Terrible management and terrible experience. We had a party of 10. They pretty much said we cannot sit you. So we split into two parties, at first they said that was not possible. After speaking with the manager they understood that we wanted two separate parties. They sat one party and told the other there would be an hour wait. This was while visibly there was 8 tables open. The waitress returns after 15 minutes and asks if high tops would be ok.. seeing two that could seat 8 right next to each other they say it will be another 15 minutes to clean the table off.. you ask why not leave, cause you just flew in and we’re hoping to get a bite to eat from the humble Tucson company you once supported. If you have more than 4 people, save yourself a trip.

Don't waste your money on the fish sliders!! One fish stick cut in half for both on a hard Hawaiian roll. Seriously, the side of tartar I asked for and was charged a $1.00 for was larger than the slider. The Rojo beer and beer battered fries were good. Some redemption. I'd never return if this is acceptable to serve.

Stopped in for a lunch with my coworkers and it was a good experience. It's a lot of fun being right on the airport runway. Our server was friendly and the food was good- albeit not too mind blowing. My sandwich had a lot of potential but was a bit dry.

This place is right by the airport. It's really good considering. The food and beers are way better than average. I had the baja fish tacos. The potato skins were really good, too.

Great brewery, with cocktails, and great food too. Ordered the sliders and nachos, which was a great choice. Outdoor and indoor seating with view of the tarmac. Arrival screen in the bar to make it an easier and more enjoyable wait to anyone you’re picking up.

This is one of my favorite places to grab a beer and food but lately the service has been horrific. This is my second time coming in with the mid afternoon bartenders working the bar and it’s taken 15+ minutes to get my food order put in and over 25 minutes for someone to refill my friends water (once again, this happened last time). Seriously disappointed.

We love the food, so good! The outdoor patio where you can watch the planes is a kid favorite! Always great service. Perfect spot to take the family.

Best fish tacos ever! I ordered the breaded fish tacos. The fish flavor was fresh and not fishy at all. I enjoyed the pico with chopped Jalapeno's, it added a nice spice. Also the cream sauce on top was mild, and flavorful. Amazing ambiance, I absolutely love watching the planes. Great place to bring your kids. My daughter had a fantastic time. We'll be back.

We really enjoyed ourselves. First time there . The beer battered French fries are delicious. The fish was a little greasy but good . Service was great. Food was fast and we really enjoyed the planes . That's our jam . You will be seeing a lot more of us .. Very clean also. Can't wait to be bring family in that fly into gateway.

Cool place to go get a drink and some dinner, the food is good as well as the beer. You also get a view of the airport so you can watch planes and helicopters and occasionally jets take off and land. Overall I would recommend this place the food and atmosphere together make for a pretty good night out.

What a wonderful restaurant! I really do enjoy the atmosphere and ambiance. The food is really tasty. The employees are very attentive make sure your drinks are filled consistently with great service. They pay attention to detail. I will definitely return here.

Amazing place out in the east valley to watch planes take off and land. Small airport at Gateway, but food, beer and service is great. Sit on the patio and watch some jets and prop planes take off and land.

This is a fun place to sit and have a beer and have great food! We've been here many times and it does not disappoint! Service is friendly and quick so your glass is never empty! There's always something to watch with the airplanes coming and going as well as a beautiful view of Superstition Mountains. Highly recommend Barrio Brewing!

Fun to watch the planes come and go! The menu has something for everyone and the food is always good. Service is great and fast. Like the beers, especially the Roja.

This place was pretty cool as it has great views of the tarmac at the Mesa Gateway Airport. It's a convenient spot to grab some decent food and beer while you're waiting for a flight. Once you're done you can simply walk over to the airport and check in for your flight. Easy peasy! I had a sanoran dog for the first time and it was pretty dang good. The Monday special that I had was the mix and match sliders. One of the sliders I chose was the French onion slider. Very tasty! Thus place is worth checking out. Our service was a bit slow so you may need to be assertive if you're on a time crunch to catch a flight.

Food and beer was great, I personally think for the amount of food you get the price is reasonable, the quality is good as well. I really recommend trying their flight :)

Pretty close to 5 stars so I definitely recommend stopping by to eat even if your not an aviation nerd. The food over all was pretty good and no complaints about service. I will say one of my pet peeves is restaurants that charge extra for a side of ranch and they do charge a $1 for a small dipping side but other than that its a pretty solid place to grab a meal.

The food was amazing, and the staff was very nice. We got to watch the jets practice from our table and watch them come in and land. An amazing experience overall.

Great beer.

Service was excellent. Beers are great. Everyone in our party got a flight and loved the beer. Food was ok, nothing really awesome. The views of planes landing and taking off was a pretty nice perk.

The brewery located right on a airport ramp. You can site inside or outside looking at aircraft. The brewery are one of the best craft beers in the area. The food awesome and the service is great.

Atmosphere is one of the main driving reasons I ever eat at restaurants. Barrio Brewing Co.'s atmosphere not only met my expectations but exceeded them by far. The food was good. Everything was cooked and provided perfectly to order. Our server was fabulous. And the open view of military warplanes made everything even more enjoyable. The craft beers I sampled (Rojo, Porter, and Stout) were all very delicious, smooth, had quite a nice finish.

This is a nice place to watch the airplanes from. There are great burgers, sandwiches and tortilla soup. The vodka based cocktails are made with a variety of flavors of Deep Eddy. Plenty of parking for the size of restaurant. Moderately fast service depending on how busy they are. I haven't been there for breakfast yet but I plan to go back to try it because the menu looks so good!

The best brewery I have been to everyone who works or goes there is respectful and nice if your looking for great food and a great atmosphere this is the place to go.

Small pub off the Gateway airport terminal but accessible from the outside with their own free parking. Reasonable pub fare ... burgers, sliders, pulled pork, etc. ... at reasonable prices. Decent selection of beer and cocktails. Very informal place that allows for table conversation. Great lunch hang out!

Great potential here. I really like the menu and the beer selection. Unfortunately the last 2 times we ordered take out (due to covid) the buyers were under cooked. Both times we requested well done when ordered and it was confirmed by the waiter.

My husband has been bugging me about this place since we met. We thought the only location was Tucson but to our surprise we found one at the Mesa gateway airport. Damn good onion rings, if i do say so myself

Our bartender Riah was amazing. She reccomended the Gemini IPA, and it was exactly what I was looking for. The spinach dip was amazing and even though you were out of chips, Riah made it a point to give us a variety of options to substitute. Tasty. We will be back soon.

Best spin and artichoke dip I've tasted anywhere! Place could use a little cleaning though, sat by a windowsill and it was dusty and had bugs. Otherwise an enjoyable place.

A bit pricey for my taste but good beer, good appetizers, and watching the airfield through the windows is an amazing experience

2 stars because the fries were amazing. The chicken basil panini I ordered had 3 nibbles of chicken and the rest of the middle of my sandwich was loaded with more bread. I looked up the menu online to be sure I didn't miss anything, no mention of a bread loaded panini with little chicken. It was also very spicy which isn't mentioned on the menu. The other downer was the smell. Outside smelt like sewer and the menus and tables smelt like dirty sink rags. Should you be using the same rag with no soap to clean tables and menus during COVID? We won't be back.
