    I bought some earrings and a necklace for Christmas. I was not offered a protection plan but somehow paid for two of them at $24.99 each. When I called and spoke with Sam, she said that is not true and I would have to drive back to Merrimack to get the a refund. It is clear that a protection plan quota was needed by a salesman, and I was scammed. What was supposed to be a nice gift for the wife turned out to be a really poor experience.

    My boyfriend is a loyal customer at this location. I went in for my ring to be checked out as some of my diamonds looked dull and it was due for inspection. I told the woman who worked there exactly that. She cleaned my ring and told me it was fine. She didn't ask for my paper work, she didn't log anything into the system (so it appears as i never had my ring inspected). And to make matters worse, she rudely shoved the ring back in my hand. Honestly if my boyfriend is spending hundreds of dollars in your store I expect to be treated with some respect and good customer service. I told him if he is going to purchase anything else it better not be in this location. I will never walk in that store again.

    I’ve never have received such poor service until recently when I sent my engagement ring to be resized and dipped in white gold. After the 2 weeks turnaround time I went in to pick up my ring and saw that the bands were thinned out so much that they could snap easily and my solitaire diamond was no longer centered in my enhancer. My ring was then sent back 4 times and fast forward 2 months and my ring couldn’t be fixed. The ring would lose its integrity if any more work was done to it. The Jewelers refused to tamper with it any longer. They destroyed the ring I was proposed with and married in. The sentimental value meant nothing to them! No remorse or sympathy...only that my diamond was beautiful...I know it’s beautiful and the entire ring should’ve been restored! I was directed to get a new ring but the sales manager and repair managers kept referring to a used case as a replacement. After finding a similar setting they wanted us to pay for the ring! Corporate office was no help either. I WILL NEVER SHOP AT KAYS OR ANY OF THEIR AFFILIATED COMPANIES!

    My husband and I needed to purchase a new bridal set for me. Kelly and Sam were wonderful! They were patient, and worked hard to find a set we both loved within our budget. They paid attention to detail and were able to help us find the perfect new set! Great experience all around! Go see them! You won't be disappointed.

    Went on Black Friday and the sales woman Sam is hands down the BEST saleswoman I’ve ever encountered. She is absolutely amazing at her job and was so kind and understanding. I told her want I wanted and she delivered again and again. She deserves a raise.

    Several weeks ago I stopped by the Merrimac New Hampshire. store. I needed a repair on a bracelet that my son had given me many years before. Darius assisted me. He asked if I had a warranty on the bracelet , which I had no idea. He then asked me what year my son bought the bracelet . again. I was not certain but knew,it was more than 20 years ago. It took the time to go through the receicts for several years and was able to find my son's purchase and that he had purchased the warranty, 23 years ago. My repair would've cost me several hundred dollars and was free. My favorite 4 lette F word☺️. Him taking the time that he did saved me a lot of money and I was extremely grateful. Thank you, Darius, you rock.

    We travel over an hour and twenty minutes to go to this store instead of going close by. The manager there goes way beyond to make your experience in the store perfect. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable.

    Got here at 9.45 waiting for it to open at 10am. It's now 10.22 still not open. Went in store near to stay warm. Told them waiting for you to open. They said " good luck.. they open when they want "

    For anyone who may read this, all I can say is DO NOT shop with Kay Jewelers! We have consistently had terrible experiences with them, at different locations since December. I have gotten no where with store managers, customer service, etc. They say one thing and then question you when they don’t hold up their end; when you try to hold them accountable to their word. They give your jewelry back to you in worse or the wrong condition than when your jewelry was sent out. We sent my rings out three times over a period of almost two months. They were only supposed to be gone for two weeks to be resized. They “accidentally” or CARELESSLY soldered them together after resizing them incorrectly twice. Apparently they don’t know how to size the rings they sell. (Finally after receiving them back, I saw that the metal has been scratched by a file, and I’m afraid to send it out again to be fixed). Because we have the warranty they recommend with purchase, that we pay for monthly, we get unlimited resizing/etc, so they will not reimburse us for any of the mishaps they created, as we continue to pay monthly for their mistakes to be covered. We then tried to return a ring that we no longer wanted to keep (separate from the ones that were mishandled) in perfect condition/brand new. Returns are 30 days, but it was not clarified that if it was purchased in store, if that is from date of purchase or from the date of being received. It was sent out to be resized the day of purchase, for two weeks. We were under the impression that it was 30 days from the ring being in our possession. I tried to return it (35 days from the purchase date/16 days after having it in my possession). I asked for a return or credit, as I’ve had it with me for less with three weeks. They would NOT do ANYTHING, wouldn’t even listen! I’m a patient person, but I will tell everyone, friends, family, strangers, to never shop with them. They have lost customers for life.

    I have been to many Kay Jewelers locations in the past. This is the place I will travel to in order to spend my money. On multiple occasions by multiple associates I received amazing service, with no pressure and options for my style. In my most recent visit Samantha and Devin created a welcoming atmosphere and provided us excellent service and took the time to go through many options. I got my first Gucci watch, looking forward to my next visit. Thanks guys

    I have never had a more positive experience purchasing jewelry. Matt and the rest of the staff was incredibly helpful and kind. They showed us the products we wanted in our price range, were professional and showed us how to combine sales offers to get the best bang for our buck. I've already told so many folks to drive up there to visit Matt & the other staff. Great experience and would definitely go back!

    I bought a beautiful diamond and stone ring for my 20th anniversary. But first I had to get my finger sized because I didn't know my exact ring size and what they did have definitely wasn't my size. So set up an appointment to have my finger sized at a local store. But then I didn't get the reminder text and forgot. So I just walked in the next day. They were super nice, looked me up, found the ring I wanted, sized my finger as well. Before purchasing it, I wanted to be double sure it was what I wanted. So she had me try a number of different rings on I had looked at online. The one I wanted and ultimately chose was unique and nontraditional. It was nice to just try them on in person and what I needed to be totally sure. My experience was awesome!
