WELCOME BACK HUB! Was invited to come in for friends and family night. Had high hopes because this location previously performed at a very high level and we were not disappointed. Even though it was quite busy, everything came out quickly, accurately, and of top quality. We ordered several appetizers including Chipotle wedges, pretzel basket, stuffed green chilis and, new to the menu, corn ribs. All of these items were hot and delicious. Our main entrees came out shortly after, I tried the new gooey grill burger which is an exceptional combination of flavors. Mostly everyone else in our group ordered the famous smoked wings in a variety of flavors. They were hot, fresh, and falling off the bone. The El Jefe sauce was as delicious as I remember. Very excited that this location is once again open and I encourage everyone to come in and support, whether you're a long time regular or just recently heard about The Hub. Can't forget to mention the drinks. We ordered several Hub Punches which is a group favorite, a shot paddle flight of green tea shots, and a delicious pineapple passion fruit cider. All ice cold and refreshing. We were so excited and everything was so good that I failed to capture pictures of the food and drinks. We will definitely be back in the future and I encourage everyone to do the same. Two brand new conference rooms (which can be combined into one large) are also very nicely set up if anyone ever is looking for a place to host a party, meeting, or event.

Servers are super nice but the food will leave you waiting for a looooong time. Food, absolutely terrible. Maybe that's why the drinks are so strong. I'm not the kind of person that returns food but on this occasion I had to. Sour food and large plates that COULD feed a family but you wouldn't want to feed this to your family.

Had the most wonderful experience with our server Kaitlyn there! She recommended the smoked wings. Once I saw them, I was amazed. Definitely one of a kind. I got them dry and added sauces on the side. There was a Chipotle raspberry and an El hefe, which was a spicier one. They also have mimosa specials on Sunday, which was perfect. And to top that the manager dropped of a green chili cornbread, smothered in honey, because she found out it was my first time there. Great service and overall a place I look forward to visiting! We come to this restaurant often since it’s very close to our house. We enjoy the daily specials, Thursdays are half price pizzas! The burgers are yummy and the southwest salad. The overall vibe is great. Unfortunately the service is really slow. The servers don’t check on you when it’s a long wait for food. It seems they don’t realize if they check in and are friendly and acknowledge the wait time that it goes a long way smoothing out frustration from customers. The service before it burnt down had no issues but it continues to be a poor experience for us even several months after re-opening. Last week they brought out cold fries with the burgers. I wonder if they invested in an electronic method for clients to order at their leisure from the tables if the service would improve. I hope so because the food is good quality and atmosphere great. This week we sat at a table for several minutes and no one was coming to take our order. I had to flag down a waitress to get water and our food going. This review overall would be much higher if they can get their servers better trained to be more attentive to customers.

Have to compliment their customer service. Constantly checking to see if anything was needed and how the food or drink order was. Ordered an appetizer of ceviche and wings for main course and both were delicious. Portion size for price of food is worth it. It was my first time here and would gladly come back.

The food was great! My wife ordered the smoked chicken wings and I ordered the mild boneless wings with a side of fries. They were excellent. The service however was lacking. You practically had to rope some one down to get some assistance. Each time to get drink, to place our order, ask for silverware and pay my bill. When we first came in to get our seats the hostess said they were out of silverware and they were working on it. Granted it was Sunday afternoon and NFL football was on all televisions. When a restaurant is busy the service should be on top of their game. This was our first time eating at the Hub and I am not sure we will be coming back because of the service which is a bummer because the food was very good.

Great selection of Craft beers, burgers and wings are good. Visited the Sossaman location and Zane was our waiter. He was FABULOUS, attentive and polite. Give it a try, great menu selection!

Best wings in Arizona. Yup, I said it. Get the Arizona smoked. Great food, service, and atmosphere. Perfect place to watch sports. We even saw people being reseated to be able to watch their game. It's great... highly recommend!!

After checking out the reviews I hope this place comes back soon. Didn't know there was a fire and it's being rebuilt. It's still labeled as open so I hope they get that fixed.

This was my grandpa's favorite place to go eat before he passed. My mom said that he would always go on about how good their wings and burgers were. I didn't get a chance to go with him but made sure to stop by before heading back home and it was as good as he said it was.

My takeout wasn’t correct and Chris the manager went above with hesitation! The other manager was great a while back helping me with an order grubhub had gotten wrong. I cannot remember her name. I love this place and all the employees are always on point. Food is great and I’m so glad we are able to finally come and sit at the bar again! #mushroomriceisthebest

Liked it! A fun place

Over the top kind of restaurant that does things big. Big flavors and big portions. I had the popper burger, which was rich and good for the first few bites but you should probably not eat the whole thing in one sitting. I couldn't do it. :) Friend got the monster burrito...like four burritos in one. You won't go home hungry..just maybe a little sick. Kids get real toys at the end of the meal. Our waitress was amazing. Fries were pretty good...not the best ever

Friendly good food

This place should be shut down, they are NOT REQUIRING MASKS upon entry. Their staff is terrible and rude- they do not acknowledge you. The manager is the worst of all and she sounds strung out on drugs..... not good at all and I will tell everyone I know across the state not to spend a dime there. And they keep your change anyway!

