Great setup and place. However ---CLEANING FEES are ridiculous. $40. For 1 night and they go up. 2 nights $75. $200. For a week stay. WTH?? And the maids leave envelopes in the room too! Caught us off guard and thought it should be part of the room rate -- not snuck in at check-in time! So disappointing.

My daughter and I had the best time. We had a blast and the lovely Decor. Was so lovely. I love the bar outside was a whole vibe. I’m definitely gonna come again and I will recommend.

This place is incredible! The quality of the rooms are absolutely stunning aesthetically. The rooms on the river have an awesome view and if you get lucky it's a great spot to see a rocket launch. Their restaurant atmosphere is great and the marina is so cool! Next time I will have to rent one of their pontoon boats!

Absolutely perfect for our two day stay. We were in town to visit the Kennedy space center and needed multiple bedrooms. We stayed on one of their 3 bedroom 2 bath units and it was great. Full kitchen and plenty of living space. Highly recommend if you’re looking to not be cooped up it a tight space during your vacation.

Beautiful units! Great location. The rooms are very modern. Furniture is very uncomfortable. The beds were very comfortable. Hot water runs out fast. Rule #1. Never take your shoes off. The floors are porous and collect dirt. Your feet will be black in an hour. We had to wash the kids feet before bedtime. I even mopped the whole unit. The front desk isn't much help at all. They just say we are under new management. Cut my foot in the elevator tile floor. Apparently they were fixing it after I said something and caused a fire. We had no elevators for days. Not good at all. Then never put up signs or gave us any updates or information about elevators being down. Carrying a total of 12 suitcases down 6 flights of stairs is not fun. Nor Carrying all our groceries up and down the stairs. The pool is heated and very clean. Don't forget to bring a towel from your room. There none at the pool. Having the Dolphins restaurant next door is great. Excellent food and drinks.

It’s a good place, but don’t wear expensive swim suite/swim shorts and take off your jewelry before you go to spa as there is so much chlorine or some type of chemicals in a hot tub that it discolored and kind of ruined my brand new swimwear and jewelry after just one time.

This resort is an amazing spot . I was pleasantly surprised with the condo unit we rented. Contemporary Coastal in design. Visually appealing as well as clean and comfortable! I enjoyed relaxing on the balcony while watching the dolphins play in the Barge Canal. The staff are friendly and professional. I will be back!

Absolutely ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️and then ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ just because. There is no need for any family to book any other establishment for their Florida vacation. Who need fake Disney 🐭 & Universal 🦸‍♀️ , poor captive animals at Sea World 🐋 . Rent a paddle board or kayak and take the kids on a “nature hike” on Florida waterways. Rent a pontoon for the family and spend the day enjoying God’s natural beauty. YOLO. Staff here break their necks to make you feel cared for. Don’t be afraid to ask…or call after hours, they truly don’t mind! They just want to make your stay as great as humanly possible, but if you don’t speak up, humans can’t help 😉 . My family was just in FL for their Spring Break & the kids’ (8 & 12) favorite part was the Springs, rivers, & ocean. All of that is available right here or very nearby and this staff can help you find it. All you have to do is ask. Future vacations are 100% here FIRST!

Customer service is lacking. First, your total online does not include the cleaning fee or pet fee. I included a pet in my reservation and was called after checking out and accused of sneaking in my pet. The woman then proceeded to blame ME for not telling the front desk I had a pet when it was on my reservation. I thought they knew. A bunch of charges were added to my online amount at check in so I thought I had been billed. She went on to say there was a glitch in their system that prevented them from seeing you have a pet and it’s up to the guest to let them know again. It doesn’t say that anywhere on their site and the fact that she was aware of the glitch, was rude about it, and blamed me was ridiculous. I emailed her my confirmation that clearly stated we had a Pet. I’m not a liar and don’t appreciate being called one. We won’t be back! Her aggressive, disrespectful tone was out of line.

This place is great! Located on a canal, so you constantly see all tpyes of boats go by. There are dolphins swimming the canal each morning. The service is great. The condos are very well kept and clean. The views from the balcony is awesome. My only gripe is they rent to travel baseball teams during the summer months and they boys wreak havoc. It would be best if the entire team didn't stay at one place. Getting in and out of this place is a bit of a challenge since you must drive past this place and perform a u-turn to get in, but I would definitely recommend this place to everyone.

Absolutely beautiful, comfortable and peaceful. Loved listening to the water, loved the comfy king bed and the kitchen had everything you could possibly need. Not to mention, being pet- friendly. Can't wait to come back!!

