When doing food service, one bad day can make or break you. The first bread sticks we were served were so hard you literally couldn't put a dent in them and the first bowl of chicken gnocchi soup, the pasta was golf ball size starchy mess. As you will notice the second batch of bread sticks was hot and soft, the second bowl of soup was so good I forgot to take a picture. The main entrees was appealing and delicious. The waiter was very pleasant.

Thirty years ago, she said “Yes” at the Olive Garden on Merritt Island FL. My wife and I were engaged to be married on August 29, 1991 in the 3rd booth at the back of the restaurant, and we have a photo of that night. The staff there helped me pop the question by singing a song and holding up signs saying “will you marry Dave?” It was a special event, and 30 years later we wanted to celebrate at that same restaurant. So, we flew to Florida from Kansas City, made the reservation, ordered a cake from Publix (Olive Garden stopped making those lovely little mint chocolate cakes years ago) and shared a meal with my cousins who live in the area. When the manager saw our cake and heard about our special occasion, he came out to speak with us and listen to our story. He was so nice and really made us feel right at home like family! On top of it all, he comped our meal as well as sent us a gift card!!! What a great place and an amazing leader. The Olive Garden headquarters should know you have real gem in Manager Chris Day. On this day, we celebrated our love for each other, as well as our love for Olive Garden! Oh, and the food is just as good today as it was 30 years ago. We love the “Tour of Italy”. The salad and breadsticks are worth the trip just by themselves. Thanks again for a marvelous meal and a wonderful memory.

Everything was absolutely perfect, waitress was on point................. The drinks were good and the beer was cold. Both meals actually were too much food to finish....... We brought food home for another meal, definitely got our money's worth. .......... Would good again for sure.............................!! Get there early the place filled up while we were eating 5:00pm................................

I’m from Las Vegas, NV and came to visit family. We stopped at this Olive Garden location and it blows every other one in Nevada out the water. The fresh, hot breadsticks were garlicky and tasted incredible. Followed by the seasoned salad, which prepped us for the grand entree. The pasta plates came out and we were in awe at how delicious it was. 6oz sirloin and the tour of Italy were 5/5 stars and had we not filled on that, probably would’ve ordered dessert. TJ, our waiter, was phenomenal and knew the menu, add-ons, and pricing as if it were common knowledge. The food and service was so incredible, I wanted to call the Nevada locations to tell them that they need to train their cooks, employees, and managers here. Beyond impressed and rest assured, we intend to come back.

Kevin was great. The food was excellent. I always go with the lasagna and my husband goes with the ziti. We had a fried shrimp appetizer that also had fried onions and bell peppers. It was phenomenal. The salad was great. I love the dressing. They mix just enough. The bread sticks were hot and soft. It was a great ambient experience.

Always love eating at Olive Garden. We tried the extra large Chicken Parmigiana. It was delicious and plentiful. We had 2 meals out of it. The Grilled Chicken Margherita was delicious. The soupa Tuscana didn't taste right but they promptly brought more out from a fresh batch and it was lovely. Please give a thumbs up if my review and/or pictures were helpful to you. SMile!

Had dinner last night with my mom- beginning to end was a great experience. Hostess was sweet, server Gabriel was GREAT, and the manager Chris (who came to check on us) was so friendly. Drinks stayed full, food tasted great. This restaurant is obviously reflective of good management- a well oiled machine. Will be back! :)

This is extraordinary!!! Imagine shrimp and chicken to be crispy outside but juicy inside…just the correct balance between all flavors…😭worth it!

We started off late and arrived right around 9pm so we were worried about the service. I am glad to say the service was great and we were seated immediately even on new year's eve. It wasn't packed at all but the food was even more delicious then all of the other times we've been. Our waiter was very nice and made sure we were well warned about the hot plates and came by to check up on us without rushing us to get out. Very rich food and great timing, I'd say we had our food no more than ten minutes after ordering. Also, probably due to it being late, the music wasn't too loud and it wasn't annoying like other restaurants have in the daytime.

I have to say that one of the many restaurants , I go to I absolutely love this one. The wait staff is amazing the food is amazing there's hardly ever a wait time. It's just good all around! If you're looking for something good and yummy this is the perfect place for you it will definitely put you into a coma food!!!!!

Great food, service was good, it's an olive garden. You expect the level of good food and they deliver.

