HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS RED LOBSTER LOCATION. THE SERVICE We had an excellent server! DENZEL'S customer service skills are exceptional & his polite demeanor should be the standard, but it is extremely rare. We greatly appreciated him. THE LOCATION The restaurant is clean & unlike other restaurants that never bother wiping the crumbs & food off the seats, we saw how well they got cleaned. THE FOOD All of our meals were delicious 😋 I HIGHLY recommend the all you can eat shrimp! Our server came by regularly to ask if we wanted a second helping, unlike some restaurants that offer all you can eat, but purposely take long to check in with you for the second helping.

Red Lobster has improved significantly since my last visit a few years ago. Glad I gave them another shot. Our server Alexis was prompt and friendly. She offered specials and suggestions, and made sure our drinks stayed topped off. Our food was fantastic as well.

Tried the new Crab Stuffed Shrimp Rangoon for $13.49. It's not worth it. You get 6 pieces and I rather pay half of that. We Love the daily deals and it's worth the money on selective days. Wednesday is steak and lobster for 24.99. Monday is Endless Shrimp for 18.99.

My husband and I haven’t been here in a long time but we ate dinner there two nights ago and it was a great time! The bartender was busy but attentive. The hostesses were quick to seat and one even took the lobster out of the tank to let the kids see and touch! So fun! We ordered crab and oh man I wish it wasn’t so pricey but I know there is for sure a snow crab shortage. The drinks we had were amazing, they even had a holiday drink called “the snow globe” it was very festive and tasty. I don’t know why it took us so long to come back but we won’t wait so long next time. Thank you!

Update 09.21.23 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Though we didn’t order milk this time, all we good. Lobster was a bit tough. Otherwise the server we had was the same person. Her service was better. We over looked her spilling some of the pina colada drink, minor. Otw better this time around. ————————————————————————— We’ve been to this Red Lobster several times. It had it’s shares of hits and misses. Our son was served sour/expired milk. The waitress even brought out a new carton of milk and my wife and I tried it and it was spoiled too. Just be wary of ordering milk for your kids. The lobster tails, one time it was “a bang for your buck” then on our return visit, it was like the lobster was on a diet. The calamari is a great choice. Otherwise, we would still return to this place.

Avoid this location. Never a good experience here. We won't be back. We visited recently and asked for a table. It was after the dinner rush and not many diners. Reception person, a young disheveled man, said 10-15 minute wait. The lobby was empty. After 20 minutes took us to a booth. I reminded him we asked for a table and many tables were open. Instead he asked us to go back to lobby and wait. When asked why he said it will be another 10 minutes. We chose to leave. If there were servers out this young man should of used critical thinking skills to take care of the customer. He didn't and maybe they don't train their staff to think about doing the right thing for the right reason. There are so many dining choices in this area. Pick another restaurant; save yourself the frustration.

I had the Wednesday special steak and lobster. The steak was only fair but the lobster was very good. My husband got the Salmon and shrimp New Orleans and he really liked it.

I ordered a whole lobster and the red shrimp. The poor lobster died in vane because he was grossly overcooked, mushy and tough all at the same time. The rice under the shrimp was also mush and quite unpleasant so it went to waste. The bacon bits on the baked potato were like shards of glass and had to be scrapped of in order to eat the burned potato. The red Argentinian shrimp were way overdone, dried out and for heavens sake take the legs off before serving them in burnt shells. They went way beyond pleasantly charred. The waitress and manager offered to send out another lobster tail but why kill another lobster when the cook obviously has no clue how to properly steam it. And besides, I ordered a whole lobster, not a tail. Tge tail meat was tough as shoe leather. The manager did discount the bill and I appreciated that gesture but it did nothing to prevent another crustacean from meeting this fate and disappointing another patron. The quality of this expensive meal was very poor but the staff was very nice. I will not go back to this location. After all, they have LOBSTER in their name ! And the rewards app wouldn't work either . Sorry, I don't do Facebook so I cannot contact you via that Avenue. Thanks for your response

There were 7 of us! The food was all delicious, the menu has a good variety so those of us who hate seafood can still enjoy going to dinner with those that love it. Our server was awesome and they brought ice cream with candles for our two birthday people. It was clean, neat, and no fishy smell. It was a great time. We had not been to one for over 20 years. We will be back. Oh, and the biscuits were hot and delicious!

We came in as we were travelling to Scottsdale and had a great time. Our waitress, Moude, if I recall correctly, was very friendly and even gave us a few laughs before and after our meals. She was very polite and kind to us, even recommending one of her favorites. The food was great! Tried out some new food, and left satisfied and full! Very friendly establishment overall, and if I lived closer to there, I might eat there more than just once a few months.

Everything was great except for the app not working. It was easily gone around by calling in my order. They were very pleasant and happy to take the order by phone. They verified everything. They said it would be ready at 6. I arrived 15 minutes early and within 5 minutes my order was ready. I checked the bag and everything was there. They asked if I needed utensils and napkins. Got home and everything was delicious!

Felt rushed. Appetizer came out before our wine. Main course was barely warm. Just finished biscuits and appetizers came really fast. Right after that, the entrees came which were not hot. Waitress was really nice and polite. In and out in 40 minutes. Restaurant was not busy.

5 stars all around! Visited this location for my first ever red lobster visit, and all my expectations were exceeded! For $16 my shrimp linguine was absolutely delicious, huge portion, and the best shrimp. But the best part, was Christine, our server. She was such a joy, so kind and the best server I've had in awhile! So caring, sang me happy birthday and always kept us taken care of.

I went with my two boys for a Sunday lunch, and it was fantastic. The service was fast, the gentleman serving us was very polite, the food arrived hot, and everything tasted delicious.

Twice now I have place a surf and Turf order totaling loaround $62. Both times paid extra for the filet medium rare. First time it was so rare I could not eat. Second time I was given some sort of over cooked flank steak smothered in salt. Order was delivered so could not send back. Manager said nothing they could do

We enjoyed a dinner as 2 couples just 2 days ago. Our server was Renee and she was on top of our needs and cheerful. The menu had something for everyone within a reasonable price range. We requested a quite area so we could enjoy our meal and communicate with one another. We were seated at a perfect table and we enjoyed our meal. one tip is to go at 5:00 PM or earlier to avoid waiting for a table as it is a popular place.

Yes, it’s Red Lobster, a chain restaurant ugh. We had a 5-star experience though! There was a gal there who kept referring to herself as a back server. She was AWESOME! Our waitress was real friendly too and between the two of these ladies the service was just top notch!! The food was HOT and fresh, the fried stuff straight from the fryer to the table. Red Lobster restaurants can be hit or miss but everything was sooo good last night! Minor blunder with the lobster bisque. It was a little on the salty side and the sherry hadn’t been cooked down but the customer service made that irrelevant real quick! Keep it up in the kitchen and keep that gal you had back serving last night on staff!!!
