DIRTY, DISGUSTING, LONG HAIR IN MY BAGEL for the second time. Don't get your kids sick and food poisoned at this place, It was my second time found a FREAKING LONG HAIR in my bagel, they didn't even say sorry. The lady working there took the order was rude and impolite and made me get out of my car and go into the store and wasted 30 mins of my time to get me another one ( they didn't give my money back so I had to get another one ) This is my very first bad review on internet ever because I'm just so pissed

Nothing extraordinary, it a Dunks. Only downfall is the staff clearly don't like it there and start shutting things down early so their full menu isn't available during their advertised hours. Most likely management's fault for not wanting to pay staff to staff too long outside of operating hours.

Honestly I went there and the customer service was horrible. The girls were pushy and not patient at all and then on top of that they literally gave us the worst hot chocolate I’ve ever had.

Cari the manager should be fired, the way she treats her staff and customers is down right disguising. I politely told her my order was incorrect and she proceeded to yell at me like I was a child. Then she proceeded to yell and belittle her staff. Why is this woman allowed to be rude to paying customers and her staff. I will never ever return to this location as long as Carri is there. She seems insane and should be fired asap

Every day I go to this dunks and my order is messed up in one way or another. Nothing is ever consistent with this place. For example I ordered an easy medium cold brew with caramel and oat milk and I got the picture included. It makes no sense. They even read it back to me.. probably should hire people who can do the job or they need more training? Either way we’re done here!

The people that work here have to be stupid or something, i know half of them are still in school but it’s not that hard to listen to what a customer is asking for, everytime i have been here they get my order wrong. when i ask for frozen i think i mean frozen! not iced! if i wanted iced i wouldve said that!! isn’t that a wonderful concept!!! and i don’t understand why they don’t melt down the sugar? it’s obvious they have hot coffee or hot water to melt it down coming from someone who works in a coffee shop!! maybe this place needs a hearing test before hiring people, just a suggestion

So you order to breakfast sandwiches bacon egg and cheese on a croissant and you don't get any bacon you call the store and the manager tells you have to bring the food in to show them that you didn't get bacon great customer service dunks. When they tell you to bring both sandwiches in a new tell them the husband ate the other one that does not that will be done now they hang up on you. It's all about the bacon

Slowest service ever. Was waiting 10 minutes just for a bagel. I saw the employee squeeze the bagel down and put it in the toaster. Why would anyone do this. Look at the bagel. Plus it was burnt.

This might be the filthiest fast food place I've ever been. Most of the times when we try to go inside the doors are locked and the one time we went in, was the last. The floor was sticky, there were flies everywhere, and even a wasp!! The young lady working there was yawning the entire time and didn't seem to care at all.

Bathroom was absolutely disgusting, thought the toilet was going to go through the floor! The girls working had a terrible attitude, and wondered why some of the didn't get any tips, which shouldn't have been discussed in front of costumers. I had to have them remake my coffee, the second one was worse than the first. I did not feel comfortable asking for another remake because of everyone's attitude. The bacon roll-ups I ordered were thrown together and thrown in a bag, hash browns were barely warm and hard! Donuts were the only acceptable thing about this location!

I've gone here every day for a year. Never had a problem until 1 day, they did not blend the frozen coffee long enough. So because it was chunky, I politely asked if they could just throw it in the blender again. Since that day, every single day, my coffee cup has been handed to me 50% full. So today I went inside to see why. She made my coffee perfectly!! Then I watched her pour 50% down the drain. Put it back into the blender. Add a ridiculous amount of ice, re blend, and then hand it to me. Every day, I have had to go to another location to have my coffee remade. It has now been 2 weeks of doing this. It's honestly disgusting to think a person is THAT miserable that they intentionally do double the effort to mess the order up, and the worst part is, it is the location MANAGER that is doing this.

Will not go back manager tried charge me 30 cent more for less ice in my coffee said more product was being used 😂...that's crazy drive up road other DD, same owners and no upcharge for less Ice 😇

genuinely the worst experience i’ve ever had. the food tasted burnt and my coffee was cold and the person who served me was rude. will never come back
