No respect - Totally blindsided - We've been renting the same RV spot for over 10+ years. We just found out this early February 2022 that ViewPoint rented out our rental spot right from underneath us with absoutely no notice when in all previous years we had till the first week of March to book for the upcoming season.. We were wondering why we were seeing people walk through our spot a few times during the previous week and now it all makes sense-these people were checking out our spot for themselves for the upcoming season. Long story short. It's Viewpoint's world and we're just living in it

Arrived at Viewpoint in December. We liked our site, except for the occasional visit from the dog next door. We made alot of friends at the park. The music on the green was enjoyable. The down side of the resort is how unhappy the residents who live there are . So many complaints about management. Office staff does not return calls. Personally I found the two women in the office to be professional. They had to take the bruntof complaints. At one point a gentleman was so upset the staff was in tears. I would not want to live in a community that had so little faith in the management.

This is by far a good place to live in around so many various shops, roads and green belts. The only down is that the golf courses are especially difficult to be around in less than four hours! So, for those avid golfers, wait for rainy days or when there's a chill in the air. Most don't play or even frequent the course when weather is inclement. And, beware of the shot gun start in winter. Too many slow golfers!

These 5 stars are for the girls working in the main office. With the poor decision made by the Guest Operations Manager in regards to renewing registrations for the 2022-2023 season, Taylor and Karin did an outstanding job of dealing with a difficult situation. Know that your good attitudes were much appreciated, ladies!

This is a big big big model park with more than 5,000 units. This place is just busy from November until next March. Almost the people here are snow birds from Canada, Washington state and Oregon. The people talk that this is the Canadian place. This park is big with golf course, three or four club houses with full service (swimming pool, hot tub, gym, basketball, dance floor ) It also located in a good place, just 20m to downtown Phoenix, and the same time to many cities around. I like to spend time here in the end of the year!

So disappointed, charge you for ever thing & so $_$.$. received final bill, there for 1 month, & found they charged for water & sewer but didn't state that in contact. Be calling tomorrow. Asked them to come read our meter when we first got there as you couldn't read #never came. Asked for garbage can never got one so found one from empty site. Poorly run & no communication.

First, the golf course wants you to call for t times however they don't like to answer the incoming call to make that t time. Good luck if you think your going to get a T time for two or more. Secondly, the hot tubs at the North point rarely work. I have called the manager numerous times to complain, but it always falls on deaf ears. Went down to speak with Cheri, the manager yesterday and was told she was in a meeting with the new pool people. They had changed companies but it took a call to the health department to get them to do anything about the ongoing problem. Thirdly, of the appx 12 washers in the laundry, it's not uncommon for half of them to be inoperative most of the time. They need a new vendor but nothing ever gets done about that either. If things don't change by the next time we stay, we'll be in search of a new place to stay. You pay good money to stay but get nothing in return.

Large resort with many park models. We stayed in a class A in the north RV area. The sites are wide with plenty of parking and patio space. Sites slop heavily to the street so level means very high in the front where our door is but that seems the norm at these resorts. Great location, just off the freeway, beautiful pool and fitness center. Nice dog area w/grass. We will stay again if in the area.

Do not buy in this resort. They will refuse to let you sell your own property yourself, even if your buyer passes their background check. The sales manager has got it in her head that I don't own the home, even though my name is on the title. She keeps asking me to give her power of attorney so that she can sell it. Paying over $1000 per month and cannot do anything with the property. The general manager will not answer my calls nor return them. Also have an issue with the street light running off of our power and they constantly "forget" to give us credit for the power.

Simply way to expensive for only one night parked at their short term site Difficult to get a spot, even there was more then enough vacant. On the campground you had to go through a website base reserving system that didn't allow for the same day! Phoning with 1000trails was impossible because it was just outside office hours. The only one who helped us was the campground ward on duty.

Absolutely worst golf course in the valley, the staff is old and grouchy about literally name it. They will start you 35-40 min later than your tee time and charge you like it's TPC Scottsdale haha. Absolute garbage course, garbage staff..I wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy. Don't go here if you're under the age of 50. I wish I could leave negative stars

The man working in the pro shop won't make tee times if you show up in person. He tells you to phone in after 4pm to arrange tee time for a week in advance and then puts on ring on mute. I called at 4pm and waited 19 minutes for my call to be answered and was then informed that there were no tee times available. Appalling service and won't be golfing here again. They have preferential tee time bookings here which is just wrong!!!

It's got everything. Well maintained. Fun. Only missing yards for personal property. In other words, no place to sit and be alone in nature.

Stayed in a space in our RV. We loved the warm pools and hot jacuzzis! There are so many fun activities! Great deal if you are a member of RPI or Thousand Trails. Everyone was friendly! We will be back.

Nice place. Overnight rv sites are very bare and in direct sun. Pull thru. Full hookups and 30/50 amp service. Easy in and out location.

This is a great place to stay. Has a golf course, and a few pools. Plenty of activities through the week. This is not a hotel. It is a manufactured home park. But they do rent for vacationers.

I have friends from Canada that have a place here. They live here for half the year. It's so quiet. Lots to do for all. Very well maintained property. Very friendly people.
