If I could rate zero stars I would. Phone lines are continuously down. Once I arrived I was put in a room with no heat. Maintenance didn’t even speak English and took over an hour to fix the thermostat. The front desk moved me to a different room and guess what the bathroom was filthy in this one and even had hair still in the jacuzzi tub. Problems didn’t end there as the jacuzzi tub also didn’t work and the refrigerator shut off in the middle of the night completely defrosting my frozen breastmilk. Horrible resort with very little parking and even less helpful staff. You are better off at a Motel 6.

My sister booked and paid with a confirmation #. Arrived to check in, lady Julia at desk ask if I'd like to pay remaining balance of x amount of dollars. I explained that the room was gifted to me by my sister as I needed some time to myself. She gave me Keys a parking pass through 8-21. She called me in my room said person who paid has to show card at desk. I said that's impossible said her manager wants it paid in full within 15 minutes or they will evict me. I said wow you aren't very nice. Anyway because of this they sent down a security guard to make sure I got myself out of the room it was humiliating I think they discriminated against me because I was tired, my eyes are tired and burning, I was feeling disheveled. I've had a bad. By far the worst service I have had in my life, I have never been treated that way. I understand them protecting their customers but that was ridiculous. We had a confirmation for 5 days. Rude, terrible people.

Stayed here with my wife this past week. Very good price, we paid $124 a night for a villa. Room was outdated, and definitely showed it’s age. That said, it was very clean and the hot tub was great. If it was more expensive I would have rated it lower but for the price, you can’t beat it. The staff was friendly at check in, and it’s location right next to the golf course is great, the bar is also very reasonably priced at about $5 a beer. I would definitely stay here again and plan to do so in the near future.

Not clean. Floors made the bottom of our feet black. Got a room with a connecting door to another unit and could hear everything our neighbors were saying. Room is off a main road, noisy traffic. Arrived with no pac-n-play in our room the first night, even after calling ahead and being assured there would be. Had to co-sleep, needless to say we had a sleepless first night. Customer service is less then enthused to assist with guest concerns. Tried to contact management but no call back. Too bad because the facility itself is decent, just outdated, but that can be lived with if clean and quiet rooms were provided. Will not be back and do not recommend. Should have been comped for at least one night but a short, insincere apology is all we'll be offered. The rest of Phoenix was fun to visit!

Location is great. Staff friendly. Cleanliness is lacking. Floors were gritty and made soles and socks black. Probably using a swiffer instead of soap and water. Tub bottom also stained from dirty feet. Hair around tub. Sounded like construction going on in room above late into the night.

I booked a room online for king suite. Customer service was polite and courteous. There is ample parking with handicap accessibility. The room had no couch but did have a dinette, so I inquired about changing the suite to 2 beds in place of a king bed. This would be an additional 80 dollars a night I was informed. I inquired about a cot and was informed there wasn't enough room to place a cot (in the room there is enough space for a twin size, so I am unsure what size cot they had available). Rooms were clean with a 'kitchenette', minus the stove (there were dishes, sink, dish drainer, mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker). Bathroom has a jacuzzi tub/shower. The walls are thin and you can hear everything in the rooms (I.e. the people coughing, the TV show playing, conversation). Overall appearance and maintenance was good. There is moo elevator so be prepared to carry your luggage up the stairs, which are outdoors. Comfort was average. There is a little snack option area in the lobby if you want to buy a drink or snack. There is a pool, hot tub, pool table, and fresh coffee/water in the main area.

We will never recommend this place to anyone!! What a terrible experience. Like we hadn't already been going through enough, our house had flooded and we needed a place to stay. We picked Westgate because it looked nice and it was close to our home. To make a long story short, unbeknownst to us, Arizona has a state law that states that you cannot reside in a hotel room for more than 30 days. We were not made aware of this. Not in any way, shape or form, not in an email. Not verbally. Anything. Then all of a sudden one day I was at work. My disabled/injured husband was at the hotel and they insisted that we move rooms immediately. They refuse to give my husband a few courtesy hours for me to get off work so I could help move rooms, the front desk supervisor Geo was condescending and threatening my husband the whole time. My husband of course became upset, and Geo couldn't handle that at all. She should not be in hospitality if she can't deal rightfully upset guests. Do Not Go TO This Place!!!!! Also, there is no housekeeping or room service and the restaurant isn't open during the week. This place stinks.

