Just shut this place down already. The employees are miserable and the food is dissapointing. My family has been going here for +8years. EVERY visit is worst than the previous. Now the Hibatchi chefs dont smile, no jokes, no tricks, no fiery volcanoe, and they even got rid of the squirt toy that they used for the kids. The food is as bad as the service; the soup used to have tofu and they used to fill your plate with the stirfry. I got a single 3mm by 10mm carrot slice; my wife got none. The dinnerware was sticky. Honestly, i could give SO many more examples. Clearly this business does not care anymore. This shocking experience cost us 35$ per person plus tip plus tax!!!!! Seasons 52 meals are in that price range!!!!! Were done. That will be our last visit. The building would be better off vacant.

Horrible‼️ as soon as we walked in they had a attitude. Service was so slow and bad, quite unpleasant. Very small portions as well. Also there was no hibachi show and THEY DO NOT HAVE ANY SUSHI WHATSOEVER. Their menu lies and says coke products but actually uses mr.pibb, Sierra Mist etc. only beer and cheap wine so don’t go looking for anything else even though they actually have a bar. 26$ for a lunch menu portion disguised as dinner. Food didn’t taste well and I had to get up and pass out the small sauce trays to my family. One of their workers was in the bathroom taking a no.2 and didn’t wash his hands he just went straight back to the kitchen🤢. This place needs to close and I’m calling the health department Monday morning

The hostess was friendly but if you’re looking for the hibachi experience, go elsewhere. The chef was miserable and did not interact with anyone at the table. Everything was cooked on high heat so he could leave as soon as possible making the chicken and steak tough. Disappointing birthday dinner. We should have gone to our usual place, Fujiyama, in Melbourne.

Visiting from Chicago, we came here to have dinner. Ate on the hibachi side. chef had ZERO personality. made no joke no tricks nothing. if the food was out of this world amazing then I could let that slide but it wasn’t and he used way to much oil and the food was mediocre. Had the filet and it was super tender.I would recommend going to Kobe’s in Orlando take the drive. I won’t return here next visit. oh and the hostess. Wow! i would fire her if she worked for me. Worst snippy attitude, even when I called.

This was our first time at this Hibachi restaurant. Service was great! Our waitress was timely with everything. Our cook did an excellent job. The food was large portions and perfectly cook! Our kids had a great time and I enjoyed spending my birthday with family. We had mentioned my birthday a few times and there was no special desert or anything brought out. Which was ok. We ended up eating that at home. We will definitely eat here again.

We should have left when waitress dropped the chopsticks and she continued to hand them to my husband. NO sushi which I’m glad because chances are it wouldn’t have been fresh. The spicy garlic edamame seemed as if it was just overly sprinkled with the Kinder brand “garlic pepper salt” seasoning for steaks. The goyza was good surely because it’s pre packaged from Costco. The “soup” was far from Miso- it was more like hot mop water. The chicken katsu was very dry, overcooked and probably microwaved, as if pre made (my husband coughed with first bite) no flavor. The fried rice which was up charge from white rice was not freshly made, it was soft-mushy and had a burned soy sauce taste to it. The Pork Udon seemed like it was an overly pre cooked pork chop in a bowl with up charge again for fried rice- all in all-looked like puke in a bowl. We asked waitress if the chef always cooks like this to that and she responded with “you’re not familiar with this type of food” ..Yes ma’am you are correct we are not… used to poop food. My husband is from Hawaii and eats mostly Asian and Korean foods. He’s very aware of what it should taste like. Waitress did not offer to take anything off the bill or get owner, we are not one to complain so to me that was surprising. We paid our $65 bill and tip as it was our hopes for a great Christmas lunch/dinner! Now it’s just a Christmas meal we will never to forget.

Great place for Hibachi food cooked at your table or in the kitchen. This restaurant is located in a shopping center facing SR 520 on the southeast corner of SR 520 and South Courtney Parkway. There is plenty of parking in front and near the location. You enter and are greeted and seated by a hostess. It is nicely decorated in red and black-themed design There are several 4-person tables and booths in one part of the restaurant and at least 3 sets of hibachi tables to seat 18 people (each) in the next room. The hostess was pleasant and we were seated quickly. We were seated at a booth. The menu had everything from appetizers to hibachi dinners. I ordered a hibachi dinner with chicken for about $15 and got a salad, soup, and enough food for 2 meals. The dinner came with a helping rice portion, noodles, and chicken. The food came out quickly and was delicious. The restaurant was clean. The staff was friendly. The food was excellent and timely and the prices were reasonable. I would highly recommend this place to my fellow travelers and plan to visit again to eat here when the opportunity arises.

Terrible service. Never going back. We arrived for an “early dinner” (4pm if I recall) and we were the only customers in the place, at least in the hibachi area. They seated us and told us we would start as soon as others came in. We waited over half an hour. They did bring us salads and miso soup but both looked terrible so we opted to just continue waiting. We eventually had enough since nobody came in and we were hungry and tired of waiting. When we decided to leave I stopped at the front desk to notify them and they asked us if we could wait a bit longer!! They still wanted to charge us for the sketchy salad and soups that we clearly didn’t touch, and the fountain drinks we ordered. The check would’ve been ~$16 if I recall. Thankfully they removed the salad and soups so we only paid for the sodas. Be aware, the place isn’t exactly clean either. While we were waiting we noticed pieces of rice in the chairs and on the floor around where we were sitting. Clearly nobody cleaned the area. If you want to go here don’t try to go early to beat the rush, otherwise this may happen to you. I suppose you have to gamble and hope there’s room at a table or prepare to be on a wait list as per usual for these places.