Have been staying here once or twice per year since the units were new. Overall, a great location with a good view and fair price. Over the years, I have noticed maintenance and overall cleaning getting worse. Most recently, one of the elevators did not have lighting (certificate inside said the inspection was overdue) and a cockroach was seen in our kitchen. Most of the interior also is showing signs of major wear and tear. Location is a 3 only because traffic to get out can be bad at times and you have to do a u-turn to come into the location from the south.

Excellent apartments in a marina, very good location if you’re visiting the Kennedy Space Center. Our apartment had 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen, living room, laundry and was very comfortable, complete with everything we needed. Traveling with 3 kids is never easy and this fot our needs perfectly, would defined return. Staff was super friendly and helpful, made things easy and us feeling looked after.

Elevator was broken our last 2 days and had to carry our bags down the stairs at the end of our trip. Floors in units are extremely porous and will make your bare feet filthy dirty if you don't wear shoes (even if you scrub them). Aside from that, its nice. Balcony views of a rocket launch, pool is nearby and warm, laundry and dish washer in unit. I would visit again.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this property. It was very clean, accommodating, and most appropriate. I wish I could've stayed longer, but I was only there for the night before my cruise. I will DEFINITELY stay here again if I ever have to travel from Port Canaveral again.

The pool heater was broken and the hot tube was broken or just really dirty and closed the entire trip. The location wasn't bad. The restaurant next door was fantastic. The rooms were decent, however the frame for the beds are fairly cheap and rigged up. The provided towels took multiple calls to get more than 4. May stay again because of the location but not in the winter months if the pool isn't fixed. They offered little to no time frame to fix these and to the 5 kids with us it was a huge let down.

We went with a group of 13 people. Three- three bedroom condos. Beautiful venue, enjoyed watching the dolphins and boats. Tiki bar service very slow. Seemed understaffed. All and all a great time had by all.

Nicest crew, amazing rooms, roku tv in every room, well equipped- i could move in to live in this apartment and wouldn’t have to buy anything. Would love to come here again and highly recommend to book this place. We booked it for 1 night and once we stepped in the apartment we booked another night.

DOG LOVERS BOOK HERE!! They not only accept pets they accommodate them!! Plenty of grassy spots, doggie dumpsters around every corner w baggies. My pup loved morning walks around the marina so very much. The neighboring town of Cocoa Villages is also remarkably pet friendly, most shops/restaurants/bars have the 🐾 sticker welcoming our furbabies. The location was right between Coco Beach and Titusville so we loved it!! Saw two rocket launches from the sand that was a 5 min drive from Cape Crossing. Tiki bar, The Dolphin, was right on site offering great music, food and drinks 🍹 WE WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK!!

The hotel is 10 minutes from port canaveral. We were able to check in early and check out late to match our cruise time. I cannot ask for more. There's an pool, dry sauna and restaurants on site to pass time.

There were some negative reviews about this place, but the night my family and I stayed, we could not find anything wrong. The rooms were clean, there was not any noise from outside from boats or traffic. The staff was professional, helpful, courteous, and engaging. We enjoyed our stay and will book this place again.

"Efficient and Enjoyable Stay at Cape Crossing Resort & Marina" "I recently stayed at Cape Crossing Resort & Marina for a one-day business trip. Despite the short visit, the experience was impressive. The resort is beautifully located, offering serene marina views that are a delight to wake up to. The room was comfortable and well-equipped for a business traveler, with a good work space and reliable Wi-Fi. Although my time was limited, I noticed the resort had great facilities like a pool and dining area, which seemed perfect for relaxation. The staff were professional and efficient, ensuring a smooth check-in and out process, which is crucial for business travel. The dining options, though briefly explored, provided good quality food that was both convenient and satisfying. Overall, Cape Crossing Resort & Marina provided a fantastic brief stay, combining business efficiency with a touch of leisure. It's an ideal choice for business travelers looking for quality accommodation in a beautiful setting. I would definitely consider staying here again for both business and leisure."

We had a great surprise upgrade that we did not expect! What a wonderful treat! We are making plans to return. We had drinks and dinner at Dolfins Restaurant and the evening couldn’t be better! Loved it all.

