This McDonald's is by far the slowest and have the rudest employees. I asked for this lady to put a couple ketchup packets in the bag and the lady snatched the bag and said omg. She threw one in the bag gave me my bag back and said are you done. I try my hardest not to go back to that place but sometimes my baby wants a kids meal. They always get the orders wrong and they are so dirty.

This place needs new management and new employees. I have worked in fast food and there's no reason for the mistakes they make. We got kids meals and they parked us and then my poor daughter in tears at home with no meat on her burger, just buns. My coffee tastes like straight sugar, I can't even drink it. Sometimes it tastes like pure milk with a hint of coffee. They have no recipe and just wing it or something. Ridiculous. Do they even train their new employees before throwing them to the wolves?

What a joke! I ordered a 6 piece chicken nugget Happy meal for grandchildren. I received plain hamburger no bun in a chicken nugget box. What?? This is happening at all McDonald's. $14hr. What a joke! No workers at the counter either. Hire retired ppl. They will do a better job.

Ordered 2 breakfast burritos, made with no cheese sauce so they were incredibly dry and crumbly. Apple pies not available at 7:30 in the morning. When visiting at lunch asked for fried cooked to order (trying to get fresh food) got soggy fries, at least my dogs enjoyed it. Rockledge McDonalds is MUCH better.

Paid 60 cents for mac sauce. Yall aren't worth 15 cents let alone 15 dollars. Mcdonalds is a joke. Fire them all and replace with machines

It was slammed but they were very efficient and very courteous. The staff was all happy to be working and it was a pleasure to see a well oiled machine. The food was good and they were quick about getting it out. It is a very nice McDonald's.

Odd ratings but... the girl taking orders was great.. all there were friendly but not a one knew what they were doing... lots of mess up in delivering orders... food was good though for a McD... maybe new staff? Not sure but something was off

We went through the drive thru. Got the usual not so friendly treatment, had to wait several minutes for 2 Mc Ribs, 1 Daily Double and 2 fries. The small piece of lettuce was limp, the fries were not fresh or hot. Neither was the Daily Double. And to top off my lousy burger and fries, not one employee smiled. With that much failure maybe they need to treat their employees better.

Like very many McDonald's restaurants, the MC nuggets were Meh! Their McNuggets factory needs far better quality control. McNuggets that are stuck together when fried become soggy and doughy on one side. This is highly annoying, but unfortunately not unusual for McDonald's restaurants.

Same old thing every visit. Food was warm and thrown together like always. It seems the workers don't like their jobs and just throw all their sandwiches together even smothering them with way too much sauce that you can't eat it. My chicken bacon ranch was so soggy with ranch that I couldn't eat it!

This is a good McDonald's. The line goes fast, and they keep it really clean. I docked a star because the last 3 times that I went, they forgot the extra bacon that I ordered. I'm on Keto, so I need my bacon! This crew just has a really hard time understanding what an extra side of bacon means.

Ordered a medium frozen coke last week (1.79)…..they changed only to one size 1.99. It was in a large cup. Today ordered a frozen coke expecting the same as last week and previous and got a small frozen coke😳🫢 when asked that’s a 1.99 frozen coke the answer was I don’t make the prices🤷‍♀️ I guess it’s burgerking

Usually no problems at any McDonald’s but I have thousands of points and quite a lot are getting ready to expire. I was a little confuse on how to redeem them and I asked the employee behind the counter how to do it and it was like talking to the wall. NO help at all! All I got was “”it’s on the app” not a pleasant experience.

each time I go, I ask for no egg, and every time egg gets thrown on my sandwich they take a no consideration to people that have allergies

Just bad service all around. Worker told us to wait a minute when we were the other car in the drive way, then another car pulls up and they start taking their order right away. The worker was real short with us on top of that and was literally glaring at us when we pulled up to the window…. I’m not sure why I really expected anything out of this place to begin with

I have been to this McDonald’s drive-through several times. The person at the window is very polite. If your food is not ready, they ask you to just park in one of their parking areas. Everything is what you order. They take the time to make sure they get your order correct.

Ordered through drive-through told to oark #4 my oder was given to wrong car 1st. Then different oder given to me was wrong. That took 20 minutes then waited another 15 until I had to limp in due to sprained ankle I called in while waiting for food I was told I was being belligerent When I was not and was hung up on. NEXT went inside asked for manager. SHE WAS STANDING THERE TALKING TO SOMEONE THEN TURNED round and said very loud n nasty Thats ME I was told immediately that I'" I'll get to your order in a second she proceeded to talk. Then I said i expect a refund. My food was never prepared or a apology. I walk out girl came out and apologized for the Manager KAREN SAYING. SHES ALWAYS LIKE THAT I called for corporate to report of course, Karen hung up on me again and I was told to look it up. Myself. WOW JOW RUDE

Sun 8/13/2023 2:20pm horrible service. Waited a long time at the pick up counter for an online order with no help from any staff, then someome who looked to be a manager comes rushing around the corner, very angry, and goes to the fountain drinks and asks what the problem is with an attitude. I didn't know who she was even talking to, I guess me. Maybe she should have made contact with me. Then she literally throws an order on the counter at me with no reciept. I assumed it was mine but I wasnt sure so I waited longer. Then she asks me what I'm waiting on and I tell her my order and says it's right there. I definitely won't be coming back here.

