Been going here at least twice a month and they have been going down hill. Most of the staff ignoring us or on phones, poor customer service, had to get napkins, also keep getting drinks wrong and Flys all around our table. Food burnt and dry even though I asked for it to be pink on the inside of it it still was well done thentold theydon'tmakeitlike that. Plus the mod kept asking what do you want me to do over and over like a broken record. What the heck is wrong with them.

What is there to be said about chilis that you don’t always know . It has become a diner of sorts most people . Can’t beat $11 for a cheeseburger . The staff at this location is very considerate and friendly. They are always understaffed but they make up for it with the warm atmosphere. I eat here from time to time and I have yet to have a negative experience . Sitting at the bar , table service , to go . Doesn’t matter it’s always pleasant. It may look old and run down but it’s definitely worth your time and dollar .

I am leaving this review as a compliment for the wonderful staff who charged me for a game or some sort of tablet thing, as I don’t want anyone to be fired. It was completely our fault, we are bad people and we accept responsibility, for patronizing this business and in no way blame anyone for showing up so late, and this is not this businesses problem at all however, My wife and I (and 1 year old child) went here on a Thursday at 7:30 at night and were seated to the left side of the entrance. After waiting an hour, ( which we should have waited probably longer because we are human garbage and do not deserve respect) were asked for our drink order, in which we (as probably rude customers) ordered a draft beer and tap water. After about another 15 minutes we received our warm beverages much too our deluge and excitement. It’s refreshing to get service at all while patronizing an establishment like this as a veteran and we are much appreciative to even be acknowledged in a chain restaurant like this. Moving forward, my wife ordered an appetizer sampler of three items and I ordered a delicious sounding burger. As we were just resting a table next to us was seated and we’re gleefully greeted by the very welcoming staff. After another quick hour or so the table by us was very upset that there order (an appetizer sampler) was made incorrectly and they were quite upset but given my military background and pregnant wife’s determination we were willing to wait this out. Unfortunately, our server had served our food to the other table (mistakes happen and that is ok) however, we were never served our food. Not wanting to cause a scene I tried to just pay for the food and drinks we ordered to make it right so the server would not be fired. Luckily the manager came and chargers us for the food we were not served and threatened to call viera police on us for “disturbing the peace”. I want to extend an apology to everyone involved and I truly apologize for being a bad person. I am so sorry for showing up at the restaurant at 7:30 and causing an issue. I feel so bad to put this place in such a position. NO ONE IN VIERA should show up to this place so late and expect this to happen. I’m embarrassed and ashamed that I did this. As a veteran, I know better. As a human I will be better. I hope this place moves forward without pieces of human garbage like me. I am so sorry.

As I walk in with my family and 1 service dog, a server with nails and lashes disgustingly long for her profession, shouts across the room: “is your dog a service dog?”. Prayed she wouldn’t be my server. Anyways, 2 stars for great food. Service was speedy.

Graduation night celebration: We had a small party of celebrators. We all ordered something different. The service was great 👍🏾 The food was not up to my expectations that night- it wasn't bad, don't get me wrong, and it was a terribly busy night for the restaurant with large groups of Graduation parties coming and going... but the look and flavors were mixed. My husband ordered a pick-2 combo of ribs and chicken tenders that came with fries and street corn. He said the ribs were tough and the chicken was chewy. I ordered a pick-2 combo with brisket quesadillas and chicken tenders, but my quesadillas barely had meat. My street corn was ok, it didn't have much flavor/seasonings. The fries are always phenomenal. My daughter enjoyed her burger meal with no issues. My son couldn't enjoy his chicken tender meal because the seasonings were too hot. His buddy couldn't enjoy his either because of the same problem. We all had the same chicken tender flavors, but with different feelings about them. Everyone took their food home except my daughter. Not sure if we'll be back until after the crazy summer- with busy nights and low staff, it's better to go on a regular night for me.

I'll start with the food; I got Caesar Salad and a Cheeseburger. Honestly they tasted shockingly great. Our waitress was also the bartender in the other room for some reason which seemed odd. She did fine nothing was off with that just sucks to see understaff or workers not doing anything. Was one younger employee just sitting in a seat on his phone with headphones in. Even if he's on break I feel he shouldn't be just sitting in plain view of all us there.

Food was really good. This Chili's is a little dated and could use a little face lift. Service was all over the place. We were seated pretty quickly and drink orders taken but followup service was spotty. The staff who brought our food was great. Would stop again if in the area but not go out of our way.

