This McDonald's has never gotten anything right with my order since it opened. I'm giving up on them. I ordered a big Mac for me and my wife and they forgot a big Mac and the one we got came like this...

First of all, don't call me "babe". I'm not in a relationship with you. Secondly, it clearly shows I ordered 3 sides of ranch, but instead, I get 3 BBQ sauces. Wake up people.

The food is the food. It is what it is. what I don’t understand is why the food can never come out fast. They build two lanes for the drive-through to handle more volume and more orders. Yet no matter how much more efficient this may make them, they always put a sticker on your window and send you around to park. I have been to other McDonald’s that move faster than this with one lane

It took a few minutes for someone to come to the counter so that I could order from a person. I've tried the kiosk previously and I don't particularly care for the way their system is set up. Really liked the Big Mac Bundle. It was what I was looking for and then some. Added bonus was it was cheaper than what I was going to order. Interior and exterior was nice and clean, which is important to note. There are many fast food establishments that have let the cleanliness in their in the dining room and parking lot slide, which is probably due to decreased foot traffic from customers and an increase in drive-thru business. Additionally, I did notice that food delivery service was in demand at this location. Food was as expected, it is McDonald's and is typically consistent. The staff member was friendly and made me feel welcome. I highly recommend having a motion detector make a noise in the kitchen, so that employees know that a customer has entered. They don't have a line of sight to see customers when they are quiet.

The kid behind the counter (something that started with an M maybe?) was insanely upbeat, friendly, patient, and helpful! He took our large order with several special requests, and everything came out perfect. So shoutout to the line staff also! And the kid working the counter was just as friendly with everyone. The restaurant was really modern, clean, and well laid out. I liked that there was a large, short table with stools that all 5 of us had room to sit at. I'd definitely visit this location again if ever in the area. Edit to add: I visited about 3 weeks ago around 2:30ish in the afternoon. It wasn't very busy, and I only had contact with one or two people in the lobby.

I ADORE the workers at this location! Darian is absolutely AMAZING! I also loved the girl at the second window who's name escapes me, but it was on Thanksgiving. I'm sure you can figure it out. Darian though... AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! I had to add to my order and figured I'd have to go back through to do another mobile order to get my points through the app, but she informed me that she could take care of it for me at the window. I had no idea this was possible because no other McDonald's worker has ever offered to do this! Her customer service extends above and beyond that of any other McDonald's employee I've ever known. Not to mention above and beyond MOST PLACES CUSTOMER SERVICE, NOT JUST MCDONALD'S! So thank you Darian! You rock and I LOVE YOUR NAME! I still don't know if I believe the story behind it, and both of your parents wanting to name their child that before they met! 🤔😆 But I suppose I'll trust you! You're the greatest and thanks for everything! I will DEFINITELY be back to this location because of YOU!!!

This is normally one of the best McDonald's in the area, I frequent this store a few times per week. Today, I had to repeat my drive thru order 3 separate times, and when asked for my order a fourth time, I told the drive thru person no thank you, and waited in line until I could leave. While reviewing my banking account...there was a post from this restaurant at 720 am...for 27 dollars plus some change. Almost 6 times the amount my order would have come to. I hope they simply reverse the mistake.

Super unfortunate, for a Mc Donald’s, this place appears really nice. More modern, clean, and simple to navigate. Unfortunately, the service doesn’t match any of what I stated above. We waited for 20 mins for our food, then the food came out cold out and we were told that our nuggets weren’t done yet. When I ordered, there weren’t many in the restaurant, although the drive through appeared to be full. This is the second visit where we’ve waited an extended time, and our food came out cold. Something needs to be done here if they want to keep their customers.
