    If you have not been here, I highly suggest you make a trip! This staff is amazing! I was in desperate need for a dress for a wedding and the staff jumped in to high gear. The put me in the dressings room and brought me every dress in the store till I found one I loved! Its that kind of service you really can't find anymore! They have made me a White House Black Market shopper for life!

    The WHBM Outlet is the worst location I have been too. I LOVE this store and I will never go into the one at the outlets again. HORRIBLE customer service. I went in and I was never greeted, nor asked if i needed help finding any items. I instantly left the store with disappointment. They are also HORRIBLE to talk to on the phone. I was asking for a specific item and the woman on the phone automatically said they didn't have the item without even thinking about it. Its a disappointment for White House Black Market that one of their stores lacks in the great customer service that the rest have.
