Normally I love this Walmart. The sales are always great and they generally have what I need. But tonight when I went there was a male employee who was so incredibly rude. He made me feel awful and stupid and like I was inconveniencing him by asking him to do his job. Being talked down to definitely doesn’t make me want to come back. I will tell everybody I know not to shop here until you guys get employees who actually do what they are paid to do and don’t treat customers like garbage. Man this place has gone down hill. I’ll be finding a different Walmart from now on

The location is maintained okay. Seems like they don’t stock this location as often as other so things are “out of stock” for sometimes 2 weeks. The lines are always very long as they only have maybe 2 or 3 lanes open at a time. Most of their self-checkout registers are “out of order”. The store is larger than most so you tend to find things you are looking for, if they are in stock. *WARNING* This location right outside smells strongly of smoke and marijuana, if that matters to you.

Too much stuff in isle, not enough registers open, stock weak and not put away. Employees are helpful and trying to make your visit better, but too many issues still get in the way. Price not clearly marked and are changing too fast.

I shop at Walmart and Walmart market alot and the employees are always nice. Some are more helpful than others. One thing I don't like at the super Walmarts is that they have a number of electric carts but most of them are in disrepair, so it's hard to find one when I need.

Clean store, unfortunately the shelves are very bare, and most items are what I purchase!! I do NOT work for Walmart, I do NOT get a paycheck, WHY am I ringing up my own groceries and bagging them?? It's already have to shop & try to find them, put them in the car, take them in the house, and put them away!

I am giving the 5 stars to Dylan in customer service!!! The other two people in customer service HORRIBLE! Jenn was to busy having a personal conversation with a coworker from a different department! And the little blonde headed girl was trying to look busy! The mangers, ha! They were huddle outside of the customer service just having a great conversation and while Dylan was assisting us, they wanted him to do something that they could have done! Great management jumps in and helps the team out not just tell people what to do! Dylan needs a raise and a promotion! I will say the store is clean and fully stocked!

Online ordering and their current stock numbers are seriously off, but whose isn't. Love that they don't charge you the $6.99 fee for less than required minimum if some items are not in stock. Fast service and pleasant disposition.

I mostly use the pharmacy, and it's for a good reason.. The first day I transferred my scripts from Walgreens, Lorenzo, the tech saved me 50%!!! The folks at this pharmacy genuinely care that you're getting the lowest price possible.. Great people Great pharmacy

Love Walmart Not to fond of most big Corp stores etc. But this one and a few select others is OK in my book. I like the prices quality and their staff. They will right any wrong doing accordingly and that is needed in today's society.

I want to give a excellent plus rating for Julie...the manager of the Vision Center. She has helped me with the frames I bought at the store multiple times to get them to fit properly...even though I only bought the frames at this store...I live in another city but this store had the frames I wanted. Julie goes above and beyond with customer service...she treats people the way she would like to be treated. She is a shining star in today's world of disappearing customer service. I wish her the best in all she does. She is a gem...I hope this reaches her superiors and she is recognized for all she does for Walmart.

Please looked better,could find 5hings faster,since put in the right place! Xmas stuff was put out nicer too! Check out was faster! Lucky for you I enjoyed my self !!

The lost prevention officer is very disrespectful and discriminating. I went there to buy a bunch of stuff for a puppy we are getting. Unfortunately walmart doesn't take applepay. He had cashier print a receipt of everything we scanned. Telling her we scanned more stuff Insinuating that we are stealing. The cashier watched me send Zelle money to my husband but it was sent to the wrong accout. Not only did he say this infont of us but our daughter as well. It's comes to prove that any race can be racist. Instead of trying to figure out my payments situation I left out of disgust.

Everyone was friendly, even though they'd been through black Friday a few days earlier. I don't like that pricing is still going up even though the customers are doing the work the cashiers used to do. I didn't see a single cashier line open. It was all self-serve. That's great for fewer than 10 items but when I'm doing my grocery shopping and the total bill comes out to over $250 I don't want to unload my cart of everything thing I've just shopped for, stack it on that moving belt, scan my items, hope the computer can find the item, fight with opening those plastic bags, decide what can be bagged together, load it all back into my cart, and pay for it. I know the cost of living is increasing but Walmart has to be making big bucks by having just 1 employee manage 6-8 registers full of us customers who are paying the store to let us do all the work.

This Walmart is well organized. The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable about where items were located. I went on Christmas Eve and the store was clean and easy to navigate.

Spent over 45 min in a parking spot waiting for a pickup order. Really no point when I could have gotten everything faster myself. This is the 3rd time I have spent over 30 min. Walmart this is how you loose customers. When I called the store to see what was going on, I was told the manager was too busy to talk to me on the phone, but would talk if I came into the store. I will not shop at Walmart in store or pickup again. I dont have any issues with any other pickup service.

I was pleasantly surprised that they had a fair amount of cashiers available. Most times it's pretty much only self checkout. I much prefer to go to a cashier rather than self checkout.

This visit was to get extra cash for a Marketplace pickup since I was in the area. Make sure you go through the regular checkout to request any other bill besides a twenty. Once you get a twenty, no one will break it for you.

This is my go to spot for most things, just so happens that my beloved lemon berry kombucha has been marked in stock on the app but out of stock in reality multiple times and I haven’t seen it in over a month….please bring it back!!!!!!!!! Otherwise I still appreciate the food and stuff

This is a large Super Center that has a great array of goods. They are my "go to" store for good prices and a large selection. It's on Mckellips Rd and Greenfield Rd. They have well stocked shelves. They need to work on their Arrowhead Water in the smaller packages. It's so very hard to find. You have to get there early in the morning to find any small packs of Arrowhead. For a large store they do very well on keeping stocked.