For a lunch time crowd. It was quaint, the food was very good. I ordered a calzone, meat lovers. Lots of meat and cheese. Just the way they are supposed to be made. Also ordered some wings, had the waitress make the decision, what she recommended were the hot/smoked. Very delicious. Could not eat everything, brought some home.

Slow service, luke warm food and they messed up our take out order.. Been going here for years. This was the worst experience.

The house smoked Wings are amazing, the service was fast and the restaurant had a fun atmosphere! Will definitely visit again!

Some newer menu items and they were great.

We dined at the Baseline & Sossaman location during their Thursday night 1/2 price pizza night. The service was very good and the food and beverage selections were plentiful. We chose their Everything pizza and their chips and dip trio while enjoying the Thursday night football on the oversize screens in their bar. We also love their large craft beer selections and enjoy trying new beers we might not want to buy a six of. The crust is thin and crispy and the spices in the sauce are spot on without being overly spicy. The chips were warm and crispy and the dips were all fresh and tasty. We had enough left over for lunch the next day. We've visited this location before and will be back especially after seeing their extra efforts to maintain the cleaning and spacing required during these trying times.

Laid back, family friendly. Im a repeat customer due to those amazing smoked wings. Unfortunately, this time around the Cajun fried were overly cooked and my strawberry daiquiri was a waste due to a poor blend and ice chunks.

The wings are AZ Smoked giving the wings an original 😋 flavor and I love that I"m able to order all flats. It was nice to get served by Nadia of whom has truly given us the best service. So truth be told the Red Mountain location has much better food.

The food was absolutely delicious. We tried the arizona smoked wings- pricey but amazing! The Mac and cheese and Pretzels were also so freaking good!

Bigger place, adequate parking, large patio area. Service was quick and food came in about 10 minutes. Lots of TVs inside as well as several outside to watch. Every NFL game on somewhere. Recommend the cauliflower nachos as a great starter. It's was delicious. Definitely come back again.

Our food was good. Our server was great. The number of TVs mounted on the walls is absolutely incredible. It was like they looked up and said any possible free space let's put a TV there! Fantastic. We will definitely go back. You can also tell this is a local bar for people. Definitely had a sense there was a big group of regulars behind us. It got a lot quieter where we could hear each other when they left. So that was nice too. But it wasn't too rowdy or anything like that.

All of the Hub locations have great food. I appreciate the creativity of their menus and the smoked wings are some of the best wings you'll find anywhere. We are frequent guests, our favorite dishes are the Steak and Bake and the Baja Bowl but the burgers are great too and you have to try the basket of pretzels. We have also had great service every time. One of the best places in Mesa to go watch a game, get a cold drink and enjoy some tasty food.

Great food and service. Everyone there has been the best. If you get the chance talk with Mgr Chris, he's just the best. Winter season is a little rough, but well worth the wait. If it's not done right they'll make it right. All the employees are the best...

The staff is awesome and the food is even better. I highly recommend the wings - some of the best I have had anywhere in the country. They have a multitude of TV's with a variety of shows airing simultaneously.

Food was awesome! Had the HUB mac n cheese along with a HUB Cherry Lime Aid. The fried zucchini is always very good along with the wings. Our server was also very good. She was incredibly perky and informative.

Excellent fish and chips, especially for my gluten free grandmother. I wanted to order the same thing again as we were eating, and thinking about it the next day. The only downside is that when we were ordering, we were told we could have two sides with our fish, so we choose fries and coleslaw, the coleslaw never came. Even so, we plan on ordering again!

The service tends to be slow but a good selection of beers and food items.

The food and drinks were great. But we sat there with empty drinks for over 15 minutes as we watched our server sitting at a table talking with 2 males that were there. Not busy by any means but we waited over 20 mins for our food. And then we had to go ask the server for our checks since yet again she was sitting at the table talking to the two men that I mentioned already.

Great food and drinks. Service was prompt without being overbearing. Prices were good. Drinks were cold. Tried the smoked wings and steak salad. Delicious!!!!

Tonight was my first time trying The Hub, it’s definitely a place I will not be returning to. I ordered an Italian sandwich w/ fries, the fries were soggy and soaked in grease, the sandwich was covered in diced jalapeños and a pickled celery that wasn’t supposed to be on it and was too hot for me to eat. The “au jus” was thick like syrup and tasted like a teriyaki/soy sauce mixture. This was a pickup order and if it wasn’t so late, I’d bring it back!!

I do enjoy this place and it feels a little more "blue collar" then other places. Couldn't give 5 stars this time as everyone was a little close together during the Covid era. But, I could have turned around and left so my bad, not theirs. The bartender who served us was attentive and friendly.
