We took our kids for the first time and they enjoyed it so much! The fries were fresh and we watched them get made and the burgers were, of course, amazing!

Solid burger with onions. Fresh potato cut fries. My opinion is you need to eat it when it’s hot otherwise the fries get soggy. If you’re down for it, get the strawberry shake! I love the pink lemonade 😍

I always love me some In and Out Burger! The service was quick and we loved it. I love the animal style fries! My hubby got a 3x3 (3 patties) and loved it.

I really love coming to In-N-Out when I come to Arizona to visit my daughter. The staff is so friendly & cute in their 50's style attire.The fries are fresh cut daily. The burgers are so tasty with their tiger sauce. It pairs so well with the deli style pickles that they serve on the burgers, so yummy!! You must try them out if you ever visit. I truly wish we had this establishment in North Carolina 😋💙

Grace help me for the second time this week and I have nothing but awesomeness to say about her! There is joy in her expression in her voice and she truly enjoys helping people. A lot of customer service people could take lessons from her. I always enjoy coming to In-N-Out Burger when I'm in Apache Junction but Grace made my experience that much better!

Service was prompt and professional. As more customers came in additional cashiers also came up to the counter so there wasn't even one person waiting in line. When there was a local in customers the additional cashiers would bounce back to the kitchen and help get orders made quickly . Food was delicious and made to order. As always a happy customer once again. Thank you In and Out.

I'm very disappointed with my order. Half of the burgers I ordered were pink on the inside, and my order was wrong. I showed the guy in the drive thru area what I wanted because I had written it down and I also showed the cashier and she said it was correct but when I got home and opened the box I only had 1 of the plain double cheeseburgers when I had asked for 3. When I looked at the receipt it shows 1 and then 2 are just double doubles and that is not what I had asked for, the other 7 burgers were correct but not the 3 plain ones. I will not be going back to In-N-Out.

I grew up on In-N-Out, it's one of my favorite burger places. This is honestly one of my favorite locations as the staff here is always friendly and the food never disappoints. I will always recommend In-N-Out to everyone, especially if you've never tried them before, and you must try one of the amazing shakes!

Well run drive through. Fast service. Delicious burger and fries. The wait inside is not too long. Busy place but I was number 1 when the next order called was 86. Only took about 5 minutes to receive my order of a double double and a single. Fries were right out of the basket. Totally full inside. But outside seating was in the sun so very enjoyable. Fast. Accurate ordering. Enthusiastic staff made the entire experience much more fun than just ordering and eating a burger.

All In-N-Out locations are fabulous! Never once have we ever had a bad experience or meal. The employees are trained extremely well and treat all customers with respect, dignity and a smile on their face. Food quality is top notch! They are so successful because they go that extra mile that other chains simply do not! Please keep doing what you are doing and don't ever change!

Best experience for quick service & good food. Went inside to order & eat. It was Black Friday and my order came out immediately. 2 orders of fries — crispy and hot. 3 grilled cheeses — all the topping combinations were correct & tasted perfect. Neapolitan milkshake was great. The place was clean & I easily found somewhere to sit. Keep this team of employees forever, please.

The food is always really good, but some of the staff need to learn the terminology and how to make their very limited menu.... My husband always gets a 3X1 and this location gets confused on how it's rung up so they just give him a double double and then an extra patty on the side so now he has to build his sandwich before he can eat it. I don't usually have an issue with something like this, but this is the only location we have ever had this issue with...

Always top tier service and food when coming to In N Out. So Cal staple and I'm glad they are in AZ! Clean, polite, proper food selection yet simple. Can't ask for anything more!

Always delicious! I usually get a double double protein style with fries and a drink. Have never been let down. Biggest complaint is the drive through line, but that just speaks to how good their food is. Service is always great! Very nice and hardworking staff.

When available you get in and out. Animal style for burgers and fries. Veggie burger has no veggies pattie just the veggies available for burgers, that's cool just making people aware. Pick up a shirt for memories. Till next time.

My favorite cheap burger joint! Love their double double with fries. I feel like their prices are always cheap relative to other restaurants which makes this a great place to dine. I would say that I think they could make their fries a LOT better. I like how they are made from fresh potatoes. But how do they come out like cardboard afterwards? If they have amazing fries, I wouldn’t want to go to any other burger joint. Sometimes I’d rather spend more at another place just for the fries.

My first time eating an In N Out Burger. I had the cheeseburger Animal Style. It did not disappoint! It was so juicy and flavorful and enjoyed every last messy bite! But….the fries were very disappointing. They tasted like they sat in the cooking oil a little too long and were super salty. I will go back and hopefully the fries will be not so salty and fresher tasting.

Stopped in today to get a protein style and a tomato wrap. Best part of our experience today, besides the food of course was Payton. What an amazing young lady she is. It's not very often a cashier makes eye contact with a customer. It is a very welcome change from the disconnected young people working today. In-N-Out you really should recognize this exemplary employee. L
