My niece took me here for Mother's Day. It was full and we had to wait for a moment but we understood. We didn't have to wait very long to be seated though. We had great customer service. I will be posting what was ordered. Food was prepared well. Every penny that was spent was worth it. For me.. I will be coming back and I would recommend this place to friends and family. My niece started eating from her plate before I took pictures.

My favorite restaurant, perfect for my taste pallet; Serloin, baked potato, salad, milkshake (do ask for it!), shrimp grilled to perfection, ahi... Delish.

What a great dinner at the Merritt Island Outback! I sat at the bar with bartenders Kat and Summer. They took great care of me. Never an empty glass! Food came out quickly and was delicious. Kat and Summer were so personable with all of the customers...we were all laughing and having a good time. Enjoyed my dinner! I will be back. ;-)

A bit expensive but very delicious and worth it. I had a french onion soup with melted cheese loaded on top and loved it. I also had chips with a loaded dip made of meat and all kinds of melted cheese. Also very tasty. My friend had his favorite t-bone steak and loaded baked potato. Great choices of drinks as well.

Great evening celebrating a birthday. The Victoria was cooked to perfection. I was a little disappointed in the shape.. it seemed to be the end of the filet and did not really have a top or bottom it kind of rolled around on my plate. But again cooked to perfection none the less.

The service was exceptional. They offered fresh bread and butter which was quite tasty. Unfortunately my pallet couldn't handle the Blumen Onion as it was extremely oily. If you like fried food you may enjoy it more

Robert Black was our server. he was exemplary. He did a great job with a smile the whole time. C we never missed a thing! People like that. Don’t grow on trees, keep him happy and pay him well!.

Tasty lunch specials. And choice of different side other than fries with NO up charge. How refreshing. Great customer service. Josh is a wonderful server. Manager even came to the table. Both thanked us for coming in. Actually felt like our patronage was appreciated. Well done, folks. And the ac was not set on Arctic blast. Another plus. Will be back.

This outback is the best one in brevard by far. The steaks are always cooked to order to the perfect requested temp. The server Donna is amazing. She was interacting with our 4 year old which is something most server's tend to not do. She was very quick and checked in on us so many times, filled our glasses instantly without us asking. We love to come for the food but she made our experience one of the best ones we have had. Thanks Donna!

I went out to eat at the Merritt Island location with my mother-in-law and everything was just fantastic! From the food, to the service, to the atmosphere— Michelle went above and beyond and made our dining experience terrific! We will definitely be back!

Donna is so friendly and gives great recommendations. It’s been a while since here, forgot how yummy it is here. I had lobster and steak but man blooming onions! Donna is amazing server, ask for her when you come. Smiley, friendly, funny!

Very good steak dinner (,as expected, from prior experiences). Jackie was very courteous and helpful. New specials delicious! Nice to be back visiting the Space Coast!

Jackie at the Merritt Island restaurant was amazing. She went above and beyond to get my cravings satisfied. She recommended very well the menu and she was checking on us constantly. This is what customer service is all about. Making great experiences. I’ll be back soon and I hope Jackie be our server again. Compliments to the chefs. Food was delicious.

Bobby was stupendous. He was friendly, attentive, and so handsome. I had the New York strip and cheese fries they came out so delicious 🤤

Had a nice experience the food was as we ordered and came out to the table promptly. We were greeted with a smile and our server was fantastic! Some of the best service we have had in a long time. Food was reasonably priced compared to other places. We tried the meatloaf and Alice Springs Chicken. Really good, the chicken was a little dry on the end but ok. The Tasmania Chili was as spicy as it sounded and I don’t like spice. Will definitely be back.

Been a long time since we've been to an Outback! A pleasant experience. Peach Bellini was fantastic, as was the Bloomin' Onion! Had some awesome pasta, Bloomin' Onion flavored chicken, fantastic shrimp, and of course, steak! Really enjoyed all of the food *and* we even got some awesome gift cards with our meal as a thanks to all the moms on Mother's Day! Looking forward to coming back soon.

Our service was great! The waitress Nicole was amazing, very upbeat and friendly. We weren’t sure if we were going to stay until Nicole came to our table and her wonderful attitude and personality made us stay. The food ended up be surprisingly good along with our drinks. Great experience.

Family went to Outback, ribs are really good, in fact I usually get those instead of the steak or if I'm really hungry then get the combo they includes steak and half rack of ribs. The blooming onion is good, but it's big and about halfway through it we had are fill. The complimentary bread was also very good, kids actually liked it better than blooming onion. Tasmanian chili is good, a bit of heat with steak pieces and no beans. It is a steakhouse, so for a family of five you'll easily get to the $100 mark

We ended up eating dinner around 8:30. No one showed any signs of early evening rush. The hostess was very nice and let us eat at a high top. The waitress Mary Jane was so sweet. Making sure we were everything was perfect and it was even at 9 pm. Food was awesome. We have a new place to go now. Thank you for everything.

Delicious. Service was great, steaks were cooked perfect. My tea glass was never empty. Definitely coming back.

Parking lot was completely flooded but understandable with the amount of rain they got. We sat in the lounge by the bar. Our waiter was relatively friendly and relatively efficient. food was excellent as was the Blackberry sangria! Way too much sour mix in the margaritas. Overall a great experience other than the steak dip appetizer. That was terrible

Haven't been there in years, since i live in Titusville, took my son for his Birthday in June and then went back this September for my Birthday! Was excellent i had forgotten how good the food was. The service was even better! Thank you outback for an enjoyable Dinner! I wish they'd get an outback in Titusville!
