be going there again .

The best pizza in the area in my opinion Everything about the pizza is fantastic. I could literally eat the crust by itself. I eat there a lot. Not overly expensive either.

This was my favorite pizza spot. Now it's just kids in there with little to no training and even worse customer service. I ordered half an hour before going to the store only to be ignored for ten minutes with no one else in line, so I left they can keep that order. It was a clean place before I don't know what happened.

Good pizza, bad customer service. They never pick up the phone which makes ordering a pizza very difficult.