This is the second time in a row that we have come to this location and the wait for a Caramel Frappe was WAY too long. The first time we came here we ate in the restaurant and got all of our food except the Frappe which we were told would be right out. Well fast forward 10-15 mins and we’re now done eating and P.S. the Caramel Frappe still hasn’t come out yet. This time we came to carry out some items and once again everything comes at once except you guessed it: The Caramel Frappe. So my dad ends up standing at the front for 5-7 mins and nobody asks him if he needs anything until he has go out of his way to pull aside one of the managers to check on his order. I love this location but this was really bad customer service but at least now we know not to Carry Out Frappes here anymore.

This is (currently) the best McDonald's crew I've ever seen! I hope corporate puts in the effort to keep them!

Got breakfast snubbed at BK b4 1030a, so I came here, got a BEC McGriddle which was fast, fresh and delicious. Sometimes you gotta drive that little bit extra to get what you want.

The greeter was nice, but the food was not up to par, and this is coming from someone who worked at McDonald's. The new fries were mixed with the old, the chicken nuggets were old, they forgot a cheeseburger and added too many onions too what was light onions.

This has got to be the best McDonald's I've ever been to. The employees are always friendly and helpful and does not matter if you are ordering inside or through the drive-thru you never have to wait long for your food. Thank you for actually caring about your jobs and business!

Everytime I go through the drive through, my order gets messed up. Last time I went they forgot 3 sandwiches for my kids. I went inside and the manager had a horrible attitude and the rest of the kitchen crew was standing around just hanging out. After ten minutes I had to remind the manager that I was still waiting for my other 3 sandwiches. Then I get home and half of my wife's big mack was missing. I've spent my last dime at McDonald's. Jacked the prices way up, and the service went way down hill.

You can always count on McDonald's for a Burger, some great fries and a milkshake whether you're on the road or just around town Restaurant to restaurant the food is always consistent and you know what to expect

Rude staff. I'm sorry, but they shouldn't be paying 14-17 dollars if staff can't even read a ticket....only cheese. Why is that hard? Every single meal of mine was wrong. It's ridiculous.

I didn't know that oreo cookies messed up a blender lol I asked for a mocha frappe with oreos inside and the old lady told me they do not do that anymore because it messes up their blenders? or is it your too lazy to clean it up? cause if the ice don't mess it up why would crumbled cookies do that? then the other lady was on the phone I guess refusing to refund someone's money horrible customer service

Wow ! The decor is very good for this Fast Food Restaurant. The open spaces, Lots of parking with shade so I will revisit . I enjoyed my visit. I would recommend

Got the 2 cheese burger meal large w a caramel frappe for the drink. Burgers were good, fries were kind of on the chilly side, caramel frappe was BEYOND DELICIOUS!! The woman at the 2nd drive thru window was a sweetheart. No dine in, only drive thru, but for how long the line was it went quick enough.

All I can say is they messed up my first take out order tonight. I had to return to reorder, they gave me what I ordered the first time and then some. It looked like chaos from my side of the counter. It's been two months since I wrote the above. Went back today. I ordered a double 1/4 lb.er. No cheese. I've provided a photo of what I found when I got home. I'm not the only person that didn't get what they ordered..

An off the beaten path refuge that manages to maintain a remarkable level of consistently being open for business when I need it, at 6AM when the rest of Merritt Island sleeps. That's when it's drive up window serves up the arches fare at a pace suitable for the keep them rolling demands of the early birds. And from my arrival friendly greeting to through the pickup window, I have been able to drive off consistently, confident that my order is complete that my meal is in the bag.

This McDonald's has some great things going for it and against it. First the good. Everytime I come here it's always incredibly clean and tidy. There's always napkins and seating available. The staff is great and super nice. Now the bad. Well it's kinda a coin flip as to wether you're going to get your food quickly or not. even when the store isn't busy and they have full staff it can still take 20-30 minutes to get your food. If it's busy, get ready to wait for 30+ minutes. At the end of the day, I would caution coming here if you're on a time crunch as you never know how long it will take them to get you your food

I came in this morniThrough the drive-thru this morning around 1030 and the lady that took my order was very nice and helpful her name was Mandy very sweet young lady

Pretty fast service but twice there have been egg shells in my egg mcmerfin. Whoever is cracking them eggs needs to tighten up. Preparing peoples food is serious business
