Went here tonight (03/28/2022) at 8:20pm. Just disappointed with the food we received. The sandwich was on the wrong bread, no croutons were on the Caesar salad, and a measly amount of almond chicken on the sandwich. It was 40 minutes until close which I assume is why the service was poor. I would have rather them turned us away than waste our money on this.

Huge Panera branch. Seats Occupied by a few students. Not busy around 11:30am. Iced coffee is good (filled with a lot of milk). Fast and easy to order. Salad is fresh but too small for me.

Great staff. Great food. Prices are a bit higher than is possible for regular eating here. The model of the sandwich/bakery where you view the items from glass case has been replaced with a simple counter and automatic order kiosks. I very much enjoy the food and the menu is very interesting. But the new model leaves the restaurant feeling cold and disassociated with its customers. You feel it is a commercial cafeteria now, not a well run sandwich and bakery shop. That said, the food is prepared and delivered promptly. The dining area is expansive and great for long afternoons. It doubles , much like a Starbucks, as a pseudo work place. The food itself tastes fresh and actually homemade. The service, likewise , is courteous and generous. I went back in line to purchase a second portion of the baggett bread and was simply given it upon my request. Small things like this make this place a joy to visit. The drink fountain is also stocked with reasonably healthy alternatives to soda. In fact, all of the food has a clear ascent towards healthful alternatives across the menu. While the pricing is high, I still very much enjoy this restaurant for all the reasons stated above.

"I recently visited Panera Bread and had an amazing experience! The service was top-notch and the staff was friendly and helpful. I especially appreciated the convenience of using the screen to order my food, which made the process so much easier and faster. The food was also delicious and exceeded my expectations. However, I did notice that the cleanliness of the restaurant could have been better. Overall, I highly recommend Panera Bread for their great service and tasty food!"

Atmosphere feels cold and void of life. The staff seems disconnected. Honestly, the damn order machines have ruined the experience. I use to go there for lunch often but now, it's like going through a drivethrough, but indoors. No human element. Yesterday I placed an order to go, sat and waited in the pick up area. My order was prepared and sitting there, but no one said a word. So I waited and waited and waited, until I finally asked about it. They said oh, it's right here and has been here for 10 minutes. Um, why didn't anyone say anything??????? No human interaction. Weird. I dont like it at all. Food is average. Nothing to boast about.

There are few things more frustrating than watching employees sitting in the dinning area, watch you waiting at the front for service, with no one coming, then realize no one is coming, so they get up, not to help you, but to go in the back to tell someone else it’s their job, and still, no one help you. Panera seems to have a front of house management problem that is unfortunately not just this site but endemic to all their sites. Just because you have handhelds out front to take orders does not mean you don’t monitor the front. And yes, I am cranky because I couldn’t get my morning tea…

The food was plenty for the price. I had a salad and my favorite Broccoli and cheese soup. I could have used a few less croutons in my salad and more salad. The service was ok, check in a bit slow and there was the passing of the pager with know thought placed on sanitizing between handling. This particular Panera seemed comfortable if not a bit dark. The lighting seems to be dim. The young lady talked with keeping the dining area clean was friendly and helpful, and she did this with a smile.

Ever time is wonderful. The food is great and service is always the best. It's a small thing, but people don't always offer to help men to carry food but today a very nice person asked. Again, I know it's small but when you have 3 plates the offer means a lot. The restaurant is always clean and very well organized.

The food is alright, but nothing special. I ordered a warm bowl and asked specifically if there was cilantro in it. The wait staff said NO. When I started eating it, it did have cilantro in it. I really dislike the taste of cilantro, so I dug through my bowl to remove it. Breakfast menu may be better.....

I ordered a toasted bagel around 3pm today (shouldn't be busy??). It literally took 20min for it to come out, then when it came, it had clearly already been toasted and had been sitting the whole time and was cold and dry 😥 very disappointing. I also heard someone say they were waiting 30+ min for their sandwiches. Nice interior but terrible service

This is one of the best Panera Bread locations I have been to in a long time. They have a TON of space to find the perfect table and enjoy your food/drinks at. I come here to grab a small dinner and work for a couple hours. It doesn’t feel packed or hard to find a seat. The service is quick! They bring the food right out to you. The prices are pretty decent as well. The atmosphere is pretty quiet. The music is simple and not too loud. I love it. Perfect place to study/work/hold a meeting/enjoy a meal. I will definitely be returning!

We have bought the $8.99 a month coffee that Panera has just offered. We had called ahead to ask the total price so we could buy gift cards at Frys and get furl points to pay for the coffee. Once we got to Panera, we found out you couldn’t use gift cards for the coffee special. The manager was fantastic! She apologized and gave us each a pastry for our trouble. The coffee is great as are the hot tea bag selections. The pastries were fantastic. We plan on buying the bakers dozen bagels tomorrow. Lots of seating with power and free internet if you need it. Very clean, clean restrooms, nice staff! Outdoor seating available as well with umbrellas. Parking would be my only complaint.

To start with, food is good here, I haven't had too many issues and I used to come here a lot. Service is fine, nothing special. The main issue I have here is that the owners seem to the type to cut a lot of corners to save a dime. They had a broken ice machine for, like, 2 months... when Sip club membership came out, there was a few days where no coffee cups were available on the floor and you needed to ask a cashier for one... some tables are broken, the outdoor speakers were broken and the water fountain out front hasn't worked in, like, forever. The final issue is that they changed their wifi system so that it's extremely slow, takes, 5-10 seconds to load a webpage, almost impossible to stream music. I think this is in response to a lot of college students studying here lately... but still, this seems like the kind of place that will require you to ask for a key to use the bathroom soon... In summary, if you're coming in for food and just chatting with a pal, this place is ok but if you want to come in to do some work you will be disappointed. I STRONGLY recommend trying the Wildflower across the street. Great service, comparable menu, awesome wifi.

One of the better Panera Breads in the valley. I mainly come here to get coffee and study. There is lots of space and you’ll likely find a comfortable spot. As far as I could tell, power outlets are also plentiful. Staff is attentive as well.