Just want to say that Manager Michelle is awesome! Had a small issue with a food order ( not their fault) and she went out of her way to fix it for me. And had the best attitude and was so sweet! An absolute gem! Love her!

We ate at the bar here Friday afternoon. Bar tender was Brittany and she was amazing!!! Our food was very good and salsa and chips were excellent. Music a little loud but manager took care of that right away. We have always had good service and food here. Brittany even gave us salsa/chips to take home as they are bottomless! See you on our next visit.

Ordered takeout for my 35 year anniversary celebration and the food was really bad. See the rotten avocado in the picture!! How can they pack the plate like this? It seems intentional or the plate was sitting in their fridge for many days, this included a salmon that I don’t feel safe eating.

I’ve been coming to this chili’s for 20 yrs. I’ve never had an issue. But this time was awful. Walking in, the building is run down and looks ready to close. The smell was awful. We ordered our lunch and had beers to start. That part was good. Still cold and two for one. The food however was barely edible. My salad was limp and tasted off. I paid extra for brown avacado. My husband’s sandwich was awful and his fries were cold. We both worried we would get food poisoning. Never again! The only bright spot was our server. So sweet and definitely deserves better. Do better Chilis!

Great burgers here. Engaging bartenders. Probably the best thin and crispy chips with salsa.

One waiter/hist was a little stressed but got the job done. Food n drink excellent and better than expected for a chain! Atmosphere good just empty at 1130 am

Great service. Horrible food poisoning: Restaurant was not busy and I suspect my food has been prepared ahead of time and sat. Service was great, staff was attentive but the following two days weren't worth it. If you read my reviews I don't think I have ever mentioned food poisoning before. This was my only meal that day, I felt queasy within an hour or so and couldn't keep anything down for two days following with fever and cold sweats.

This is the 4th time I've tried ordering over the computer for curbside and it wouldn't let me. And when you call no one picks up till it's too late and the kitchen is closed. Multiple times I've gone with friends to do their doordashes and they don't come out, so even though it's curbside you have to walk in. The hours for closing should be changed to show when people ordering curbside/online can and can't order online. It's confusing to customers who just want to grab a meal.

We sat in the bar area. Hamburger was a little over done but still enjoyed it. The Manager was a professional, accommodating, and very sweet.

The food is not worth the price. The pictures tell the story. A thin sliced piece of beef that they call ribeye. Three slices of avocado (which was $1 extra). Frozen and thawed cucumber. I didn't get the mashed potatoes but this was not worth it. The place smells musty like they're using the same mop water over and over again to clean the floors and tables and they have the nerve to charge you $3 to play that game thingy .. it's very disappointing to see these chain restaurants taking advantage of the few customers they do get. Only nice part was the hostess and my waiter. Otherwise, throw it all away!!!

Im a Chillis regular because my daughter loves this place . I probably visited 20+ different locations. This location was one of the not so good visits. Food ok but it was late , waitress didn't check on us , I had to get up and ask for a refill at the bar. The Restaurant was kinda empty and it was 6 pm so the atmosphere was none. Probably won't be back here for a while

Had such a good experience! Ashley was a great server even though her section was full. The food was brought to our table really fast and the manager checked on everything as well :)

Place was clean. My two sides were cold. Not like warm or not hot I mean actually cold. The salmon was good. Wife got the ribs which were fatty and the meat was tough. Oh yeah we had to ask for our drinks after receiving our appetizers because we still had not gotten them. It had been many years since I was there because of a bad experience and won't be going back in the near future.

What is going on with this Chili's? The overall downhill feeling with atmosphere and employees. Just gross. Floor was sticky and looked like it needed a good mopping! Tables were dirty. A fly at our table. We were there on Halloween.

I had a very pleasant time here, my day off and really just wanted too relax and enjoy some good food! The GM took great care of me and the food came out delicious! Bartender was great and made sure I was taken care of! Thank you Darin it was a great experience and I will be back for sure!! :) :)

Hello there chili's I enjoyed the meal alot I came with my uncle aunt and grandma. The food was great as per usual as this is my favorite restaurant everyone was really nice! The waiter was speedy and checked on us often I appreciated today more than usual thanks to jessaca and Brandon special thanks to mandy who helped us pay my grandma isn't the greatest at technology.

Food was amazing, also had some drinks they were great too. The waitress we had was polite and had everything out in a timely manner. All in all was great we will be back 😃
