    Normally when I order from this Domino's, I'm really satisfied with the order. But tonight our food was really disappointing and so was the so called, "customer service." I ordered 3 sandwiches with extra meat on all of them, and when they arrived, all three sandwiches had very little meat on them. See photos. I don't think that's extra meat. I normally would just brush this off but when my partner called the store, their employees were less than helpful and very rude. My partner called the store to see if we could get this straightened out and the only thing the lady offered was to have US return the sandwiches to the store to get them remade (we had them delivered). She reassured us that she made the sandwiches herself but if you look at the photos, it really doesn't look like extra. He hung up the phone and inspected the sandwiches again, and called back to speak to the manager (as you can see why). When he called back, the "manager" was very rude to him and only recommend he call the corporate line. She then hung up on him. This was very unprofessional and rude of the employee, and we will not be ordering from this store again.

    Ordered at store and lady literally using her phone while making pizza and forgot to put it in oven when i asked how long its gona take and she was like 20 min and even waited for 45-50 min in store I didn’t get my pizza and after one hour i got my pizza with wrong toppings

    The so called female manager didn’t resolve my issue with my food being dry I asked for extra sauce n pan pizza . When I called in about the quality of my food she told me to call corporate!!? Like what kind of customer service is this !! Then after she was trying to over talk me I got upset that she showed lack of empathy and complained compassion about my food !! So I will never order food from them and something need to be addressed about this manager.This just happened 05-02-3023 @ 9:20 pm and she had the audacity!!!! To hang up on me !!!! Mannnn!! She better be glad I am tired from working 12 hours !! I am a government employee that deals with the public all day and I never ever would treat or talk to a customer no matter what in the way she did to me !!! I will find out who is over this establishment!! You don’t do that to customers that’s keeping those doors open !!! Now you just lost a darn good paying customer when all you had to do was showed some type of genuine concern and making it Right !!!

    If. I could give no stars I would I was completely shocked when my card was charged 26 dollars when my total was on 24 dollars and 84 cent that’s stealing Domino’s if I had the money for a tip I would have given it to you

    I’m not sure what is going on or if our home is flagged or something. But this is the 3rd time we ordered with delivery and the delivery driver pretends to ring a bell and leave without a tip!!!!! We tried tipping on our card but it NEVER goes through! If you don’t want the tip, fine but I wish our food was a little bit better and the delivery driver don’t just leave our food to get cold outside! We have a ring doorbell so we can see you!!!

    2nd time I order from here and they forget my topings on my pizza 😭 made me wait an extra 20 minutes.. The worst Part was the attitude like if I messed up the order... Fantastic!

    The young man behind the corner was polite and courteous, he was even nice enough to help me decide 😂. The food was also great I really enjoyed this visit.

    Their cheesey bread is sooo good! But you must be a person who likes bread, and a lot of cheese. If you don't this may not be for you. I don't eat Domino's pizza. But I will go there from time to time to get what I like. Pizza Hut is my first love. But definitely try their cheesy bread you'll like it!

    So I have been on and off a regular since this specific location was built, and let me just say, I've fully committed to being an exclusive domino's pizza person JUST because of this location. Time after time I get pizzas, breads, sides, and deserts from this place and they just hit the spot every time. I think out of the hundreds of times I've gone here, an order was wrong ONCE. Every food items are perfectly cooked to how you like, the people are very friendly and quick to strike up a quick conversation before handing your order over, and are quick to every step of the way! The only gripe I have is the app (not a location problem). The app can be wonky at times when it comes to tracking your order, but again, seems to be an overall app issue. If there is ever a problem with your order or any situation they have, they have always called me to let me know the next steps with the order. Perfect dominos location, highly recommended to my fellow pizza addicts!

    I was on hold for 20 min and finally somebody picks up and say we not taking order no more, so I asked what time they close he said 1:00 it’s only 12:20

    Great people work here so fun talking with them in the 2 minutes I waited and entertained on the phone. World class employees and good pizza on the deep dish.

    This store always has great cooked pizza only problem If it’s going to take an hour for delivery, they need to call and let people know so we can pick it up.

    I gave it two stars because normally my experience is good. But after today I will never return to this location. I placed an online order. Was told online my order was ready. Arrive at the location to be told by a manager they can only give me a regular salad and not ceasar salads because they are out. I asked for a refund for the salads and to keep the remainder of the order. The manager told me that he can't do that and would only be able to give me a full refund and I would have to replace my order online. So i have to wait for my bank to refund me and use more money to replace an order for a fault of your store? I have never heard a store being out of a product u ordered and they can't refund you for that specific product. The customer service overall today was bad. I will be calling corporate. So I guess as a heads up you may want to call to verify they have exactly what you ordered online.

    I will be contacting your corporate office and proper authorities. To report and also submit footage from my vehicle dash cam. Clearing showing your delivery drivers reckless driving eastbound on Rt-30 at approx 7:40 p.m. 09/04/22. I will include the additional pictures taken the next morning of the vehicle parked at the side of your establishment.

    The crust was nice and thin. The toppings were virtually non existent. I don't understand why they are so skimpy on the toppings. A very cheap approach. The store was not familiar with the coupons. Good thing I had researched that. Saved $10 on a single pizza by doing my own research. The store didn't know of the coupon I suggestested.
