Als Dampfer hat man in Freiburg nicht gerade die grosse Auswahl an Shops. Entweder man geht nach Zährigen und wird abgezockt oder in die Westarkaden und unterstützt die Tabakindustrie oder man quält sich an die Johhanneskirche und sucht verzweifelt einen Parkplatz. Da ist der InTaste in Rieselfeld echt insgesamt sehr angenehm und ich gehe ab und zu schon gern hier her. Seit dem Lockdown hat sich aber was verändert, was auch ganz klar ist, denn man kann ja jetzt nicht mehr loker abhängen. Die Verkäufer waren immer sehr cool und lässig und man war auch wegen den netten Gesprächen dort. es gab nur mal einen ganz aufgedrehten Kleinen, der oft nervvig war, aber nun gibt es einen neuen der total überdreht ist und einen mit Halbwissen zutextet. Was der macht ist schon manchmal schädigend. Da muss eben ein Verkäufer stehen und kein Kind. Nach dem Lockdown steigen die hoffentlich wieder voll ein mit guten Personal!

The shop is very good, have a lot of choice and looks big. They always greeting you shaking your hand and the service in terms of education is perfect. , but they are not giving you advice if they see you are not expert. I am vaping for one month and all my question were answered with a yes or a no, i have to grab long answers like they dont want to sell.. Aswell, better you ask the prices because they are not giving you the best advices for your needs, probably I will buy again but the two times i have been there i feel they look at you like at an ignorant. But again I repeat the service was very educated.

Employees in the store should literally spend a month in Store in Mannheim just to observe and learn how do you handle customers.
