The food is always good at Red Robin but I am review the exceptional customer service we received from our server Marquis! He was attentive, timely, kind and kept it lighthearted with our table. And we needed it after a long week. For this reason, I will for sure be back and sitting in his section next time I get a chance.

I ordered the smokehouse brisket burger and it was about $15. There was maybe 2 teaspoons of the brisket spread over part of the burger. If I am honest there was barely any brisket for the size of the burger, so I was disappointed because that was the whole point of ordering that burger. My burger also came out to the table barely warm enough to eat, and my fries served with it were cold. The floor had a lot of trash throughout the dining area, and the bathroom was also filthy. One good thing about this visit is that their Mac and cheese was not the boxed krafts Mac and cheese.

Celiac safe, gluten-free. I has a wedge salad around my burger. My wife had the gluten-free bun on her burger. She verified with the waitress because the bun was so good, she was uncertain if they had made a mistake.

I came back in to utilize my veterans ticket for a tavern burger and fries. The food was absolutely amazing. My burger was cooked medium well how I like it. The fries were crispy on the outside and soft in the inside just how I love it. I sat at the bar so I had a bartender as my server. She seemed a little bit off but nevertheless she served me up a nice drink and it was pretty good. I was so happy I could enjoy a meal so I had a smile on my face. The food most definitely was a 5 star but I had to give a 4 star because the bartender customer service was not 5 star. She was more a 2 or 3 star so I had to average it out.

Red Robin is consistent across the board. I can go ANYWHERE in these United States and get the same quality and flavor in my favorite Shrooms Burger that I got in Virginia or Philadelphia! I now reside in Arizona and the Red Robins I've visited at two different locales have served me the same quality, flavor and VALUE as all the other Red Robin's I've visited across the country. And do you want to know the sign of a gourmet burger house? YOU'RE GOING TO HAVE TO WASH your hands and face after eating! The burgers are THAT juicey and loaded with toppings. Truth be told, Red Robin's is the best franchise burger house in these United States, hands down!!!

Did online ordering and curbside pickup because I dont like to take up a table being alone during the busy times. I got a Whiskey wrap without ranch (the gal who delivered it to me even read it off the receipt). However when I made it to my destination and was excited to try a new menu item, I see they ignored my request for NO RANCH and put it on there anyway. So I guess I threw away the money in trying this place out... don't offer customizations if you're not going to follow through on them. Milkshake was good though, minus no more sprinkles?

Friendly staff, clean tables, and tasty food. Ask for the sweet potato fries to be extra crispy, You won't be disappointed 😁

Lunch on a Friday, not too busy, but our server did have several tables and provided good service. Unfortunately, the fish sandwich came out barely warm, as did the fries. Since our server did not deliver food, wondering if it sat for a bit before being noticed. Booths need updating as the padding was worn and felt like a lowrider.

Came in with a couple of friends for some dinner, and had a wonderful experience! Veronica was our server and she had so much personality and was the sweetest! The food was amazing, but her service made the experience so much better! She was also super attentive and knew what I needed before I even knew! If you get her as a server, you’re going to have a great time!

I worked at a Red Robin for 8 years and was in charge of training the FOH employees. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted and escorted to my table. We were greeted by, who I assume were, managers just to say hi, as we hadn't even ordered anything yet. We had a young child with us and the server offered us some fries to help prevent any unpredictable "mini meltdowns" that might have manifested prior to our actual meals arriving. I was pleasantly impressed by the professionalism and thoroughness of all the staff we interacted with. The food was hot and fresh and best of all quick. After 8 years of working as a server at another RR I remembered how much I liked the food and people I worked with.

Server Jake took really good care of our special needs. They had a girl go out and really clean table and chairs off on the patio before seeing us. Way to go guys! They have nice vinyl tablecloths out there. By the way I asked 12/4/23 if their patio heaters work and they said no. Make sure you ask for server to split checks. Their new kiosks do not allow for you to do it yourself anymore.

Excellent service. Food was great. Had a blue cheese burger and bottomless fries. Other meal was chicken tenders with fries as well. Camp sauce is pretty good. In AZ don’t forget to try prickly pear lemonade. 👌

We were seated and it was very busy. It was about 30 minutes and we still weren't checked on. We finally got the attention of a waiter and somehow we were just skipped over. Arthur took care of us and was very apologetic. We was an exceptional waiter. Loved him. We love the food at red Robin never disappoints in the quality of our food.

The place was full and it took them around 10 minutes to serve us, but after the waitress took the order, the food did arrive quickly, it's the first time I've gone and I didn't know how good and big these hamburgers were, we weren't going to Going into this place because there is an In N Out right away but it was the best decision we could make. It is also worth mentioning that the waiters were very friendly, so I will definitely return to this place. Congratulations.

What's not to like about Red Robin, always so good, we were there for my friends birthday, they are super good to celebrate your birthday! My friend was very happy! service excellent, food delicious, french fries this time not sure if the were not completely cook, they just to be super crispy and fluffy, maybe next time, also I recommend the veggie burger wrap on letters, delicious, I got the chicken instead of beef the waiter mistake, was good still, has bacon and blue cheese, really good. 100% recommend.

Our waitress was really nice and helpful. The food was delicious. The prices were good. We were seated within 15 minutes on a Friday night. Our only complaint would be that the host who seated us never smiled and was grumpy. He was not friendly and courteous like our waitress.

I love coming here with my son for a special night together. We got the Royal Burger with the over easy egg and it was yummy! We always love the bottomless fries with their ranch sauce and the raspberry cream sofa. We will definitely be back!

The food and service were both excellent. We ordered the Fish and Chips and Donatos Everything Pizza, and it was the best pizza that I've ever had

Ghost burger is very spicy, be warned. I ordered curbside to go, the person that brought my food had a nose ring among other questionable cosmetic upgrades. I expected better for $40 for 2 burgers. In and out was right next door...

Went in for my birthday burger. Service was quick and friendly. The buger was fast in coming, but was fresh and very good. Try the Royal Burger if you haven't had it. Sweet potato fries were perfectly cooked and the lemon cake with raspberry drizzle is yummy. Supper meal!

Good food and good staff. Good took about 10-15 minutes from ordering to delivery. Fries were nice and fresh and hot delivered. If you like mainly a burger menu then come try this place out. There some other choices too like chicken burgers and wraps.

We always come here for the birthday deal and the staff are super friendly and professional. Not to mention the burgers are to die for! I personally love the sweet potato fries with any order. If you can't decide, definitely go there more than once so you can try everything!

This place is old, and feels and looks like it needs a good cleaning. When my food came out, my fries were barley warm. I had to ask for new fries. When I got them, I was not impressed. Neither was my adult daughter who was with me. I think they had the oil temp wrong because they were not crispy, just hot. Service was fine, no issues there. I was reminded why I stopped suggesting we go out here for $15 burgers. I doubt Red Robin corporate would be happy with what is happening at this location.
