Worst Walmart I have ever visited. Dirty facility, heavy security, locked up underwear and no one comes to help open or respond. Numerous employees could not assist, and separately my friend also got overcharged for her items. Garbage Walmart. Won't be back.

The new store upgrades are nice. I like that they added more meal stuff instead of the huge deli counter nobody uses. The parking lot however is beyond terrible. It's seriously rougher than the beginning spots of the off road trails in the Apache Trail. So bad it broke my eggs and rattled my bakery stuff to oblivion. Its all aggregate and no top coatings. First time writing a Google Review in years. It's a Lawsuit waiting to happen if someone falls and scrapes.

Arrived at curbside at 9:40pm, and sat there for 20 minutes with no service. At 10:00, we saw the curbside employees leave the building and left us sitting there. Was told by staff inside that they leave right at 10:00. Don’t tell me my arrival window is 9:00-10:00 and not honor it. Never again. Edit: Came back the next day, waited in the pickup area for 30 minutes with no service. There were lots of other cars there and no one was being helped. We went inside only to find they have an unspoken rule where they don’t do curbside in the rain. I asked an employee to bring me my order from the back, which they did, only to see that I was missing a sizable number of items. Went up to customer service, who acted as if I was lying to them, and after speaking with a manager was asked to go around the store myself and grab what they forgot. Entirely defeating the point of curbside. What should’ve been a quick pickup turned into two trips, the second taking an entire hour. Never doing curbside or shopping at this location ever again.

I have been coming here forever, and never had a problem until recently. I went in to grab a few things but mainly pull-ups as I had a toddler who needed to be changed right away. Went to self check out because it was quicker and closer to the door. The greeter who is Caucasian and in his late 70s possibly, literally saw me checking out and even smiled at me, was talking to an officer who happened to be there. When I got done paying for my stuff, I walked by and he asked to see my receipt. I nicely declined and said " No thank you sir" and kept walking, because as I mentioned I was in a rush. Before I even got to the door he decides to shout "Don't bother coming back to my store!". I didn't bother carrying out the discussion. But last time I checked, it was not his store. So beware of a grumpy old man who likes to harass people about a reciept. And I hope he knows I did come back, multiple times and not once said anything else to me 😂

I decided to give this location another try considering it's the one closest to me. But they always fall short. This time i did pick up instead of shopping inside. Hoping I would have a better experience. I checked in the app. Waited 10 minutes call the phone number they have posted in the parking area. No answer. I call the store customers service it rang a lot and then I got a busy signal. Don't waste your time. Poor customer service. Didn't get everything I order. This was suppose to be an easy pick up. In total 30 minutes waiting. I should of gone somewhere else.

On vacation in Arizona and decided to use my delivery subscription to have items delivered. My first order had a package that was completely torn open and the individually wrapped items were also opened. Whoever picked the item would have noticed bc it was extremely obvious. Yet it was selected. The item wasn't bagged so the person who put it in the car would have also noticed... and yet it was delivered. I order a 2nd time to have more items delivered and my order included jalapenos. One of the jalapenos had a hole bigger than the circumference of my thumb. How does one miss that... unless it's done intentionally. I called the store to have the issue resolved at the store level, but no one answers. I've switched delivery stores for the remainder of my vacation bc I'm not sure what this store might send... can't be trusted.

Nice place for A to Z stuff. Fresh food!!! I always prefer to go there. They always have a variety of groceries here. The price is decent. Quality and deals make good savings sometimes. Thus I would recommend it to friends and family. Also, Walmart have good hygiene maintained throughout!!! Which is a great positive side, and makes a difference. They also keep the bakery and meat items along. Wednesday they keep their deals as far as I am aware. Their mobile app is also an excellent way to shop online Cheers! S

It all started with an appointment the day before. It required putting a new tire on a wagon wheel, no mount on the car I took it home. I had the first appointment or shift 8:00 A.M. However, it took more than 2 hours, being the only person for such a service. There is a manager or staff with inappropriate attitudes. Observe some with their cell phones in the work area, exponents of security and taking longer than necessary.

Hard to find things in this store and asking workers don’t help , but good store to stop at and shop real quick . It’s better than the really big Walmarts . Would rather go to this one than the big ones. Plus if you don’t mind things being in places where you wouldn’t think it would be it’s not that bad . Just my opinion good store to shop at overall just needs some improvement on location

They always have what I want in this particular store. The one closer to my home has poor service. I was asked not to come back there because after waiting 15 minutes for someone to get my diabetes strips from the locked case, the woman who came is old and unable to walk fast (I am also old), and she refused to hand me what I needed saying she had to take it to the register. I resent the implication I would steal something. Will never shop there again ever

I enjoy coming to this location because they're really nice and clean. Of course, it's close, but other locations aren't that far away. I'm really impressed with curbside pick-up. I just tried it this month, and im in love. The few times I used you all, it was pleasant.

TL;DR: Very poor customer service and not enough staff. There was no one paying attention at the self checkouts, so when the red light started flashing, indicating I needed help (my coupon wouldn't scan), no one came over. I saw multiple employees walk past, though they all avoided eye contact. I finally started waving my hands in the air to catch someone's attention, which eventually worked. However, it was the supervisor the clerk was walking with who evidently needed to address the issue, so then I had to wait for her to come fix it. The 2 stars are only for the clerk who stopped after noticing me waving my hands and the kindness of the supervisor once she finally came over to help.

Staff soooo awesome & helpful when my service dog needed service. Meds, toys, nail clips, leftovers that instead of throwing it in the trash (I'm disabled & poor fur baby/Nero service dog needed special care 4 10days ) gave the chicken 2 him instead. Ever1 saw how sick he was, how much pain I was in pushing my service dog in a Walmart shopping cart. I would always go 2 the Walmart in arizona on country club & baseline they went out of there way 2 help when they didn't have 2 Great job Keep it up

A little busy, but not a bad overall experience. One employee was stocking dairy items and went to check to see if there was a certain type of tea I couldn't find. Went out of his way to help me.

An overwhelming selection of goods. I want to give it 5 stars because everybody was helpful, when I could find help. Took some doing because I left my phone in the car. I'm not down with using their app to locate a product. Show me. Point in the direction. And again, they did that. But overall, the joint is understaffed.

‘Twas two days ‘til Christmas and Walmart was great. Somewhat busy, but they had literally everything I needed for upcoming Christmas events. Almost no empty spaces on shelves so they weren’t running out of things. With two days left until Christmas, I was surprised! Great job!

The young lady who was the head cashier or customer service was very helpful in finding large bags and helped me wrap the 50+ silk flowers I brought. I am very appreciative of her help! Sorry that I didn't get her name. I will remember the next time.

PHARMACY TECHNICIAN bespectacled with pink short hair, is WONDERFUL!!! I came in through the drive through at about 5 min to close, she was patient, pleasant, and helped me save some money as well! SUPERB customer service and with a smile! Give this woman a raise, or employee of the month or some other kind of kudos, she deserves it! It's hard to keep a smile on your face and in your voice at the end of a long day, as well as perform above and beyond in your duties, this woman is a gem! :)

We go every Sunday a.m. and would say that most personnel are friendly, helpful good people doing their best. Wish those people were fairly compensated and the store's shelves were much better stocked. We do appreciate the convenience of having most everything on our list available for purchase.