We had a room issue upon arrival and Dorlan, the resort manager, went above and beyond to resolve the issue. The resort staff were friendly and accommodating. Rooms were spacious and clean. The location of the resort is quiet and removed from the hustle and bustle of the city, which was perfect for our family of six. My children greatly enjoyed the basketball court, playground area, and especially...the pool, which also had a basketball goal and various pool rafts and toys for the kids. We also appreciated the close proximity to Usery Mountain Regional Park, which had some great hiking trails. A great place for a family to stay while vacationing!

We got a renovated suite that was great but parking was a bit of a problem on some evenings, it took a few tries to get enough coffee from Westgate and the TV had the worst speakers ever. We had to watch everything with closed captioning. The street noise was loud in our unit being just off a busy road. Overall, it was just okay.

Chow Is a saint! I have never in my life been treated so well find employee at a hotel as I have been treated by her! When I come to Phoenix, I will only come to this hotel because she is absolutely amazing. The hotel rooms are amazing but honestly she made the experience everything. I absolutely love and adore her and I will always recommend this place due to Chows amazing vibes. And her willingness to go above and beyond for us without hesitation, she did it all with a smile, and it was so sweet, so kind, so gentle honestly, she deserves to be higher up then she is! I’m telling you I have not had such a good customer service in a long time !!

Check in was easy and great. Area was very quiet. Floors looked clean but were very dirty, if you walked around barefoot, your feet would be black. Towels had bugs on them.

The hotel is amazing ,the rooms are amazing, everything is clean, great, even the lady at the desk was very nice, I get it's her job ,views are great ,only thing is, when you go through a third party ,they don't tell you their pet policy ,the important part, I drove 4 hours then spent 2 hr at the doc ,upon arrival I was then told that there is a $150 deposit for my pet, and $150 giveaway non-refundable, I was not told that on the phone ,and then they don't do refunds, so I wouldn't have gotten my money back by telling them I was unable to stay do to my dog, and the fact that I didn't have a $150 just to giveaway. So when I found the room for$ 112 pet friendly, that was not the price of the hotel room,it was 250 with a 200 dollar deposit. When the lady told me , I felt sick, and told her that I didn't have any more money to give, and I would have to stay somewhere else , she informed me that the room is non-refundable, and if I couldn't pay, I couldn't stay, unless I could find some place for the dog to stay, I thought companion animals are allowed . I'm here on a medical visit, my brother has brain and stem damage, and we had to see a neurologist, his brain is dying, and he will most likely be a vegetable in a couple of years, do to a saver car accident he was in ,30 years ago. Are family is all past, and Scott has had to come live with me so I may care for him, lol well his dog sketch ,and I. All I can do at this point is pravy to God and hope all goes well for us to night, we have no wair else to go, it's just for the night.

Rooms are comfortable, clean, and well planned. The entire community has a good flow and many activities to participate in. Kids and adults really enjoyed our stay. This was the best place to stay with extended family so grandma and grandpa could be with us, yet each have our own spaces.

Do not book here. First room was VERY dirty. Second room was cleaner but dirty, including floors and surfaces. Fitness facility was also very dirty. Front desk attendants, notably Ella, was rude, argumentative, and lacked basic customer service skills. Kristyn reached out via text to see how our stay was and how they could assist us when I replied with the details of wanting a clean room, I received a “thank you for your feedback.” The grounds appear well kept but because it was so dirty we did not use anything. We were in two studio villas and they were run down. We stayed because it was close to friends’ but will stay further away next time.

This was an "OK" place, decent space for a family of 4 as far as the room. They are set up with pull out beds, you would think they would upgrade the mattress pads since thats the case they very thin average pull out couch beds. The first night we were in building 10, which is way to close to the road. You could hear the cars all night. They have sitting areas out on your front porch and the guests next to us had friends over to gather around 630am for coffee and were as loud as can be. I requested we move and the staff was accommodating, but still made me feel like I was being somewhat of a nuisance. Once we moved rooms it was fine. The rooms are outdated and walls are thin, but it overall it wasn't a terrible stay. The Pool was nice.

Clean place. I stayed in the newer units which were good. I thought the resort was in a more scenic area but it is very close by car to many scenic areas within 20 - 30 minutes. Lots of stores and restaurants in the area.

We were in Mesa for a horse clinic and decided to stay here as it was close to the facility. 🤩 Wow! We got a great deal on the room which was amazing and bigger than our guest house. We really enjoyed the pool and evening movies by the pool!

Really nice location, superb service. Nice having a kitchenette with the outdoor bbqs as well. Clean rooms with a really nice bathroom. Only small problem was the room adjacent to us was quite loud with a small child, no fault to them of course but rooms could be a little more private. Would definitely recommend especially if you have a few people staying and are connecting rooms :)

Clean rooms, pool, play areas. Nice big rooms with a full size refrigerator and stove and microwave. We like cooking our own food so this was very convenient. Just so hot there but it's nice to relax at the pool 🫶🏻😍.

