Nice new restaurant/bar in Merritt Island, FL. Service was spot on, at approximately 80% of capacity, our server was quite attentive and a table visit from one of the managers was welcomed. Nice beer selection yet the food menu still needs to be completed. The jambalaya was delicious, appropriate portion, mixed hearty with shrimp, chicken, sausage and other typical jamba ingredients. The rice was just right. The overall dish was just too dry, IMHO, should be loose and moist. I think the photo reflects this. I believe this to be a very popular dish for this restaurant that opened just a few days ago. It was recommended to me. The decor, an automotive motif, with very comfortable seating, and fun staff outfits created a stellar ambiance. I will definitely be back. Back 11/29/18 The Gator Bites were very good. Next time I will ask for them in taco’s! Service was 👍👍 Back 4/23/19 They substituted Pulled Pork for the Taco’s, Outstanding. 5.20.22 Cobb Salad that I added Buffalo Tenders to it. Home Run! 7.1.23 Cobb Salad w/juicy burger patty. Super flavorful avocado.

We used to dine here regularly but not after tonight. The food was average and what we expect. The service was very good. Our server took very good care of us and was very warm and friendly. When our bill came I gave our server my card and when she dropped it off said thank you and left. When I looked at the charge slip the cost was higher than it should have been. I asked to see the menu to check, and sure enough both of our entrees were 15-18% higher than the menu prices. I asked our server and she was perplexed and said she was not aware of why but would get the manager. Several minutes later, Lori, the manager stops by and ask if there is a problem. I told her the prices were much higher on our bill than the menu prices. Her response was they were increasing prices and they couldn’t keep changing menus so next time use the online menu as they are always correct. I explained that we ordered our food from the menu provided and this are the prices she expected to pay. She replied that she was sorry but there wasn’t anything she would do. I told her we would never be back, and she responded with sorry and walked away. Our server came over and apologized and we told her it wasn’t her fault and wished her luck. JUST A WARNING, IF YOU GO THERE CHECK YOUR PRICING ON YOUR CHECK BEFORE YOU PURCHASE ANYTHING. IF THEY WILL LOOSE A CUSTOMER OVER $6.00 THEY DON’T VALUE MY PATRONAGE.

Our waitresses were amazing and on point! Atmosphere is great many things on the walls and ceilings to look at. Seemed to be a relaxed place to be. As far as food we had a few different items, our youngest absolutely loved the Mac and cheese in fact she said it was heavenly. My oldest had the chicken tacos, full of a good flavor not too seasoned which is something she likes. Burger was cooked perfectly and we also had the beef street tacos. Would have preferred a little more seasoning on the street tacos but other then that the food was great and overall a great experience!

Best Buffalo chicken wings I've ever had. Cheeseburger was wonderful. Got the model T. Fries are also very good. Service was on point. Brittany was very attentive without being overbearing. Moscow mule tasted like a chemical so I'd pass on that. Merlot was good. I'd definitely come back.

Tldr; Food was a 4, service was a 2. Maybe I caught them on a bad day. The burger was seasoned well and I was very happy with the fact that it was cooked to perfection. My fries came with that big ball of rock hard fried scraps that gets stuck in the frier basket, so that was a bit disappointing. The buffalo chicken sandwich flavors were also great but was a tad overcooked. The very rough part was I went nearly my entire meal with an empty drink glass. The waitress came back and said "oh I forgot the drink, let me go get that" and then forget again. We then ordered cake to go and that was forgotten as well. Maybe an off day for them but for me it was overall just ok.

One of my brand new favorite places to sit down and eat. Let me tell you not only was the food great but the service from Brittany (girl with pretty green eyes!) was outstanding. Even when we wasn’t happy with the entire meal she took it back and fixed it all with a big smile on her face. You can not find service like this anymore! Love love this place. Thank you again! My family and I visited Jack and Harry's on Merritt Island for lunch on October 13th, 2023. We had mixed feelings about our dining experience. To kick things off, we ordered the fried pickles as an appetizer. They were battered and fried bread and butter pickles, and I must admit, they were pretty good. However, the downside was the price – $9 for the amount we received left us feeling a bit disappointed. In comparison to other places where you get nearly double, if not triple the amount of pickles for the same price, it felt like a bit of a letdown. For my main course, I opted for the meatloaf with mashed potatoes and teriyaki broccoli. The meatloaf, unfortunately, tasted more like a regular burger with onions inside and appeared to be topped with ketchup and fried onions. It was decent, but it didn't live up to my meatloaf expectations. The broccoli, although the best side dish on the plate, could have used more sauce or to be tossed in it, rather than appearing like it was simply sitting on top. The mashed potatoes, to be honest, were bland and could have benefited from more seasoning than just salt and pepper. My husband ordered the Mustang burger without grilled onions. He found the burger to be decent but not particularly remarkable. The fries, like the mashed potatoes, were under-seasoned, and he had to drown them in ketchup, something he doesn't typically do. My mother-in-law, a self-proclaimed wings connoisseur, ordered the wings. She was less than thrilled. The fact that she only received 8 wings for the price, when other places offer at least 10, was a disappointment. She ordered them double-dipped for extra crispiness and had bleu cheese, Carolina Gold, and buffalo sauce on the side. She enjoyed the Carolina Gold, although she found it a bit too sweet. The buffalo sauce didn't win her over, but she really liked the bleu cheese, finishing two of the sauces. Our server, Corrine, was pleasant but didn't stand out or make a significant impression on us. It's possible she was having an off day. In the end, we spent $70 on our meal, and while we appreciated the atmosphere and decor of the establishment, the food fell short of our expectations. The establishment's unique and unexpected decor was a highlight, something we all agreed worked surprisingly well. I particularly enjoyed the Cat/Dog photo. However, in terms of returning to dine, it's unlikely we'll be back. Still, we believe it's worth checking out at least once for the ambiance and to form your own opinion.