I had an incredible dining experience here. The server was attentive and friendly, making sure our needs were met throughout the meal. The food was absolutely delicious.

I got the never ending soup and salad, as always they tasted amazing. Our server Summer was the best! Always had a fresh soup ready as I finished one. Summer is very friendly, easy to talk to, and knowledgeable on the menu foods. Highly recommend asking for Summer.

Good food, price is on point, nice staff.. my only complaint is the music lol I've been here twice now and I feel like I'm in the roaring 20s

This was one of the best Olive Gardens I've been to. They let us dine past closing times, and were so kind. The food was great, and was fast. The salad, and breadsticks were amazing, down to the seasoning, and the dressing. Staff was great, loved it!

Our amazing waiter was Scott, he worked so hard to please our table of 8 and a few other tables around us and so did the GM Chris. Our food was hot and delicious, unfortunately towards the end of our time there it got a little busy and the card reader wouldn't read my dad's gift card so it took a little longer to leave than we wanted since the staff was pretty tied up, but that's OK it still was a good experience all the way around.

I went the other day with my family and our waiter Desh was amazing. The food was good too but my daughter is a picky eater but she loves the bread sticks and he made sure he brought it out right away for her. He acknowledged all of us individually and was very kind and attentive. He brought everything we asked for and fast. Good service is hard to come by and it’s hard to take care of so many people at once but he did. Definitely best service

Great food as always while dining in. Take out food isn’t always the best though. Not sure if Olive Garden has any control over that. The flavor and freshness is not always there. Also, my salad is missing frequently from take out orders and after a couple times, it starts to get very annoying.

We received lunch from one of our vendors. It was delivered by Gretchen who was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond by setting the food up and even putting out bunsen burners to keep the food hot. We really appreciated everything she did. We order a lot from the Merritt Island location and this was the first time we had a set up like Gretchen did!

For a chain restaurant, this location manages to have a small town feel. I often see the same people - both employees and customers - every time we come here. Staff is always friendly, and the restaurant is always clean. The bathrooms are probably the only area in which this location could use a little extra attention to detail.

Went to the yearly Veterans Day free dinner with the wife. The food for being "Instant Italian" was not bad, could have been served hotter. The Frozen bread sticks still taste Frozen after baking. The Missing Man Table was an excellent thought. That's very respectful of Local Olive Garden for doing that.

This was the worst experience in an olive garden ever, let alone in local restaurants. We usually go to Melbourne or Orlando locations. Today we decided to go to Merritt island and it was terrible service. The food was good but our host that was buying us lunch didn't get his food for an hour. Then he was upset enough that he lost his appetite. The server never brought our bread sticks out once to us. We had to ask other workers. Then she brought out the salad and soups at the same time. Never refilled our drinks and I need a drink to eat due to a health problem. She never grated our cheese we actually had to go get and do it ourselves. It wasn't even busy. This was absolutely the worst place we have been when it comes to service. I have never left olive garden hungry still. But due to being here over an hour and lack of food service I have officially left hungry still. Avoid this place. Our party was 10 which is usually twice this.

We just finished dinner and I have to say that our waitress Lisa, she was a little Oriental girl, made our entire night a success. She was so sweet, fun, and attentive that we didn't mind so much that the garlic was a little too salty tonight. I even had to have them cook my steak longer and am giving a good review. If we had a waitress like her every time, we would come monthly.

The food was great and our waitress was very friendly and professional. Management was great too cause you don’t see to many places that managers check on customers how everything is. Will return when we come back again.

We had a great time! We had fried ravioli for appetizers and fried mozzarella. We had shrimp Alfredo and spaghetti with meat sauce for dinner. The food was delicious and the server was top notch. Thank you Nick for giving us a great experience!

Great salad with breadsticks. They have added dipping sauces for the bread and we chose the cheese with marinara sauce. A Nice addition. Had the chicken Alfredo which was delicious. My wife likes the build your own pasta and chose spaghetti with mushrooms and added shrimp. Also delicious.

Watched a packed lobby on Fathers Day get seated in 3 mins flat! Great management move Food was perfect and out super fast. Truly amazed

Very nice meal, service and atmosphere. I had the Chicken Parmigiana, and my wife had the Shrimp & Chicken Carbonara. Both were excellent.
