Stopped by Saturday around 6:30 not too busy our party of 4 was seated pretty quick.. Chancey our server was a step ahead with his recommendations and service. Had the pork chops with asparagus and macaroni / cheese.. my dish was outstanding.. my partner in crime got the salmon salad but the salmon was half cooked..

🥩Consistently Excellent Dinner🥩 When my family has a special occasion to celebrate, chances are we'll be heading to LongHorn Steakhouse. We've had consistently excellent service and dinners here. If I had to highlight two items on the menu, I'd pick: 🧀White Cheddar Stuffed Mushrooms - I will literally drive to LongHorn Steakhouse *just* to eat these things. They're a great table appetizer for sharing with your party. These roasted mushroom come stuffed full of garlic herb cheese and crispy parmesan crust. They're served over a bed of four-cheese sauce, perfect for dipping and scooping extra gooey creaminess into each bite. Pro tip: Spoon whatever of the cheese sauce is left onto your plate for bread spread! 🍫Chocolate Stampede Cake - It should honestly be called "Death by Chocolate Cake" because this double-wedge of goodness is crafted from six kinds of chocolate. Thank goodness for the scoop of vanilla bean ice cream on the side, because it helps balance out the wonderfully rich, dark sweetness overload. Again, it's ideal for sharing with your whole party, so don't be afraid to order it on a full stomach!

The food is delicious. Not too pricey. Varsities options to choose. Food is tender, melt in your mouth. Waiting time it’s bit long for the food to prepared and serve, other than that, staffs are nice. Cosy place to sit and nice atmosphere. Good music. Ample free parking space. I recommend this place.

We choose this place to celebrate my sister-in-law birthday. Awesome decision. Very clean place, the food was perfect cooked. The crew, lovely people.

There the best long horn in Florida ! They make you feel at home. Every time I come there is great energy with all the waitresses. They make the best Moscow mules ! The meat is always cooked to my liking & juicy to say the least 🤤. The cheese cake comes with fresh strawberries & is delicious. Always a great time here ! Love you guys ! 😅

Ordered lunch with a co-worker today. Ordered the 7pepper steak salad. Very disappointed. First issue- I paid $20 for a container that was only half full. Really?? How expensive is lettuce?? Second issue- steak was to be cooked medium. As you can see from the pictures it was very well done, very dry and tough. Third issue- I requested ranch dressing and received blue cheese. If you want to pay high prices for very small portions then this is your place.

My wife and I love Longhorn, especially at happy hour. Their specials and drinks are amazing and we love beating the crowd! The image below is not from Longhorn but you can certainly get a very tasty Woodford Reserve with a large cube of ice when you visit.

First time here and I loveeeeee everything about it. The food are great and service is fast and friendly too! The parmesan spinach dip is exceptional l! The Ribeye are juicy and cooked to perfection. Bread is pretty tasty too. A bit expensive but you got good quality of food. I left there in a food coma and but did not regret a single thing.

We stopped in for lunch and thoroughly enjoyed it! Our motivation was a gift card to put toward our meal. The atmosphere is pleasant with lower lighting and sounds seem to be muffled. I honestly don't remember if music was playing so if it was it was at a low, soothing level. We started with the white cheddar stuffed mushrooms which were different than expected in a very good way. My wife had the 6oz Flo's Filet (medium well) and Lobster Tail with steamed broccoli and a house salad. I had the Longhorn Porterhouse (medium rare) with loaded baked potato and house salad. Everything arrived as ordered. Our server, Amber, listened carefully and confirmed everything. Small things but important. My wife asked for nothing added to the broccoli and it was cooked and served as requested with the butter on the side. She also asked for no salad dressing and it also was correct. And our steaks were cooked to perfection. To wrap it all up, Amber was friendly and delightful. She was excellent at engaging with us and other customers, keeping glasses filled and checking on us without hovering. She recognized the repeat customers at a table next to us and had a friendly chat without keeping anyone else waiting. So definitely an enjoyable visit and one I recommend!

Ordered 6 oz filet cooked medium. What came to the table was a well done filet. There was zero pink. Cooking a filet well done is like killing the cow twice.

Six of us went on a Tuesday and even though it was busy; we were seated promptly (perfect timing). Service was great and food was delicious. I think this was the first time none of us left with leftovers. It was all that delicious. Very impressed with service and food. Thank you to everyone at Longhorn Steakhouse in Merritt Island for making our evening out perfect!