Out of towers who were looking for a small local spot and we were happy we went here. Service was great, it was nice and quiet, and the food was great. Fried Pickles. You can't mess it up. I had the jambalaya. Was great! Not a authentic a creole traditional jambalaya but was great nonetheless, would highly recommend it.. Pulled pork was also great. Nice sweet smokey flavor and tender. If we are ever back in the area, will be coming back here again.

I would highly recommend Jack and Harry’s, this is now my favorite restaurant in Merritt Island. The atmosphere was uplifting, bright and very well laid out. The menu is very diverse and offers generous portions, the prices are extremely reasonable. There are two areas for entertainment, they offer darts and a bowling game. Definitely a great place for a family night out.

Had the taco salad and highly recommend it. Service was excellent. Two suggestions, They need to make their iced tea stronger and have salsa available. Other than that there are no complaints at all. Food was great prices were reasonable

The service was great our server was cute and attentive but the food was mediocre. My chicken sandwich was over done and two pieces of chicken that was mostly breading but I was starving so I ate it. My sons fries were also burnt. A great spot if you’re trashed and hungry.

Today was my first time going into this establishment. Miss Caitlyn met me at the door and knew I was dining by myself and invited me to sit at the bar while she was the bartender of the evening and took care of me. From start to finish, I felt welcomed, and I really enjoyed myself, if you haven’t been - you definitely have to stop in and see this little hidden gem. They stay open fairly late so it’s really nice if you’re looking for some last-minute dinner. Definitely recommend to friends and family. Super unique, Quaint, and wonderful staff.

I had a one of the lunch special with their homemade sauce. It was sooooo good!!! Remind me my childhood cuz taste like “mom’s pasta sauce” 🥺✨ I would love to buy jar of it to enjoy at home!

Came in late on a Monday evening and the service was amazing. I was seated at a high top and although my server didn't know I was in her section, she immediately made up for it with friendly and attentive service. My SalmonBLT was great with the fish hot, moist and full of flavor, the lettuce and tomato cold and fresh and the rye toasted perfectly. I give them 5/5!

Cool place with a nice atmosphere, great bar. Both of our servers were new so they couldn't tell us much about the menu. We ordered a pepperoni pizza well done. The Pizza had more cheese on it than I've ever seen. Like a crazy amount of cheese... It was good quality salty mozzarella but there was just way too much of it for our taste. Not sure if that's normal or if it was an anomaly.

The atmosphere was kinda overwhelming at first, but sitting down, I felt compressed with all of the objects surrounding me. The service was great and I am apperceive of our waitress. The burger and fires were probably well worth the cost, but as you can tell that the chicken strips have different sizes of stripes. I felt like Publix chicken strips are a whole lot better than these tenders. Going back to the burger, the burger was medium well, and it was medium well and juicy. Nicely seasoned, and cheese was spot on with the burger. The bacon was also crispy but not too crispy, where it's not good. Overall, the food was mid, but if you go here, I would recommend the burgers because it's perfect for the cost of it.

Decent restaurant with decent food the greatest part about it is it delivers without a fee and I think that's amazing things are hard right now and it is definitely a go-to place when I don't have the time or option to cook! I would even go there in person it's a part of Kelsey's pizzeria as well! Been there ever a dozen times and will continue!

The family had a good experience. The food was above average for a pub, with a welcome twist to the classic pub style food. Nice menu size with options. Overall we were happy. Friendly staff. Thanks

I was there during lunch today 9/14/22 to get an express lunch. Well, express it was not. I am an RN home care nurse and was late for my next patient due to the slow service from my waitress. She waited on a table of 2 that arrived after me. Then my order was wrong, which took a little longer and then I had to wait even longer to get to go boxes (because I didn't have time to eat my lunch)and my bill. After presenting my to go boxes and bill she proceeded to just walk away without a word. I ordered the 1/2 sub and soup along with a slice of cheese pizza(which came out a slice of pepperoni pizza). The Tuscan bean soup was so salty I was barely able to finish it. I only ate the pizza and most of the soup and didn't send the soup back because of the time it would've taken to get another. I have always find the soup very good but this time it was absolutely salt laden. It will be a long time before returning if ever, due to this experience

We came here on a Wednesday afternoon around 1pm... First time dining here,but not sure why!! Everything was great...awesome service,yummy food,nice portions,fair prices! Thank you~~We will definitely be back!!

Very chill atmosphere. Food was fairly priced and tasted pretty good as well. The server we got was super nice and checked on our party frequently. Will definitely be coming back at some point!