Nice little public course, the staff was friendly, the pace of play was good, and price was right. All in all, my friends and I will probably play here again when we are in the area. This review was for the golf course only; we did not stay at the resort.

This was the best part of our Expedia bundle and save booking. The room was good. We loved having a jacuzzi tub! The bed was comfortable with big pillows. Climate control was good. Blackout curtains were effective. Room looked well maintained if a bit dated. The coffee/tea bar in reception area was nice, but I would have liked to have creamer available. Staff was responsive to requests for fresh linens and other items. Though this is not unique since the pandemic, they failed to clean our room during our 4 night stay even when we requested. Plenty of parking. We would recommend for lodging but pass on the restaurant next door.

This was perfect for our family vacation. Rooms were well equipped, a little outdated though. You can hear people walking above you so that is a negative but I will stay here again. It is nice to have a stocked kitchen so you don't have to eat out so much.

Horrible rude staff and manager with asinine “policies” including requiring a credit card to have a name on it for fraud reasons. Guess what! Some cards don’t have your name on them. My card was in my phone. They forced me to use a personal card for additional expenses on a prepaid room. Also the paper thin walls were useless at midnight when the neighbors came home and were yelling as the stomped around rearranging the furniture. I saw there was a 3 star average. Ridiculous for a “hi end” resort property at over $300 a night.

Somewhat off the beaten path, close to the freeway and shopping, restaurants and of course a golf course. The hotel section of this resort looks palatial with a spacious pool in print ads...IRL- the pool is not much bigger than a swimming pool in a back yard, most of the life jackets were safety risks with broken buckles and there was very little shade available to the swimmers. There is a bathroom at the pool, an open air shower to rinse off before and after swimming and towels for guests of the hotel. The rooms are nice. My friend had a suite, it is a nice space with a stacking washer and dryer, full size utilities and a comfy bed. The furniture otherwise is functional but needs updating or replacement. The kitchen chair had tape on the seat for instance. And I have to mention the gigantic hot tub behind the office...surprised me! It has a chair lift as well, for those that can't get in and out, like older folk or the handicapped. As big as a small pool! Overall, not bad but not someplace that I would just HAVE to stay at when I came to AZ.. This resort is smaller and not too far east as to bump into the other gokf resorts near/past the Superstitions. It may be your type of place. You should check it our.

Very nice room all in all and the front desk was very helpful very nice. I was really disappointed a little bit with the property because it indicated that there was horses on the property or they could set up horse riding and there was no such thing there really wasn't much for activities at all there wasn't really any beautiful restaurant what you would expect from a real Resort. It did have two pools and a small Lake and the golf course I didn't check it out so I don't know anything about that. It's a bit out there for even Mesa so when I decided if it was time for me to renew I decided I was going to move more closer into Phoenix.

My check-in experience was terrible. I traveled with my wife and brother and requested a suite with a pullout couch. When I arrived I was told all that was available was a small suite without a couch. This left my brother without a room. The front desk staff told us there were no rooms available and to find another hotel. He checked online a saw there were vacant rooms. The desk staff told him to book the room online. After booking a room we learned the only room available was a one bedroom suite. The exact room we originally requested! We returned to the front desk and requested a refund of the first room booked. We only wanted the one room suite that we originally requested. We were told the could not accommodate our request. I then asked to speak to a manager. It’s important to note that I have never asked to speak to a manager in any business, ever. Thankfully, the manager refunded our first room and allowed us to stay in the one room suite. I’m at a loss as to why this was ever an issue in the first place. The hotel and amenities are nice. The only complaints I have are that the vinyl wood flooring in my room is cracked and peeling. Most of the equipment in the fitness room is broken and one of the hot tubs is ice cold. Despite the initial terrible customer service I still enjoyed my stay.

We've been there several times. Had a room by the hot tub, nice rooms. They were under construction other times. No biggie, I understand updating the place. The courtyard area is beautiful, get a room there if possible. The bar is great, awesome bartenders and great people to talk to. We've had rooms updated and prior to updating, all in all, not a bad place. I love the patios the most, it's a great place to relax outside with a cigar and a drink.

Very nice resort. Beautiful pool area with lots of toys. Volleyball and other activities. The whirlpool tub in my room didn't work. Had a problem with wifi connection and their tech service kept saying a more skilled tech would call me. Never happened.
