I am not from the area. I went into Great Clips and the stylist ‘checked me in’. Six other customers showed up, and stylists started taking them before me. I was told I would wait 50 minutes, at least, as I did not check in on line. I explained I didn’t know. My friend was waiting in car. Store was EMPTY when I arrived. I always tip $20. Hair Cuttery never does this!

I took my son here to get his ears lowered and the stylist was great! She even remembered to put in her notes so we can get him the same cut next time! Great customer service and his hair looked great!

Beware when getting a haircut from Heather. I went in for a trim; instead, she seemed to take a self guided approach to my head and grew argumentative when I told her the cut she gave me wasn’t what I wanted — she gave me a mohawk over a simple trim. If you’re looking for a specific cut she seems to disregard your input over knowing what’s best for you, apparently. Very disappointed.

I like the sign in on line and being notified when it is time to head to the salon. Magali has cut my hair for years and does such a great job every time. She helped me transition into a new hairstyle over 3 cuts and it looks awesome. I get many comments about the style and cut. Can't get any better than Magali!

The groomer traumatized my 6 mo. puppy. The grooming was horrible. I would have rather had them say my dog was young and needed more time to get used to grooming and not complete the job. Instead, they held her down or drugged her. Sure was not the same dog when I brought her home. She was exhausted and so drowsy I was worried enough and took her to the vet. Vet said she was clearly hurt.

Danielle from the Mulberry location took care of my haircut today. She gave good suggestions about trimming my hair the correct way & evenly because it wasn’t cut properly by someone at the Great Clips from another branch. Thank you, Danielle!

I always get a great haircut from Magally. I just wish I could make an appointment or request her when I put my name in. It’s very inconvenient currently because Magally is so popular the wait time is much longer than suggested.

Walked in, met Heather and she gave me a great fun haircut! Recommend her! Will be back!