Went with my softball team and had a great time. I thought the hibachi was pretty good. I had the shrimp and really enjoyed it. Meal included rice, noodles, vegetables, salad and soup. My dinner companions said the beef was very tender.

Very disappointed. As soon as we walked in the hostess gave us attitude. Also very unprofessional to wear baggy gray sweatpants if you’re a hostess. We were told that as a party of two we could not have hibachi That has never been a problem at any other hibachi restaurant we’ve been to. It seems customary to seat a small party with another party to fill the table. We walked out. Not sure how this place is still in business or why they continue to employ people that seem to consistently lose them business.

I’m from GA, was traveling through and picked this spot to eat of all places around. It sucks. First, everyone here is rude and really don’t care if you’re there or not. Second, there’s no sushi. Third, the miso soup sucks. Go else where. I wish I could have left but it was too late.

Simple hibachi spot on Merritt Island! Fun to go as a group event for a little show. Food is as expected with hibachi and the seafood and beef items were cooked well. Overall, something that is a bit different from what is in this area.

The food was pretty good, but not the best. The service was average. The cook only said one word and that was because I asked him his name. The place looked pretty nice, but I looked in the areas most people don't look at and it wasn't great, So with those areas and the rest, I gave it medium. We will go back, even though it's close to $30 for a combo hibachi dinner meal.

This was my and my wife's first time here for an early dinner on Thursday May 11th (no other customers were in the dining room). We ordered the vegetable fried rice and shrimp udon noodles (which was cooked in the kitchen and not on a hibachi grill in front of us). We've never seen so much oil used on food before. All the vegetables and noodles on our plates were shiny wet. After leaving with our boxed left-overs, I realized I probably took in too much oil when I didn't feel so great for the rest of the day. Would probably be some great food if it could be cooked without so much oil. I didn't think to get a picture.

The food was good, however the hibachi experience was the most boring Ive ever been to. The guy not only did not do the hibachi show he also cheated us on portions giving us less then half a steak each giving the other party the majority he also completely forgot one of our kids chicken and cooked it in the kitchen. It will be a long time before we go back. A nice night totally ruined

WORST EXPERIENCE. I used to eat here pretty often, until I realized they were charging my card automatically 20%. Mind you I already always pay them a good tip. So it’s actually fraud they’re ripping people off. n it’s messed up because on top of all that me and my family had to put up with their awful customer service. Girl always has an attitude. Smh never going back plus the chicken could have been cooked better it was chewy n hard to eat.

IT WAS AWEFUL!!! Disappointing & Way To expensive for what you get!! I’m It sure were the 4. Came from in reviews. So many of the post are the same story as ours! Reading the other reviews since I posted mine, seems the owner DOESN'T CARE to make the changes to make the visits enjoyable annd worth the money! Enter at your own risk!! My husband and I took our grandson and grand daughter, 11 & 12 there for lunch for our grandsons birthday! It was AWEFUL!! We were the only ones in there at 12:30 pm on a Sunday! Yet we waited 40 minutes for our food to be prepared. There was no music and the air conditioner sounded like a dog barking every time it came in. The young lady taking care of us had no personality and couldn’t even crack a smile ! When our chef finally showed up, the food portion was SO little divided between the four of us! At $23.00 pp per plate you’d think you’d leave with left overs! Not to mention first time ever at a Japanese steak house, we were charged for the hot tea. Especially at that price! Our Chef followed suit with the young lady waiting on us! He had no personality, now show, no jokes, no conversation, no smile no nothing!! Maybe didn’t speak English? But smiles go along way even if the case. We felt we being a bother and maybe came in at a bad time! There was no lunch menu on a Sunday yet received lunch portion is what it appeared to be! We will NOT be back and have told our family not to go there. That was our first time going yet are from Melbourne with two excellent Japanese steak houses but our grandson lives in Merritt Island . We thought it would be a cool experience for him!! We were disappointed and embarrassed as we made a big deal about how cool it was going to be.

Salad had hairs mixed in the salad. I called over one of the employees not trying to make a seen and she comes over trying to tell me it ginger. I'm sorry but ginger is not hair texture and also not red faiding to silver. Honestly looked like dog hair. We left after we paid for our appetizer and drinks.

Amazing food and service. They cooked my steak on point, and the shrimp was deliciously seasoned. The homemade sauces are the best I've had at any hibachi. The owner and staff were so kind to us. I'm looking forward to going back. Highl recommendation.

Food is good, they do have smaller portions then before though. The thing that really aggrivated me here is the customer service! The hostess is very rude and is always wearing an over sized black shirt with baggy sweat pants (how professional?) she brings you to the table, throws the menus down and just walks away. The servers also lack customer service. When she came to our table to take our order she asked what we wanted, and before we could tell her no noodles double rice she was already walking away from the table! We always have to get our servers attention for refills because they sit behind the counters on there phones.

Comfortable atmosphere, friendly staff and decent prices. But when I go to a hibachi I expect a show and sake squirted down my throat. There was no sake and the chef didn’t put on a show what so ever. But will go again just for the food.

Food was great just wish the cook was more animated, I remember some of these guys could put on a great performance when I was younger.