Alexandria, where do I begin.... CONCIERGE LEVEL SERVICE. Exceptional skills, and beyond professional and more than accommodating. I will make sure to request her from this point forward. I frequent this steakhouse quite a bit and never have received service this immaculate.

The food is always amazing here! The alcohol is not too strong and not too weak, it's a perfect blend, and my rare steak is always cooked to the way I love it! Absolutely love all the hard work the servers, cooks, and management put in to keeping this place fresh and delicious!

Got a gift card for my birthday for this restaurant. OMG! Had never been here before and it was fantastic! The stuffed mushrooms were outstanding! The Caesar salad was the best I've ever had. And my T-bone was perfect. We will definitely be going back!

Best steak I've had, I can't speak on when I say RARE to a waitress/waiter and it comes out still mooing 😂 Will continue to return over and over for my outlaw ribeye 🫠

These guys are truly the best. We got a loaf of bread with a tiny spot of mold, they threw the entire batch out and made sure everything else was safe. Awesome people, truly, we frequent here and they're always the best.

The first part of our dining experience was rocky due to a long wait. But both the managers and our waiter went above and beyond to resolve this. Our food was amazing and their service was wonderful. Thank you to the managers and our waiter Wyatt. We will definitely come here again!

If we want a fantastic steak, we go to Longhorn. Food is always fresh, cooked perfectly, and super tasty! Service has always been spot on, and the restaurant has a rustic atmosphere but is very comfortable. Can't go wrong here.

Our waiter, Jace, did an amazing job, and the manager was friendly and helpful and checked in often. I had the Longhorn porterhouse, medium rare with a lobster add-on my buddy ordered the same and for got the lobster within like 10 min the lobster came out and just like the rest of the meal it was perfect! The steak melted in my mouth. It was amazing as it always is. The ranch is delicious if you haven't had theirs. It is made in-house. I came in with my 100lbs ptsd service dog, and they never batted an eye, seated us promptly at a suitable table with room for him underneath. I can never say enough good things about this restaurant, the very last name in steak! Thank you staff for your excellent service provided with a great attitude and warmth. 100 out 5 stars!

Went on a date with my BF and he received his onion soup, nice and hot and he was able to finish his before I received my shrimp appetizer. I had a sprite and he had a water and was asked so many times if he wanted a refill that he asked if he looked dehydrated 🤣 no problem at all! As far as my sprite goes it took quite some time to receive it, I was able to eat my whole appetizer before getting my sprite, the dinner is/was good as always but I just wish the food was timed better

Our server, Jacob, was amazing!! So attentive, so sweet. The food was delicious!! The outlaw ribeye, brussel sprouts, chocolate stampede!! While we were eating I noticed the other server cleaning his section after it closed down. Such attention to detail - I saw him and a woman under the table scrubbing the carpet. She turned out to be the manager. I let the manager know how impressed I was by the cleanliness and the service. She was humble and charming too! We will definitely go back to that restaurant again.

In town for my friend's party. The service was superb. Needless to say, we all went off our diets that night. The steak was fabulous. Juicy and tender. Had the lava cake. Absolutely delicious. Thank you Longhorn. We will be back next time we are in town.

My 2 sisters and I were there. One of the sisters had one of their signature cocktails (old fashion) and it was the best. The Onion soup was delicious, the beef fillet was cooked to perfection. Only gripe was from the sister that ordered the surf and turf, putting the lobster tail on the same plate as the steak, allowed the juice from the seasoned steak to run onto the lobster which ruined the taste of the lobster meat. Service outstanding!!! I would definitely recommend this restaurant over the Outback.

We usually go here regularly, but lately the food qualitys gone down, our steaks get overcooked or given to us practically still mooing and cold in the center. My takeout today had a date dot sticker in my onions, and my steak was cold by the time I got it, had to nuke it in the microwave to make it edible again. This location used to be good, but this sucks

Delicous Food! Great service! Steaks were cooked just as desired. We had both the Ribeye and the Outlaw Ribeye. Sides were very flavorful. The rice pilaf was delicious! Mashed potatoes were packed with flavor I even smothered the butter on my steak!!! Mmm mmm mmmm!!! Ordered dessert to go. Will definitely return.
