What a great place to eat! Love famous Dave's already and this location is fabulous. The staff are all so friendly and helpful. Our waiter was so nice! We got in right away on a Friday night at 5. The food was excellent as always. Love the famous burger with rich and sassy sauce. The cheesy grits were awesome too!

This location has really gone down hill since my last visit. The service was great, the food was quick. But I feel that my pork was sitting out all day, it was dry and most of it was burnt. It took me some time to notice that my pork was burnt because it came out covered in BBQ sauce (likely to hide the blackened char). I told the server that I was unhappy about how crispy and crunchy my pork was, so they got me a new one. When the second pork came out it was also covered in sauce, I moved it and saw a few very charred pieces. Very disappointed. I ordered the sweet potato souffle for the first time. Since it was my first time ordering this item from this restaurant, I am not sure if the taste was standard. The sweet potato souffle was bland and the marshmallows were raw. I have never had raw marshmallows on sweet potatoes before, it was extremely underwhelming. The purpose of my visit was to try the food before making a large catering order. Needless to say that I am still looking for a caterer for my event.

This was our first time here. Amazing food, ribs were perfect. Our server was punctual and welcoming. Highly recommend trying the rib tips too.

This was the first time going to this place and it's absolutely worth going. So I went for my lunch at work and we only get an hour I went with 4 friends and they got all of our orders out in about 15-20 minutes at maximum. I personally got these sliders which was extremely enjoyable from it's presentation all the way to taste! Best part it was within the $15 range for my meal entirely. I'd absolutely recommend this place for any families or groups of people wanting to try something new! It's definitely a place for carnivores 😌

Brisket was good (little salty but good flavor and texture). Mashed potatoes, bland as all get out. Broccoli, more dry than arizona and also lacked any flavors. And they got rid of their normal sausage, and only have jalapeños cheddar sausage. And they don't have their Famous Texas Man Handler sandwich anymore. Booo... haven't been here for a while...and don't plan on coming back anytime soon. They used to be good now...it's lack luster.

My family Reunion, so we chose famous Dave's. Best place ever. We ate and was able too take some food home. Food was delicious! Rib's Beef brisket, chicken with bar b que beans and more.

Famous Dave's where we live closed a few years back. Very happy to find this one. We had the feast for 4 with some extras. Great value for the money. Muffins were our favorite, fries delicious and hot, brisket yum. Coleslaw not a favorite, but the beans were. Server did well too!

Been wanting to go here since we moved to the States and it was soooooo worth the wait. Amazing platters 👌

We were seated after a 10 minute wait. The restaurant was super busy and it took almost 20 minutes for the waitress to come to the table. She was kind and friendly but seemed rushed. The order was placed and most of the food came out amazing. One of the cheeseburger was burnt and it had to be sent back. The second chance cheeseburger kids meal was fantastic. Overall, we would have liked to have eaten quicker but it was a good visit.

The food here is delicious and recommendable! Our waitress was nice and friendly. Thumbs up for her 👍 if you can, try to get a table near the bar because that is the most coolest part in the restaurant 🥶 otherwise it is a warm one.

Famous Dave's has always been consistent. It's pretty okay BBQ grub, for the masses, but it's missing the depths of flavors and personality that comes from a joint run by a true Pit Master. The downside of pleasing and serving en masse is that their dishes are somewhat average. Their menu seemed a bit smaller that it used to be. A few new items. I typically order a mixed meat plate, because I can rarely make up my mind. This visit we had the St. Louis ribs, burnt ends, and Texas brisket. All were good, as always. The Mesa location is very casual and clean, not as rustic as some of the other locations I've been to. Several TV's showing sports - many with planters hung directly in front of them, which made no sense. Very good service and the food always comes quickly. A good choice to get your BBQ fix.

The food was absolutely the best I've had in a long time. However, my wait was too long after i was seated. A group came in after me but got there food way before I got my food. Hopefully, on my next visit, I will have a more attentive server.

Bummer they no longer have the potato salad! Food was as good as we remembered! Service was not the fastest…we waited for almost half hour before our order/ drinks were brought to us and the restaurant was not full. This was the server’s fault but the hostess as she sat us in a section where the server was not scheduled yet.

Amazing all around. Great service great food... prices are kind of high but to me it's worth it because it's good quality food. They seem to always be busy when we show up so that's a good thing for them not a good thing if you're in a hurry. I recommend ordering ahead if you want to do pick up

Omg delicious !!! BBQ sauces are all good catfish fingers are awesome just to small. Brisket was amazing sausage was delicious right texture and flavor. Mac and cheese and red skin mashed potatoes not worth it. Corn bread muffin sweet and savory nice hard outside soft sweet inside. Would have been five stars except for the portions were way too small.

Wanted to get a little taste of most protein options and it was good. Brisket was OK, a little on the dry end not too much of that smokey flavor I was craving. Chicken was OK, very bland not something I would order again. Beef ribs, pretty tasty but more bone than meat, was disappointing. Corn had no flavor like most BBQ places, Potatoe wedges were, there was a ton of that, coleslaw, meh... And beans were OK, the corn bread Muffin I would say was pretty good. Food was OK, but it's not something I would crave to return for.

This place was exactly what I was expecting. The food tasted great but the rib sauce was a little stronger than usual. The potion size was very good for the $ and the service was good but fairly rushed. Overall it’s worth a visit but more of a personal service would have got a 5 star

Great service and good food. Meat was tender, and they had 3 options for bbq sauce you could pick and choose and mix to suit your liking.

Food was awesome!!! Must try Feast for 2, it had everything in the dish Off the hook, we loved it!!! Our first time here and the server Esperanza was very knowledgeable and knew what we wanted and recommended our meal. Hot wings were amazing as well. We will definitely visit again.

I ordered famous Dave’s barbecue for my husband’s birthday and ordered it from the catering side. It was terrific! My order was ready on time. The manager carried the food out to my car. Our dinner was amazing! Great barbecue!

Good food at reasonable prices. I had a brisket sandwich. I wish it was on a thick piece of toasted bread & not a burger bun. That said, the brisket portion size was generous. I'm a bit spoiled with BBQ. I love it! I can't quite give Dave's 5 stars because I have had the best of the best. That said, we had a nice lunch and the service was 5+ stars.

Espy is the best!!! She was attentive, friendly and catered to us with a smile! The food was great! This place is amazing and the food was on point!