Dirty, dirty, dirty. First red flag should’ve been when we checked in and got our key cards, went inside and the entire place looked like someone was still staying there. They never cleaned it, although, they did go in and clean as soon as we brought it to their attention. Second, they did not mop a single floor, in probably forever. Our infant hands, knees and feet were black from crawling around for 2 minutes. We went to the store to buy our own cleaning supplies deciding to do it ourselves since they don’t care to have a healthy, hygienic environment for their guests. ALSO, our child found a TOOTH, a human tooth on the floor. The carpeted floors were no better, who knows what was caked and dried onto those. & it’s not even just the condos that are filthy, the hotel across the road is also disgusting. We had friends staying there & their floors also turned our child’s hands, feet, and knees black. Needless to say we will not be returning to this dirty, grimy place.

The light pollution was outrageous. We stayed in room 101A and the room glowed neon blue all night long. This was one of the most uncomfortable sleeping experiences although the room was gorgeous it doesn’t really matter if you can’t actually sleep. Why would they not cover the door with a blackout curtain? See photo. This was baffling & absolutely ridiculous.

Super nice place to stay…unless you’re expecting it to be handicap accessible like they say. Went to the pool with a family member who has recently been in a wheelchair. Arrived at the pool (after also going the extra step to call ahead about accessibility and were told that it was completely accessible) and the transfer chair was dead. Sat at the pool while the children swam for over an hour, and the chair was still dead. Called the next day, and still- the chair was dead. No person should be promised accommodations and then denied them. Extremely unprofessional to begin with, and was handled poorly as well.

My only hangup on this place, which I weigh as one whole star...are the beds. Everything else in the rooms and space are as advertised. The beds were as flat as a pancake with equally flat pillows. Needless to say, we didn't sleep great. Chris was responsive with getting the full number of terry for everyone. Lisa was responsive the next day for the maintenance issue we had. Overall, if you come with a mattress topper and pack your pillows - this place is amazing!! Lol

This is a fabulous place. We had a 3 bedroom suite which was spotless. Lady on duty waited on us as we had been delayed until after her finish time of 9pm then told us where to get food and drink from. Great location, near enough to Orlando, Kennedy Space Centre and Cape Canaveral. I'll be going back

Beautiful place to stay. Home away from home. Dog friendly. Love walking the piers, seeing dolphin, manatee, sail boats, people kakaking in the water. Took advantage of boat rentals on property. 2 suggestions. Upgrade couches. They are well used, broken down and uncomfortable. Remove carpet, especially in dog friendly units. Questionable how these are cleaned between clients.

This is the cutest decorated room on the water. Getting in is a bit tricky with the bridge and the amount of locked doors but I appreciate the security. Lisa at front desk was so sweet and informative. Prices are reasonable. Very happy Nice view of adorable pastel colored buildings, restaurant and water.

Our family had our Xmas here an absolutely LOVED IT!!! Very beautiful, great view of the boats on the water. Will definitely be back and hopefully soon. The beds were sooooo comfortable, slept harder than I ever have.

We stayed in the high rise condos for a month with our two young daughters. We have also stayed in the townhouses for a few days previously. Both have been great experiences. Absolutely love the view of the marina. We rented kayaks twice-- saw stingrays, dolphins, manatees, horseshoe crabs, jellyfish, jumping fish. So cool! Condo was nice and spacious. The cleaning staff keeps things very clean, including elevators! We loved our balcony and ate out there daily. Plenty of pillows and blankets and towels for everyone. Comfy beds (the two queens were a little noisy/squeaky but very comfy). Kitchen well stocked. Provided with a small starter of dishwasher detergent, dish soap, soap, TP, shampoo/conditioner, but once that runs out, it's up to you to buy these things. Pool area great! Sometimes busy but we always felt we had space to be there and enjoy it. ((Only negatives-- a bit loud at times-- we couldn't hear our side neighbors but could hear noises from upstairs like things being dropped or furniture scraping-- kids running in the hallway dingdong ditching our doorbell multiple times, Also, my husband wished the gym opened earlier than 8/9 so he could go before work-- we would've liked to go at 6/7)) Thank you for a great stay! I was sad to leave!

This was the perfect stay check in was a breeze the gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and made the check in process quick and easy. My family and I only stayed 1 night because we were going on a cruise the next day and thr parking for the cruise was across the street the condo was very clean and modern beds were so comfortable which is a plus for me. We will continue to book here for our cruise trips.

  • 5/5 Ty R. 1 year ago on Google
Definitely a place where you will need to stay multiple days. Also, you will want to bring your own vehicle. Wouldn’t recommend bringing young children here as there would not be much for them to do, however there is seemingly plenty of amenities for adults.

This place was beautiful, well stocked. Nice rooms but we were only there for the night while waiting to get on a cruise. The only problem we had was it smells distinctly like Italian hoagies/ onions. And the smell radiated throughout the whole house. Other then that place was great
