There’s a reason why people don’t go by this place around 12 it’s because they’re the laziest people around this hour. They barely put any beans in my burrito and even when we say we want extra beans that’s the time that they put a normal amount of beans in the burrito.That amount of so-called extra beans is actually the normal amount otherwise they put a skinny amount more tortilla than anything else. The picture that you see is what the extra amount of beans is. Looks like a normal amount doesn’t it? Never going again because this is not the first time that they’ve been doing less portions. I’m not paying for less portions ever again. To be continued..today Dec. 6 at 7 pm they messed up my order again. They forgot my Doritos Locos Taco meaning they stole my money! and put weird chips in my cheesy Gordita crunch. What is that crew doing?!

Placed smack dab in the crossroads between a meth rock and a hard taco place, if you come here the chances that you are asked for or offered illicit substances is as high as the token street dweller rocking away on the steps in front of this restaurant. Oh yeah and the fire sauce is, well, fire.

We're talking Taco Bell here people. You should know what you expect walking into the door. All that aside, We use the drive-thru. The person who helped us was extremely friendly. Very helpful and overall a joy. We keep our order pretty simple but they knocked it out of the park. The food was cooked perfectly. I would highly recommend this Taco Bell location.

food is just convenient ol reliable taco bell! i wanted to leave a review regarding their customer service. the transaction was quick, and super smooth. when there was an error in my order, they remade it w/ no hesitation and even surprised me with some cinnamon twists in the bag. i’d like to give the taco bell employee who handled this so well a huge hug. thank you!

Pulled through around 1:15am right near closing. Super nice super good customer service. Definitly had more energy then I would have at the end of my shift lol. Very nice weren't stingy with the sauce and I genuinely use what I ask for so it was great. And they loaded up my burrito since they were closing. Best freakin burrito of my life omg. I could have cried no joke. Cheese pull. Still tasted fresh even so close to close. Very very happy 😊 I never ever have good experiences at this location and today changed that for me. Thank you so much!

For a fast food place the wait was considerable. But she gave me a discount on my bill. I'm ecstatic they bought back the Mexican Pizza. I really missed it. That & the Tacos Supreme are my faves on the menu and my go tos. I love real mexican food but every once in a while I crave the bell.

This store is always super clean and easy to order from. Service is fast and efficient. There's a lot of weird people in the area considering it's main street, so I've had people harass me for money and food here. Soft tacos are always a steal and the chipotle sauce is amazing. Baja blast is god, and the nacho fries are the absolute best, I only wish they weren't seasonal!!! Also don't get the potato bowl with the nacho cheese/sour cream, it's a scam.

I've always stopped by here off the light rail to grab a bit to eat. I never paid attention to the service or the restaurant. A lot of street people frequent this location because it's at the corner of the bus and light rail routes. Plenty of BMX tweaker bikes and DIY cargo bikes parked around the place. No hassles from the junkies or the homeless.

Very good food ,& service! Great value too! Last place can go to get teal $1.00 food! Highly recommended!

Quality varies I guess as to which cook is on duty... Bc some times the food is amazing for Taco Bell, and other times it's just meh...

1st off Mesa is notorious for unsavory experiences. This was not different. I went into the store and waited for the cashier to take my order. I ask for an Iced coffee and to use the restroom. The cashier opens the door for me and I go into the stall. I’m using the restroom and it takes me 8 minutes to properly use the restroom. A Tacobell employee walks in and ask if I am using the restroom. I said “yea” and the employee just stands in awkward silence. 2 minutes later he says “I don’t know what you are doing in there, but I NEED TO USE THE RESTROOM.” I questioned the legitimacy of his request, so I watched him inspect the toilet (15 seconds after I flushed it), flush it, and then walked out without washing his hands. When I walked out, I noticed that my ICED coffee still was not made. I immediately asked where was my iced coffee and the cashier barely finished my order. The restroom interaction was crazy but what’s crazier is that it took 10 minutes to make an iced coffee…

The employees are like one big family. They are in sync with one another-my #1 complaint was when solely the Hispanics are working, they would speak and joke in their native tongue, all the while they're customers in line. That is SO RUDE. By the way, I am curious, why is it that the ONLY employees that get hours are the Hispanics, why not the others, i.e. Caucasians, African Americans, etc...?? Isn't that discrimination??

I had an amazing experience! The service was quick, and the food was delicious. The staff was friendly and made sure everything was perfect. I'll definitely be back for more of their tasty tacos and burritos. Highly recommended!

Everytime I order from this store through Door Dash, my order is wrong, incomplete and cold. And yes I do let Door Dash know and the solution is not working, I ordered specific items because that's what I wanted, issuing a refund is good customer service but there's never any communication with me the customer. It's all automated... I will be filing a complaint against this Taco Bell and Door Dash. AMY BORG

The dining area always smells like garbage water. The self checkout card machines pick and choose what payments they take and online ordering is a gamble because the site and what's in stock in the store don't match. Support local restaurants that will actually care about the customer. Faceless corporations like taco bell aren't your friend.

