    It’s very sad when you can build your own sandwich. But the guy behind the counter tells you I can only put 6 olives on your Sammy that’s our company policy. Well check this out. I will never return to your subway or any other subway. Please keep your 6 olives 🫒. An your free sandwich on 6-12-2022. And by the way my sub was not free I was paying for the sub and any extra olives.

    I would give more stars but having to wait in line while the employee's are out in front of store smoking cigarettes and ignoring the fact that your in line waiting for them is just appalling ..

    The kindest 2 ladies helped us. They made our simple steak and cheese taste better thank in others stores because they paid a lot of attention to detail. Perfectly toasted with melted cheese right on spot. I wish the store had nicer bathrooms. And I wish these 2 nice ladies get rewarded for looking after the store and it's customers. We were there for a while and saw them clean, rearrange stuff, serve customers and keep energy to be super kind to us. While we were out working and did a quick stop for a bite. Thanks 😇

    They were very busy with only two women behind the line Kim who I believe is the manager and Stephanie the lady's did there best to accommodate the long line they had the bread was soft and tasty and my sandwich was prepared quick and it definitely hit the spot 👍

    My son and I went there for dinner this past Friday we got two of the footlong Italian herb and cheese chicken bacon ranch sandwich there was hardly any meat put on the cheese sandwiches and the girl there looks like she was about to just fall out the lettuce was brown the tomatoes were still green and she was trying to handle the food with her fingers until I said something they charged us nearly $25 for two sandwiches completely below standard

    Kim the GM was very polite and made my sandwich just the way I wanted, and it tasted great! She even made a great suggestion on the sauce and it was delicious!

    Tuna fish wasn't very good. They hardly put any on the sandwich. My cheese steak was slightly warm. I had to ask for it to be reheated one more time, then it was perfect and delicious!

    I placed a pick up order today that was below expectations and items missing. The special instructions are at the top of the receipt for my dressing on the side with my salad as well as the lettuce and tomato on the side for my ham and cheese sub. My salad came DRENCHED in salad to the point its not edible. My daughter's sub I removed the lettuce and tomato so it's not soggy when she gets home. Last but not least, the chips I paid for were both there. I sent the manager my receipt as well as what happened she said she would have done the same (how things were made) and didn't take any accountability. Told me I could bring back the salad (that was in my trash) and thry would make me a new one. Mind you, I was working and made her aware from the start. I showed my team at work my receipt to which they all agreed "what didn't they understand". Lastly, being on a human resources team I would have handled this situation much differently. I'll give them 2 stars for not messing up my husband's sub. I'm glad he got to eat

    I know how fast these people are at making sandwiches. You should be in and out, less than 5 minutes. Big orders are a little harder, but they get the job done quickly, and efficiently.

    Always a great experience at this location. The customer service here is always great. The general manager that runs the place is always nice, smiling, & positive. She speaks to everyone and is very welcoming. People make the difference in a lot of places, and she makes this subway. Food is what you’d expect from a subway, but the friendly staff is what makes it the must visit Subway!

    They forgot the bacon and this is the amount of meat required for a $10 sub I guess, it's not even enough to fill half of it. I'm just disappointed. I used to love this subway. At least we have publix.

    Review for Cindy Schuckers So I’m only giving this place 3 starts bc if the lady who made my sub and cashed me out. I’m starting out saying you probably shouldn’t tell your customer that you can’t read their mind. I had a coupon for a foot long meal. So I was cashing out and she was saying my coupon had already been used. Which wasnt true I haven’t used a single coupon from my paper of coupons. It took her like 4 times to get it to work but hmmm… she didn’t add my drink and chips. Then says she can’t read my mind that I got chips. And she thought I may have changed my mind when I was holding the chips. Then she said it like 3 times she can’t read my mind that’s why the coupon wouldn’t work. Even though when I got here she told me she didn’t need to see the coupon before she made the sub then proceeded to say is it the 7.99 meal. I said yea. She said that’s a good deal. Very chatty. I asked for more onion and she said I can only give you 6 per sub that’s what you pay for a put a couple more on there. However she was nice to give me a side of jalapeños and banana peppers and wrap half the sub separately bc the other side I didn’t want veggies bc I was working from my car and driving around all day it would be gross. Very chatty and overly nice in other ways asking me if I want my sub in a basket when she never asked me in the first place if I was eating here or taking it. Well I was eating here but wanted it wrapped bc I told her I was taking the other half home. My Last complaint is she didn’t give me my receipt. I asked for it and she said let me make her sub first. The girl left with her sub and she started questioning if my sub was good never offered to give me my receipt and me and the other girl were the only ones in the building and at this point it was only me. Some people are so stuck on their ways and can’t admit when they do something wrong.. like no offering me my receipt and ringing up my order correctly with the other items and not asking questions she should like what chips and drink did you want .. then she leaves me alone in the store and goes to her car.. and I’m still waiting for my receipt. . . I wish someone else was working. She was annoying honestly 😂 However the store was very clean, good music and the food looks organized and clean. So after 20 minutes I finally asked for my receipt again and she was making an appointment for herself through her headset … I hope this will help her be better in the future. Don’t tell you customers you can’t read their mind and admit when YOU do something wrong. You would have gotten a way bigger tip

    What a disappointment 😞. Wanted the Bella mozzarella but there was 3 pieces of cappy swimming in a pool of nasty at the bottom of the pan so I got the spicy Italian and when asking for topping I said extra black olives and he gave me less than any other subway I've been at before. When I asked for more he said he couldn't and "that's all I have for the whole next week" . what????? Eat fresh huh. Oh well I should have just walked out and went somewhere else but no I'm a glutton for punishment. Got my sub ,chips and drink and sat down to enjoy my coke that was dead. The syrup bag must be empty. Way to stay on top of things fellas. At least they managed to not screw up the doritos. They were a disaster when I went there 3 years ago . I figured I would give them another shot. Oops. Never again.
