    Why does this store always fail at basic and simple tasks. I worked at Arby's. I could run this store with one other person and my eyes closed and be far more efficient then they are at this location. How are you going to give someone a French dip and not give them the dip.

    Love Arby's, when i was younger back in 1974 I worked for Arbys before I went into the Air Force and then when I got out the Air Force enjoyed my time with Arby's, I love they're beef and cheddar with extra sauce.

    I got two sliders and Jalapeno poppers and whoa! The Jalapeno Roast Beef Sliders were packed with spice! I tore into them before thinking of a pic, but just to give you an idea... The classic roast beef is always a fave too!

    Always good food.. but sometimes fries are not fresh but is all good. You should try there burgers. Cooked perfect but everyone is different. Two different burgers for a limited time. check em out

    Nice and clean. Quick hardworking staff. The roast beef sandwich is amazing. The tap water is AWFUL. The water is so bad it overpowers the soda flavor. 1 star until they fix their filtration system.

    *Update* went through the drive through this evening and was pretty disappointed. The person working the drive through wasn't very friendly and seemed a little preoccupied with whatever was playing in her earbuds. Was told to pull forward and when I got my food, drive home and discovered they forgot an item in my order. The rest of the food was ok. Drive through attendant was very friendly and the service was fast. Had to try the new burger and it was probably one of the better big chain fast food burgers I've had.

    My online order is consistently ready when I go in. However, I've had times where you place an online order for something they're out of (i.e. shake machine isn't working), and there's nothing they can do about it in store. You have to go online to request customer service fix your order.

    My area Arby's just ripped me off, because obviously I'm not driving all the way back through traffic to hand you your food back. Order total was $37! Ordered 2 chicken, bacon, swiss and got home to find 2 thin, crispy and basic chicken sandwiches on old bread. If you're going to raise the prices sky high, get the food correct! I went inside instead of using the drive thru just to make sure my order was all there. Guess I needed to stand there and open the wrappers! Angry because though we got other items, I only went there for the chicken, bacon, swiss sandwiches. Big price discrepancy between what I got and what I ordered too. Is this the new Arby's scam? Got me once, but you won't get me again! And of course they do not answer the phone. No other way to reach Arby's, so here's your review.

    Arby's is always good food. Like any fast food joint, it can be hit and miss on service, but, that comes with the territory. The prices are reasonable and the fare is something you can't find at most fast foods... Smoked brisket, French dip, Reuben, or just a nice stack of thin sliced roast beef, it's tasty and better than just about any fast food burger and the curly fries are always delish.

    6 classic roast beef sandwiches & 2 med. 1 large shakes = $45. Won't be back with such prices. Will be taking grandkids for lunch at Red Lobster, Olive Garden or The Grills if I want to spend $45 plus for basic lunch! Sorry Dems have created this recession for you to likely deal with over fossil fuel.

    1st time at this locations and frankly I haven’t been to Arby’s probably over a year, I really missed their goodies. Had the pleasure to be served by one of the most pleasant young man “Omarion”. Aside of placing my order we had a random short convo with him and another guest. Loved his upbeat fun and ‘genuine’ personality. Thx for your help 🚀

    The customer service was mediocre. We ordered over $75.00 worth of food and had to be parked. You would think they could get the order right but nope! Messed up the drinks. Completely forgot meals. I go to call the store and no answer. I called at least 10 times. No answer. I don't know who the district manager is but they should look into fixing the location starting with management because that's where the leadership begins. The worst Arby's I've ever been to. If I could rate it zero stars I would.

    Love anything Arby's! This time I got an Orange Dream Shake! Yyuuummmmm! Shared with my grandson who loves them too! 6/19/23 Update: They have plenty of help this time. Everyone very nice and friendly. Service was fast & my Greek Gyro is delicious! (I'm not sharing this time!) Update 9/19/23 My friend & I had the Gyro 2 for $7! They weren't busy & were nice and friendly! Some of the tables are marked with a wheelchair symbol & have 2 chairs on one side and a long bench on the other side. Nice and handy? Their drinks are still out where you can serve yourself & get refills.

    Compared to Arby's back in NJ, you would not know they were the same. This one never disappoints. And if ever there is an issue, manager handles it with no blowback. Fast and satisfying. I personally recommend their Lamb Gyros, French dip and the crinkle fries. Better tasting than many expensive restaurants.

    #1... Excellent customer service. #2... I've only had a single roast beef and the double roast beef. Believe me, I love fries and soda and they just stick to my belly... so I pick and choose when to eat those delicacies. #3... Nice, Clean place. #4.... I would have given them five stars...but .... when I was there on two occasions (pretty close together) and the Arby's Horsey Sauce out at the pumping station! #5... loop back to #1 (I walked up to the counter and immediately received some packets of Horsey Sauce from a team member at the counter)

    I've been in Tennessee for a week, and it was spot on with getting the Buffalo wrap. So, coming back to the island, I decided to get a wrap and hoping for the same satisfaction, but it didn't come. I asked for no tomatoes, but there were some in it. The wrap was average but hard to eat. The wrap was more filled with dressing than with chicken or lettuce. Arby's is good sometimes. It's just a hit or a miss.

    RICHARD NEEDS TO GET THE HELL OUT OF THE WINDOW! HE CANNOT MULTITASK! I had to repeatedly tell him my order. He couldn't do split payments? What kind of manager can't do that? And then insults my order to the next customer while I'm in ear shot? Richard needs to be removed from his manager position. He cannot work drive thru with all this negativity. Awful experience. Thankfully the women were genuine and that's why I gave 2 instead of one

    Asked for the 2 for $6 roast beef sandwiches on the menu, was charged over $8. The manager was the person running the window at 10am 5/2/22. He was not prepared for open. Had to drive up to the window to let him know he had a customer. Had to ask for my receipt. Had me pull up away from the window to wait 10 minutes for my food even though there was no one behind me in the drive thru and the restaurant was empty.

    Submitted 2 separate online orders, at lunch time, to be picked up. One from Wendy's and one from Arby's. The Wendy's order was absolutely perfect. The Arby's order was a different story. Bad enough to cross them off my list as a viable fast-food option. This was not the first time that they accepted my order but when I went to pick it up, they were unable to deliver requested product. The first time, a month or so ago, was a 2 for $6 order including fish sandwiches. Nope, "fish is seasonal, we don't have them anymore". Today, Roasted chicken salad. Nope, "we don't have salads anymore". Also large shakes. Nope, "no large cups". Receipt that accompanied remaining order did not reflect changes. I don't have time for any business that uses the words "we don't have" first.

    They did a great job considering there was only a 3 person staff!! We all waited patiently inside. It was a really long wait, over 15 minutes until the 2 people ahead of us got to order. But the drive thru was very busy. I'm glad nobody got rude with the staff while we were there.