I stop at this location frequently, on my way home from work. The woman with tattoos who works in the drive through is amazing. She is so pleasant and friendly every time I come. I am highly impressed with the service and quality at this Taco Bell!

Don’t waste your time here the area and the workers are trash. I placed a breakfast order at 10:50 and when I got there at 11:05 they said “oh we don’t make the food until you come to pick it up and breakfast ends at 11” soooo did I wast my money online then? They literally have all the ingredients for the food and could’ve made it yet choose to be lazy when they should’ve made the order when sent via app. The area itself always has homeless near the drive through too

Apparently, you can get WiFi from this Taco Bell while sitting at the bus stop for route 112. I mean, I've been to Taco Bell before, just not this one, and they've all been pretty predictable. Incidentally, this is the post that caused Taco Bell to win the restaurant wars.

I asked for 3 soft tacos and 3 hard tacos. All of them with no cheese. When I got home all of the tacos had cheese. What an incredible waste of money. Adendom: I only received 5 of the 6 tacos I ordered. I got two soft tacos and 3 hard. This location dgaf.

If you walk in to pay don't bother they don't acknowledge you. They will do three to four drive in orders after yours you order listen to them take orders and just wait I'm glad I don't work near here and need low cost food I know what my mom gave me lunch to bring

Got a craving for a pizza & came across this Taco Bell. Employee working the drive thru had an amazing personality! Food was great, everythign ordered was correct. Would go there again.

Ate there this morning. Grabbed a steak burrito breakfast combo. Unfortunately they coffee machine was broken so I had to opt for a soda instead. It would have been nice to have coffee. Courteous staff, the wait was short.

This location is never a disappointment, staff is extremely well trained and polite. Cudos to the nanagement here your Taco Bell is a wonderful place to eat in or take out!!

They had me wait more then 2 min and me being a former manager that is not acceptable then with our any manners told me to go basically work for them by putting my order on there kiosk. I told them no and if they paid me for working for them I would. I walked out at that point without getting any food. Let alone I was on the clock delivering packages for Amazon that day they get 1 star if I could they would not get that. Horrible service very unproffesional...👎🏽

I like this Taco Bell. No matter what time I go, the staff is always friendly and I have never had an issue with my order. I appreciate that in a fast food restaurant. I also appreciate that they brought the Mexican Pizza back !!!

Again, a Taco Bell restaurant met my expectations. I have come to expect a specific level of service, food options, restaurant cleanliness etc when I stop at a Taco Bell. I was not disappointed. Their food is inspired by Mexican fare, but should not be considered authentic. Anyone who downgrades their rating of Taco Bell for this reason doesn't understand the restaurant chain. I stopped at this restaurant as I began my drive home following a day helping my brother-in-law with some projects. It was rush hour, I was hungry and I decided I could work on both with a quick stop. I ordered at the kiosk, and my order was ready in less than five minutes. The value of the food at Taco Bell is generally very good and this time was no exception. The rating for this restaurant, and this specific visit, is a solid three stars. I begin at any business with basic expectations which are adjusted as I become more familiar with them. Meeting those initial or adjusted expectations earns a solid average rating of three stars. Whenever I'm disappointed, stars are lost. And should I be pleasantly surprised, a star, or perhaps two, may be added. Getting a five star rating from me is difficult. It is a terminal rating, indicating no room for improvement. That is almost never the case.

Always a good experience whether ordering within the lobby or the Drive-Thru. Always a fairly quick experience. Orders always correct!! Nice employees!!

The service and food were good but because it was late it was a long line. But that just goes to show that good service and loyalty go a long ways

Taking away the Mexican Pizza is like taking a part of my soul. Who calls the shots here, Lilith? I will wander the earth for eternity without ever tasting another glorious Mexican/Italian flavor combination.

The fulfilled my online order even though I didn't pick it up. Not sure who ate my food but they claimed they could not make any adjustments on their end and I would need to go through the app but I have no options through the app either. Ended up having to dispute this charge with my bank.

If I could give no stars I would the lady in drive through couldn’t communicate not because of the system but because she speaks broken English my wife is Mexican so she went slow and worked with her . The drive through lady got mad at my wife because she could not tell us an order we wanted was only In the app . When she handed the food she shoved it into my hands . I wasn’t gonna report online till I pull my tacos out and they were all in the bottom of the bag out of the rapper all let us and cheese over the bottom of the bag . So I call and the lady who answered was very nice and spoke clearly I asked for a manager and guess what it was the rude drive through . I ask if she worked drive through when I came through she just kept saying ok over and over I need corporate to reach out to me I had my kids in the car and your company showed them how rude Taco Bell really can be over nothing that a manager shouldn’t be able to handle don’t get mad it’s food I get it I worked fast food for 15 years .

The hell I did. I parked in between this joke and an authentic Mexican restaurant for the best carne asada tostada on the east side. Taco Bell. They have some nerve calling that slop Mexican, and serving it so close to the real thing.... .
