Had my hair cut by Mercy. Went home and flat ironed it as I usually do and it was so noticeable uneven, it was terrible. I went back the next day and spoke with a manager. Was told it was uneven because she blow dried it and I went home to flat iron it. They did fix it but did not offer me a refund or a credit to the salon. My hair had to be cut over an inch more to fix it and is now shorter than I wanted. Ended up costing me even more because I had to tip the woman that fixed it. Over $75 and 2 visits for a bad hair cut. Won’t return for hair cut. Chad is the only one I will continue to see there for massages.

VEERA did my pedicure & MI did my manicure. They both did a fabulous job. I am very pleased. Very pleasant as well. I also got a free shampoo & blow out by an hair intern (did not get her name) but she did a wonderful job. I loved the way she styled my hair.

Had an amazing anti-aging facial with Meredith and it was fantastic! I especially loved the hand & neck massage, it just made the whole experience over the top. I also loved how my skin felt after and that she didn’t try to force me to buy any of the products. I’ve had many facials and after each one they try to convince me to buy the entire line. I did make a purchase but it was because I asked her opinion on something and she made a recommendation. I’ll be scheduling another facial with Meredith very soon. Kim R.

Mercy is amazing! She does it all so well… color, cut and style. She is so knowledgeable with what products/treatments that are best for my hair. I haven’t had such healthy and young looking hair like this in years! Jackie is always accommodating if I need my appointment changed. The stylists and staff are all sweethearts!

Rebecca had taken the time to read the notes I left when I booked about my recent hair loss. She explained what her plan was to make my hair look fuller and more healthy and then executed it. I am very happy with the results!

I have been getting Ouidad hair cuts at Innovation for a few years now and have loved my curly hair so much from doing so! Rebecca always listens to any of my hair concerns and gets my hair to exactly how I want it to be. She’s been so great! Highly recommend her and this salon to anyone, especially those with curly hair! 💫

I've have been going to the Innovations Salon for a few years now. I get my hair colored, styled and cut by Alex and I am always obsessed with the results. I have very thick hair and I am very picky but I always feel relaxed and extremely happy with the results. The environment of the salon is so warm and I will definitely continue going back! Easily 5 stars!!

I had my very first massage today from Lisa. To say it was amazing was an understatement, it was incredible! She made me feel so comfortable and welcome! She made sure everything she did was explained and made sure I was okay with the temperature and the pressure. I can not be happier or more relaxed! I had a hard time not falling asleep after the massage!!! I hope I can come back soon. Not only that but also the waiting rooms, changing rooms were so cute and comfortable. Would definitely recommend!!

Had a pedicure with Angie. She was nothing but amazing! So sweet and so helpful. I needed ideas for an outfit I had and she nailed it! She did a great job on my feet and really helped me figure out how to take care of them. She is awesome! Can’t wait to come back to see her!

Outstanding service from the moment you walk in the door. My stylist Sacha was talented and very efficient with technique. I felt comfortable and confident the entire time. Consultation was great, she listened to all my concerns. Sacha came up with a game plan with ease, even though it had been a long time since I had any work done (she had her work cut out for her). Haircut was the best I have had in a long time, and I enjoyed the color service very much so, as well. First time working with eachother and I will definitely be back. Thanks for the glow up!

I brought my mom and mother-in-law here for a group spa day, and we felt so pampered by all the staff! Innovations is such a warm, comfortable environment. We loved every minute of our relaxing afternoon, including our catered lunch! I highly recommend Innovations Salon and Spa for their many spa services.

Great salon. The team is really good at making sure everything is clearly explained up front. I really appreciated the care taken to make sure my hair coloring process was safe and also mimicked what I wanted. If it’s been a while since your last visit I recommend booking a consult first so you know what to book. Maryana and Lois were very patient and understanding given my lack of experience. As a curly girl I don’t trust anyone with my hair but these two have my seal of approval!

We had a really wonderful time! Everyone was so nice and lunch was delicious! My facial was customized for me and the esthetician gave me some excellent skin care advice. The massage was very relaxing and he asked me several times about the pressure and my comfort. What more could a girl ask for on a rainy Saturday! Thank you to everyone

My sister and I thoroughly enjoyed our annual "Sister Spa Day" at Innovations! We started out with side-by-side pedicures, then she had a massage while I had a manicure. After a delicious "spa lunch" from Panera, we both had fabulous facials. Everything was delightful! Kudos to Lauren, Veena, Meredith, and the wonderful woman who gave my sister her facial.

I had a WONDERFUL time at Innovations recently. The haircut & styling that Sacha did for me was THE BEST! Bonus: She's so personable and professional, funny, too! The Super-Sweet Veera gave me a GREAT and VERY relaxing pedicure, I"m pretty sure I floated out the door when she was all done! I also had an incredibly RESTORATIVE facial with Marlene (spelling?). She was very knowledgeable about skin care and advised me on products I should consider using. I will definitely be back!

It is always such an amazing experience at Innovations! Lisa always does the best massages!! I always see her during and after a long year of teaching. She is so kind, and attentive to every detail!

This place is amazing!! I can’t believe I’m just going there now. Everyone treats you well, respectful and ensures you really do get a nice spa experience. They pay attention to detail and are well organized , received all my services in a timely manner and everyone was great at what they do. I wish I remembered the masseuses name because it was such a good massage. She really did a great job. The nail tech marlaynes I think her name was , was awesome !! Definitely want to come back to her! I love this place. Thank you for a wonderful experience. Even the receptionist was knowledgeable and sweet.

I got a manicure and pedicure for the first time in a while and I was very happy with the results! Veera was very detailed oriented and she made sure to be extra careful near my hang nail. Also I have small nails especially on my toes so I was impressed when my nails came out flawless! Everyone was very welcoming and the place was so clean! I definitely will be coming back again!!!

My experience at Innovations has been so positive! Mercy is such a great hair stylist and I’m so happy I got matched with her when I called. I’ve seen her four times now and each time I have been so happy with my results. As someone who is really picky and also changing colors and style’s frequently, I can’t recommend Mercy enough. She really listens and makes sure she understands what I mean. She asks clarifying questions to make sure we’re on the same page, which I really appreciate because I always feel like I don’t really know how to explain what I want, and she always helps me find the language for it and tells me what she is going to do to achieve it. It is clear she takes her work very seriously, she is very professional and wonderful at what she does. And each photo I’ve brought to her I left feeling like my hair looked just like it.
